Parts and Service is a location located within Basement 2 in Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex where animatronics are taken in for repair. For the player, it is the place where you can upgrade Glamrock Freddy with Chica's voicebox, Monty's claws, and Roxy's eyes.

Appearance

Parts and service is a large room with a cylinder shaped operating room in the center. Dread Unit explains that the cylinder is there to protect anyone outside of it in case if the animatronic being worked on goes haywire. Behind the cylinder are 4 doors with silhouettes of the glamrock animatronics on them leading to elevators to their corresponding green rooms.
