List of Minor Characters[]

Fazbear Funtime Service Spokesman[]

That's right! With the Fazbear Funtime Service, you'll never be alone again. It's guaranteed! With our exclusive animatronics, you'll always have someone [distorted] watching your back.
Fazbear Funtime Service Spokesman, Launch Trailer

A Fazbear Funtime Service spokesman appears in the launch trailer, advertising the Fazbear Funtime Service and its animatronics. He was portrayed by Mark Edward Fischbach, better known online as Markiplier.

Fazbear Funtime Service Announcer[]

Subscribe today! Don't miss this [distorted] opportunity. And remember, we're always watching out for you...
Fazbear Funtime Service Announcer, Intro Cinematic

A Fazbear Funtime Service announcer appears in the game intro, voicing over the exact same commercial as the Fazbear Funtime Service spokesperson, just without a physical appearance. His voice provider is unknown.

Sleepy Research and Development Worker[]

It was only the once, and only one of the guys reported it. I've caught him sleeping on the job twice this week, too, so he's probably just imagining things.
Nora, Re: Still can't reproduce the issue

A sleepy worker in Research and Development is the only guy to witness Toy Bonnie's eyes change color when haywiring, before publicly releasing. Nora catches him sleeping on the job twice that same week, dismissing him as just imagining things when Quality Assurance cannot reproduce the glitch.

Tristan's Boss[]

Nora tries to go to Tristan's boss about Toy Freddy draining the battery of consumer handsets, but he hears about her attempt to go over his head and sends Nora an email about it.

Fazbear Entertainment LLC Product Analysts[]

Tristan mentions the product analysts for Fazbear Entertainment LLC find the Toy Freddy issue to be negligible.

Fazbear Funtime Service Customers[]

We'll just slap a note at the bottom of the outgoing customer outreach mails - it's not like any of the users even read those, and we'll be covered legally.
Tristan, Not cool

Fazbear Entertainment LLC sends several emails to customers of the Fazbear Funtime Service, such as the protagonist. These are mainly to introduce the various aspects of the service to them, as well as introduce new additions. Due to technical complications with the mail server, they may also receive emails unintended for them.

Customer Service gets reports that some more hardcore users of the service encounter Springtrap.

One promotional animation depicts a user using the Freddy Fazbear Head on Circus Baby, which they find out to be ineffective against her. Another customized animation shows one getting attacked by Ballora.

Launch Trailer Protagonist[]

At approximately a quarter past five in his bedroom, the protagonist of the game's launch trailer finishes watching a spokesman's advertisement for the Fazbear Funtime Service. He sees three other videos about the service, but sets his phone down when he hears animatronic noises and whispering, especially those of William Afton. He turns to his closet, where a pair of red eyes stare back at him, but they disappear as soon as he activates the flashlight on his phone. After checking inside the closet to find nothing unusual, he walks over to the bedroom's darkened doorway. He pulls up his phone, illuminating the hallway and showing Springtrap rampaging toward him. The protagonist suddenly whirls around to face his bedroom briefly, before turning on the hallway light switch and moving left to the living room directly across.

The analog television is filled with static displaying the letter C, and when he approaches, the phrase, "IT'S ME" flashes in the middle of some string lights hung on the wall. He hears a "Hello!" to his left, turning to see Balloon Boy and Bonnie outside the street facing window door. He backs up to face Plushtrap chattering and shaking on one of his chairs, so the protagonist runs right back into the hallway he came from, and into the kitchen.

He rushes to rummage through a drawer and grabs a ring of keys, as Foxy laughs outside the window. He looks up as Foxy brings his hook down, the power goes out, and written in Foxy's place are the words, "LETS PLAY". Chica appears from the dining room, and drives him to run through the door between the kitchen and the hallway he entered from. He makes it to a door that leads outside, but hears metallic footsteps and looks back to see Freddy Fazbear chasing after him. He opens the door and runs out as the trailer fades to black.

The trailer ends with his phone on the floor of the hallway and a jumpscare from Circus Baby, presumably indicating either she or Freddy caught and killed him.

He has light skin and appears to be wearing a blue zip up jacket during the trailer, but it is unknown who the actor is. Notable items in his home that might indicate anything about his personality are trophies, guitar, skateboard, bowling pin, deck of cards, cased baseball, and a giant Rubik's Cube light. In the dining room, there are two chairs with plates set in front of them, potentially indicating that he does not live alone.

