Physical Appearance[]

Rory is skinny with dark blond hair, freckles, a slightly pointy nose, hazel eyes, white teeth, big ears, and a narrow head. Due to his nightmares, Rory's skin is paler than usual and there’s dark circles under his bloodshot eyes. As a kid, Rory had short and spiky hair, wide cheekbones, and was smaller than most of the kids in his class.

When the gas finally stops, Rory discovers that ten years have passed. His face is long and bony, with the cheekbones jutting out. Rory has red bumps of acne along with his freckles, and bristles of facial hair cover his hard jawline. Rory's hair is really long and is a mess of tangles that fall well past his wide yet almost skeletal shoulders. Thin dark blond hair covers his skinny chest and legs. Rory puts on black-and-white zebra-striped pajama bottoms that only go down to his knees and a bright red shirt that doesn't cover his stomach.

History[]

Rory was a 7 year old kid when he ran away from his parents, with his dad barely being around from work, and his mom being such a neat freak that he'd get in trouble for crumbs on the counter. For 10 years, he's been in a long abandoned experiment, based off of the Nightmare Animatronics mechanics and gameplay we see in FNaF 4. One day, the gas that kept him in a constant illusion of life fails and stops, and he sees what it really looks like. He then manages to get out of the nightmare chamber/observatory, but is stuck in the Sister Location underground bunker. He finds a walkie talkie, and attempts to contact his friend, Wade. Luckily, Wade is able to hear him and responds. Wade and Rory speak for a bit about their lives, and Rory speaks about trying to call for help. Wade tells him to return to the gas chamber/observatory to look for an exit, so they could identify where he was trapped. Rory returns, looks for an exit, but a tape interrupts his search. William, the man behind these sick experiments, manipulates him into staying, and turning the gas back on. Rory realised that he would struggle in society and likely have no enjoyable home life, so he turns the gas back on and traps himself in the cycle once again. At the end, the tapes rewind once again, ready to prevent Rory from trying to escape. It is implied Rory likely eventually starved/died from lack of nutrition.

Theories and Speculation[]

"I was the first! I have seen everything!"

This section archives a lot of theories and speculation, which usually occurs from pre-release media, or just things that are still unknown, so please keep that in mind while reading. The page will continue to be updated with the most accurate information as more solid evidence is supplied.

  • Due to his status as a child that went missing from an unhappy home, Rory has been speculated to be the runaway from Midnight Motorist.
  • Some speculate that he is the protagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's 4.
    • They believe he might be the Crying Child because his room layout sounds a lot like the FNaF 4 bedroom.
    • This is put in to question due to him not seeing Nightmare Fredbear or Nightmare.
  • It's also possible that he became the body found in the vents.
