Pick Up Balloons

Pick Up Balloons is one of the three secret minigames in Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit. It is based on the story Fetch, from Fazbear Frights #2: Fetch.

Access Requirement[]

After collecting the gamepad and three stickers from the Prize Counter in the arcade of either Jeff's Pizza or Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, using a fifth prize voucher on it in Freddy's on any night will bring the player to the minigame.

Playthrough[]

Pick Up Balloons Fetch

The player controls a boy in an empty pizzeria. He spawns in front of Golden Freddy, and the player must collect six balloons hidden in different rooms. Once all six balloons are collected, a previously locked room will open, and the player will find Fetch. The six balloons will appear in the room. Once the player leaves the room, Fetch will chase him and maul his face. The text "PICK UP BALLOONS" will drop most of its letters to spell "CU".

Speculation[]

WitheredChica-Icon "I was the first! I have seen everything!"

This section archives a lot of theories and speculation, which usually occurs from pre-release media, or just things that are still unknown, so please keep that in mind while reading. The page will continue to be updated with the most accurate information as more solid evidence is supplied.

  • There is debate over whether the boy the player plays as is supposed to represent Greg or Andrew.
    • Arguments for Greg:
      • It would be consistent with the Grant Her Wish! and the Count the Ways minigame, in which the player characters are the protagonists of the story. (Sarah and Millie, respectively)
      • While not clarified any further, the conclusion of the Fetch story states that Greg felt drawn to the old pizzeria, likely referring to Jeff's Pizza in this game. Fetch's last text message to Greg lines up with his last words seen during the end of the minigame.
    • Arguments for Andrew:
      • The player sprite has black hair, which is consistent with Andrew (who is described to have curly black hair) but not consistent with Greg (who is described to have blond hair).
      • The fact the player spawns in front of Golden Freddy may be a reference to the story The New Kid, in which a kid implied to be Andrew (based on his curly black hair) is found in a Golden Freddy suit.
