"Uh, I think the name was... Torture Freddy Head (Film) or something like that."
Torture Freddy Head (Film) has not been given an official name; as such, this name is purely conjectural. However, it will be used until an official name is released. |

The Torture Freddy Head is a recurring animatronic device in the Five Nights at Freddy's film. It is a decommissioned Freddy Fazbear head modified to kill security guards. It was presumably created by William Afton.
Physical Appearance[]
The Torture Freddy Head is extremely damaged compared to its functional counterpart, having green fur with missing patches and exposed rusted metal. Several of its freckles are replaced with metal bolts, its teeth are cracked and its left eyebrow is missing, being replaced with a piece of tape with the eyebrow drawn on. Instead of normal eyes, it has black spheres with pinprick holes. On its backside it has been hollowed out, and filled with sharp gears and sawblades and 2 large red lights fitted with aperture shutters. The head is mounted on a crane, via four chains that allow it to be wheeled towards whoever gets strapped to the chair inside Parts & Service.
History[]
Following April 2000, it can be implied that this chair has killed many security guards. The torture head is first seen after Bob gets captured and killed while sitting on the chair. Later, it is seen again when Michael is captured by Foxy. Upon waking up, the Freddy's insides begin to spin and slowly move toward Mike. Before it makes contact with Mike, he is able to unscrew himself out of the chair, saving his life.
Speculation[]

"I was the first! I have seen everything!"
This section archives a lot of theories and speculation, which usually occurs from pre-release media, or just things that are still unknown, so please keep that in mind while reading. The page will continue to be updated with the most accurate information as more solid evidence is supplied. |
- There is a chance that Jeff or Carl could be stuffed in the suit of this Freddy, depending on if it returns in full haunted animatronic form in future installments.
- The Freddy head's body can be seen in the security guard training tape in the background being worked on in the exact same condition as it is seen in 2000, which could imply that this suit could've been around for 2 decades and might've had plans to be used.
- Due to the condition being the same, it's likely it was being rebuilt or made for later use and was scrapped or never finished before the closing of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place and would later be repurposed by William to torture his victims.
Trivia[]
- The head does have matching suit parts that can be seen next to Sparky in the Parts & Service room.
- The head looks to be like a zombified version of Freddy Fazbear, with grayish-green fur.
- The machine has also been referred to as "Torture Bear Chair," and "Shreddy Fazchair" by the puppeteer who controlled it.[2]
- From the looks of a photo from @rileyborasch on Instagram, it seems that the Torture Freddy head was once a spring lock animatronic.[3]
- The Torture Freddy head is similar to a Jigsaw Torture device from any of the SAW franchise films.
- In most of its appearances in promotional footage, only the main saw blades are rotating, while the rest of the machinery remains inactive.
