Connor is Toby's brother. He formerly worked at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and Games, having the high score on every single one. He, at the time, saw himself as the best at everything, rubbing it in Toby's face constantly. This competitive nature rubbed off on Toby as well. In an ironic twist, Connor ends up seeing sense and realizing how bad competitive nature can be, while Toby descends into competitive mania in an effort to defeat Shadow Bonnie. Concerned for his deteriorating health from the shadow on his back, Connor is willing to lose so he can feel better. This can partially be what causes Toby to play the game instead of forfeiting and letting Shadow Bonnie win, despite the fact that he would be freed from him.
Toby's father is obsessed with sports, always watching a game whenever he's home. He and Connor bond in their mutual excitement for sports. He ignores the fact that his wife abandoned him and his children, and is the only one who knows the true reason, due to having read the note she left behind. This reason is kept a secret from Toby and Connor.
Toby's mother is briefly mentioned. Toby's mother abandoned the family for undisclosed reasons.
Tabitha is a student at the school Toby goes to, and they become friends. When Toby almost drowns in an attempt to drown the shadow, she saves him. Toby vents his problems to her and feels better about it. Tabitha tries to give Toby therapy and other things to console him. She interacts with Toby for the last time over the phone before he heads to the pizzeria, unaware of what happened to him.
Reggie is a regular patron at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and Games, often watching people play the games. He is one of the few people who actually sees Toby's shadow lingering over him. He seems to have a crush on Tabitha, flirting with her when she visits the pizzeria. He has one last talk with Toby before he plays Hide-and-Seek, unaware of what is about to happen to him.
Dan is Toby's boss, and manager of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and Games. He is disappointed when the Hide-and-Seek game is destroyed, having a pure heart and just wanting to entertain families. He oversees the game's reconstruction, unaware Toby was the one who destroyed it.
Mr. Pedrick is the teacher of Toby's woodchopping class. He points out Toby's wood blocks being too small. Toby plans on using these wood pieces to block Shadow Bonnie's path in Hide-and-Seek.
Mr. Dillonhall is Toby's gym teacher. He has zero tolerance for laziness and wants his students to train like real athletes. Toby particularly doesn't like him.
Officer Jimenez interrogates Toby over the broken Hide-and-Seek game. He suspects Toby did it, but he is able to lie his way out of being caught.
Unnamed Headphone Kid
A kid wearing headphones sees Toby's shadow in the bathroom mirror and is freaked out by it.
A technician is working on Hide-and-Seek, confused as to why the game isn't rebooting, despite saying that it is. It's revealed that the game is still in play, with Toby's old save file still there. The technician remains unaware that Toby is the name of the person's save file.
