This is a list of minor characters in The Joy of Creation: Story Mode.
Tobias[]
First mentioned in the opening narration, Tobias is Nick Cawthon's landlord, who called him that morning to inform him the country house repairs were finished.
When Nick is killed upon coming back, an unanswered call from Tobias is seen on his phone. The final newspaper from The Attic reveals Tobias subsequently traveled to the newly reconstructed house, where he discovered Nick's corpse.
Sam Cawthon[]

Sam Cawthon is one of Scott and Val Cawthon's other children, aside from Nick, briefly mentioned during The Office memory.
Anthony Cawthon[]
Anthony Cawthon is the third and last other Cawthon sibling, also only mentioned in the opening cutscene for The Office.