Protagonist’s Friends[]

The "<3 <3" email sent to the protagonist from <unknown> on February 11, 2021 for the Valentine's Day Heart Stoppers event mentions the protagonist’s friends, stating their friends to be afraid and they should be as well.

Lisa Jameson[]

The Regional Director of Logistics, presumably for Fazbear Entertainment LLC, Lisa Jameson, sends "Delivery Complaint" to Jimmy Hauss from DLZ Shipping Solutions. They have not yet received their last parts delivery, asking for a revised estimated time of arrival. Jimmy is unsure what happened, as the computer says the delivery was made, but will investigate from his end.

Once the shipment is over three days late with no response, Lisa asks Jimmy to please touch bases about there being "Still no delivery". Jimmy responds that he had the office look into it, but they insisted it was delivered. He even has the signed delivery receipt with him, so Jimmy does not know what more he can do.

Part replacements arrive one morning, so Lisa sends a thanks to Jimmy for the "Replacement Parts". She wonders if they are using a new supplier, since the registry numbers are smudged and illegible. Jimmy has no idea what Lisa is talking about. He had tried to authorize a replacement shipment, but corporate had told him no more until their next scheduled shipment. He asks if Lisa is sure that it came from DLZ Shipping Solutions.

Lisa runs into another problem, the animatronics respond to the security codes, as was promised, but they refuse to leave the warehouse, no matter what overrides they send. The guys are creeped out, saying the eyes of the animatronics are always watching them, and that after dark, they move on their own. Lisa hopes that Jimmy can help do something about the "Animatronics not leaving" or direct her to someone who can. Technical support instructs Jimmy to reassure her that there is no chance they can move on their own without explicit command codes being relayed. He suggests that her guys just need a vacation.

Things are not working out the way Lisa thought they would with the animatronics. She needs a favor from Jimmy to get them out. Her night shift workers refuse to come in, and one swears that Bonnie ate the resident stray cat of the shop. She asks if these "Malfunctions" are possible. James Strand responds, since Jimmy is no longer an employee, to note that the sales term portion of the contract states all sales are final.

Jimmy Hauss[]

Not what you were looking for? See Jimmy (disambiguation).

Jimmy Hauss of DLZ Shipping Solutions responds to Lisa Jameson's "Delivery Complaint". She says they have not received their last parts delivery, confusing Jimmy because the computer says the delivery was already made. He investigates, but does not follow up since he is shown the delivery receipt.

Lisa emails Jimmy again about how there is "Still no delivery" in three days. Jimmy explains he had the office look into the missed shipment, but they insist it was delivered, even showing him the delivery receipt. Jimmy is staring at it as he is writing the email, so he does not know what more he can do.

Jimmy tries to authorize a replacement shipment, but corporate tells him no more shipments until their next scheduled shipment.

Lisa sends an email to thank Jimmy for the "Replacement Parts" that arrived in the morning, but is curious as to why the registry numbers are smudged and illegible. However, Jimmy hates to admit in his reply that he has no idea what Lisa is talking about. Describing his failed replacement request, Jimmy asks if she is sure the shipment came from them.

Lisa runs into another problem with the "Animatronics not leaving", so she emails Jimmy again. The robots respond to the security codes, but no matter what they do, refuse to leave the warehouse. Her employees are getting creeped out, swearing the eyes are always watching them and they move on their own after dark. Jimmy states that technical support said to reassure her there is no chance they are moving on their own without being relayed explicit command codes. He suggests that Lisa's guys take a vacation

Under unspecified conditions, Jimmy is no longer an employee of DLZ Shipping Solutions, as of the morning that James Strand gives a response to Lisa's fifth email, "Malfunctions".

James Strand[]

Not what you were looking for? See James (disambiguation).

James Strand is the Vice President of General Operations of DLZ Shipping Solutions. After Jimmy Hauss is no longer an employee of the company, he acts as liaison for Lisa Jameson until a suitable replacement can be arranged. James replies to her final email, "Malfunctions", and her question of refunds by directing Lisa to review the Sales Terms portion of the contract, which explicitly states that all sales are final.

Shop's Resident Stray Cat[]

Lisa Jameson mentions that one of her night shift guys swears that the Bonnie animatronic ate the shop's resident stray cat.
