Lucas[]
Lucas is Mia's cousin. When Mia sees the little black-haired boy's mischievous grin, she's reminded of Lucas since he always looks like he's up to no good, and is usually is.
Elijah Ackerman[]
Elijah Ackerman was Nurse Ackerman's son. When he died, Nurse Ackerman became a shell of her former self. She became a hospice nurse to help others walking in her same shoes. When trying to kill the man, the sight of the little black-haired boy sends Nurse Ackerman back to the moment Elijah died, making her relive the pain and agony of the moment. She pushes past the memories to get back to killing the man.
Peggy[]
Peggy is Arthur's housekeeper. She often laughs at Arthur's wisdom and optimism. When Arthur goes to visit Heracles Hospital, Peggy warns Arthur that it is going to rain, but Arthur tells her that you just need a little faith. He then calls and has her cancel his other appointments, as he spends the rest of the day with the man. Later, Arthur has Peggy reschedule them again as he needs more than one day with the man. When Arthur finally wins and is able to remove the man, Peggy helps him get the address of Fazbear Entertainment Distribution Center, as well as instructions on how to get there. She also tells Arthur that Fazbear Entertainment creates parts and costumes for animatronics used in restaurants and other venues, as well as costumes for humans to wear and various toys and other merchandise related to their most famous characters.
Dr. Henner[]
Dr. Henner is Heracles Hospital's sleep expert. He determined that the man's REM sleep patterns indicates horrific nightmares.
Peter "Pete" Fredericks[]

Peter "Pete" Fredericks is the assistant of the assistant of the Heracles Hospital administrator. He is rather young with sparse facial hair on his chin, which Arthur believes is a failing attempt at a goatee meant to cover up acne.
Arthur asks him if there's any info in the file of the man in room 1280 that would reveal why he wants to go to Fazbear Entertainment Distribution Center before he dies. Pete is confused as to why Arthur would want to know that, and when Arthur explains he plans to make it happen for him Pete says the man in room 1280 cannot be moved. When Pete mentions the man, he looks down and chews on his cuticles. Arthur argues that nothing is impossible, using the mere existence of the man as proof, and he notices that Pete's face goes white when he thinks about the man in room 1280. Pete tries to take his mind off of him by tapping a very thin file folder, nearly spilling his sweet and sour chicken. Pete is unable to find anything about Fazbear in the man's files, and Arthur gets up to find someone that will give him permission to take the man to the Fazbear Entertainment Distribution Center. Pete quickly chases after, spilling his Chinese food, to tell Arthur that no one is going to give him permission.

Mr. Nolan is the patient in room 1200. He has a gaunt face with sunken eyes. Mia runs into Mr. Nolan's room when she hears her fellow nurses leaving the storage room. He is solving a crossword puzzle, and asks Mia what another word for hell, stating it needs to be six letters long and starts with an S. Mia quickly answers shades, not knowing why the word is on the tip of her tongue. Mr. Nolan thanks her, calling Mia an angel.
Carolyn Benning Graves[]

Carolyn Benning Graves is Heracles Hospital's head attorney. After Arthur finally gets permission to bring the man to Fazbear Entertainment Distribution Center, he has to go to Ms. Graves to sign a ton of legal papers. Ms. Graves reminds Arthur that any damages resulting from the patient's transport, both property and personal, will be completely his responsibility. Arthur agrees, and Ms. Graves has Arthur go with Ms. Weber to sign the papers, as she has another appointment.
Ms. Weber[]
Ms. Weber is one of the people who work under Ms. Graves. She a thin, well-dressed young woman. Ms. Weber takes Arthur into a separate room so he can read and sign the papers.
Mia's Boyfriend[]
Mia's unnamed boyfriend is supportive of Mia. He's a good-looking young man and he drives a zippy sports car. He tells her that her job at Heracles Hospital is only a stepping stone, which helps her stay optimistic. He makes good sandwiches.
Unnamed Employee[]
An unnamed employee is seen wandering around the Fazbear Entertainment Distribution Center. He is tall with red hair, and he carries around a clipboard. After the man explodes and dies, he looks on in horrified shock and asks Arthur if everything is okay.
Unnamed Bystanders[]
Numerous unnamed bystanders appear throughout the story whenever Arthur and Mia are outside of the hospital. First, Arthur sees a little boy in the back seat of a black SUV staring at him as he and Ruby approach Heracles Hospital. Then, Arthur and Mia talk outside of the entrance, numerous people are described. A car pulls in under the portico and a large woman exits it, barking orders at a smaller woman as they enter the hospital. An older couple walks slowly toward the entrance holding each others hands. A janitor sits down at a nearby bench, staring at his feet. Two teenage girls carry a bouquet of big balloons inside. Later, as Arthur is leaving, a group of soccer players celebrate their victory as they run into the hospital, visiting an injured teammate. One of them whistles at Mia.
