S. Cotton is a secret final boss in Freddy in Space 2. He serves as one of two special bosses that must be beaten to claim the Pizza Treasure.
To find S. Cotton, the player must defeat Franken-Foxy in Lunar Mines. Upon defeat, the player can exit back out of the room to the left and jump up just outside the door. (This must be done before all the gems from the boss disappear.) This will take the player to another empty area with health restored. At the end of the area is S. Cotton.
Physical Appearance[]
S. Cotton is based off Scott's Head from the original Freddy in Space. As opposed to a realistic design to his head, he is given a more cartoonish look as well as wearing white goggles with red lens. His mechanical body is more mobile as opposed to a stand-still, which he says it wasn't his intention to be like one.
Attacks[]
Within every step, S.Cotton will leave behind a trail of spikes that will go away for five seconds, so that there will be four sets of spikes possible. He will run into the player's position, even if they're slightly above him. His other attack results in sending flying claws that will follow the player. A maximum of three claws will be sent out.
In-Battle Strategies[]
S.Cotton will run at the player whenever possible, leaving behind the trail of spikes. These can easily be avoided as there are five blocks that are elevated above them. The flying claws will take a few seconds before advancing towards the player for a couple of times, leaving the option to run towards the other side for a better chance of not getting it.
A recommended character for this boss is Chica, as she can throw her cupcakes downwards and makes the player only worry about the claws. Alternatively, if the player has Golden Freddy leveled up to level 5, then his high-damage attacks will end the battle quickly.

- The name S. Cotton is a reference to Scott's favorite misspelling of his name, Sock Cotton.
- S. Cotton is also based on Scott Cawthon's cameo appearance from the intro of Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted.
- Like all other secret bosses, S. Cotton has his own song for his battle.
