Billy[]

Billy rode the Freddy’s merry-go-round with Marla when it got stuck, back when Freddy Fazbear's Pizza was open. Charlotte Emily described him as a mean kid.
Anne Park[]

Anne Park is a slight Korean girl, who is one of the graduating seniors that receives a scholarship in dedication to Michael Brooks. Charlie speculates she was also a friend of Michael.
Donnie[]

Donnie is an artistic guy who Jessica used to date a year before The Silver Eyes. He has thick black curly hair and writes poems in his black leather notebook. Jessica described him as a nice and shy person. She asked him out and read his poems, but thought they were awful, so she left him. He used to wear all black until Jessica left him, after which he starts wearing sweater vests and now takes statistics and economics.
Harriet[]

Harriet is a librarian that Charlie and John encounter while in the library. She is a young, athletic-seeming woman in slacks and a purple sweater, with short, bright pink hair. She teaches them how to use microfilm to help find the newsletters of Fredbear's Family Diner. She's from Indiana, but moved to Hurricane, Utah a few years before The Silver Eyes.
Aiden[]

Aiden is Harriet's son, who is exclusively mentioned in a 2015 copy of The Silver Eyes. He attends the elementary school next door to the library.

Rebecca[]

Rebecca is a college student studying English, who owns a dog. John dated Rebecca the summer after The Silver Eyes. Rebecca later broke up with John, since he did not want a serious relationship with her. John describes her as a smart person, who’s a year older than him.
Unnamed Gas Station Attendant[]
The gas station attendant is a young teenage man who works at the location. He tries to pull a prank on people by offering them popsicles in order to use the phone, as it's for "customers" only, Once they reach into the cooler, they get jumpscared by a taxidermy coyote that's inside. While the prank worked on Charlie, it didn't work on John. He's described wearing a St. John's College T-shirt and jeans during Charlie's visit there.

Luis[]

Luis works in the construction yard with John. He is briefly seen inviting John to hang out with a group of the other construction workers after work. John turns him down, saying he has a lot going on.
Oliver[]

Oliver is the foreman of the construction site John works at. He hired John based off the recommendation from John's cousin. However, he is displeased with John's work, seeing his slow reactions as daydreaming and a safety hazard to the rest of the workers.
Sergei[]
Sergei is another worker at the construction site. He also attempts to get John to go out after work, using it as an excuse not to go to the "new kid's place" that just opened. He has a partner named Lucy and an unnamed daughter.

Lucy is presumably Sergei's wife, who had an unnamed daughter with him.
Delia[]
Delia is the landlord of John's apartment, described as an old woman with the skin of a lifelong smoker. Her attitude towards John is not very friendly and may be indicative of her overall demeanor. She takes note of a plant John has hung up, pointing out that people don't usually settle into her complex and eventually move on with their lives.
Bob[]

Bob is the father of two kids, a two-year old and a five-year old, while also running a junkyard. A woman comes to his junkyard looking for some scrap from a specific haul. She claims to know about him searching for a screaming voice among the scraps. This unnerves him, swearing up and down to the woman that he runs a good business.
While ambiguous when told in the story, the woman who has come to the junkyard is Baby, the scrap that was brought is the animatronics and rubble of Charlie's house from the end of The Twisted Ones, and the screaming would have been from the teenage version of Charlie.
Steve[]

Steve is an employee of Circus Baby's Pizza. He briefly appears when John is vexed by the stage inside the establishment. He asks if John is with his children. John claims to be at the party with his cousin and excuses himself awkwardly.
Clowns[]
Some clowns show up, either to be within promotion for Circus Babys Pizza World, or stand around outside of the location.
