They are together in most media.. but in Help Wanted, there's a gap inbetween the teeth. Error, or retcon? Maybe something else? Definitely not lore related.

It seems to be a random design choice for the game. Because as we can see in the posters that are in Help Wanted, they’re together, yet they’re not on the animatronic. There doesn’t seem to be any explanation to it at all, really.
