"Uh, I think the name was... Underground Pizzeria or something like that."

It was quiet; familiar, but she couldn't name it.
Description, Five Nights at Freddy's: The Twisted Ones

The Underground Pizzeria is a fictional location in which part of The Twisted Ones takes place in. It is a submerged Freddy Fazbear's Pizza location used as a hideout for William Afton. Judging by the fact that it is located under Charlie's home, it may be the location of the Freddy's from her false memories created with a tripod.

Dining Room[]

It was described as being larger than the one in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, with blue tablecloths, unlike those in the aforementioned Fazbear's location. The tile was a black and white color pattern, with large patches of cracked and/or missing tiles, revealing large plots of packed dirt. There were several Arcade Machines, atop them, they were a few minor animatronics. One of the described games bore resemblance to the Duck Pond from the Dumpster Diver Weekly Catalog, except with a large, birdlike creature on top of it. Later on, the eyes of the statues tracked Charlie's movements across the room. It is unsure of whether or not this was due to the influence of Illusion Discs or not is yet to be determined.

Waterfall Cavern[]

Undergroundcave

It's a large, artificial cave with a waterfall powered by an unseen gasoline-fueled machine pumping water through a large tube, creating a little river that crosses the room. Behind the said waterfall, there is a small gap just barely large enough for a human to fit through. The hole leads into a small cavern, just under the waterfall. There is a muffled tape recording of rushing water being played alongside the waterfall and a machine that churns the water, making the whole river flow.[1]

Lab/Parts and Service[]

The room itself is not that large, as it is only illuminated by a single light bulb. Next to the door is a large cabinet. On the floor is a large, severed robotic ape arm, with coils and wire spilling out of the end. Also inhabiting the room are: a large, grey amphibian missing its legs and with a cardboard box on its head, a pair of metal frames, one of which topped with the head of a slavering black dog, and Twisted Freddy. On the shelves are a disembodied human arm, several animatronic arms (some missing fingers), pelts of fur, piles of detached feet, and some mutilated arcade games.
