List of Minor Characters[]
Reggie[]
Reggie is a regular at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and Games who's always at the arcade. His hair is a mass of red curls, said to flare out like a halo around his head. Toby finds Reggie to be weird and annoying. He watches Toby try to beat Connor's high scores at all the arcade games, offering endless support. When Toby gets second place at Ultimate Battle Warrior, Reggie points out that he still had Hide-and-Seek to play, and since it's new he'll have the advantage.
A few days later, Toby meets Reggie in the arcade eating a pizza. Toby is shocked to learn that Reggie can see the shadow, grabbing the front of his shirt. He tells Toby to calm down and asks where he got it, and when Toby says he doesn't know Reggie says he gets that it's personal. Toby points out Reggie's the only one who can see it, although he doesn't see the ears, and he explains that people say he see things differently. Toby explains he thinks it's from a game he cheated, but doesn't tell Reggie which since he knows he's a regular. Reggie tells Toby that he'd try anything to get it off, and when Toby asks what Reggie says he's a gamer and to use his imagination. He tells Toby to use the fire he has when he tries to beat Connor's scores.
Later, when Tabitha visits Freddy's, Toby finds Reggie right beside her eating pink cotton candy on a stick. He introduces himself and looks at Toby, lifting his eyebrows a couple of times. He asks if Tabitha comes around often and pulls her aside to silently tell her that Toby's shadow is getting bigger. The next day, Toby returns to Freddy's and sees Reggie in the arcade again, wondering if he even has a home. This time, Reggie just stares at the shadow behind Toby. He tells Toby it's smaller, and when Toby reveals Hide-and-Seek is the game he cheated at Reggie asks how he'll play it. Toby says he'll find a way, and Reggie respects that and says his fire's back. He then asks for Tabitha's number.
Tom[]
- Not what you were looking for? See Tom (disambiguation).
Tom is the top scorer at the Hide-and-Seek game. His top time is 2:58, and Toby aims to beat it. Since Toby destroys the game, Tom ultimately remains the top scorer.
Mr. Pedrick[]
Mr. Pedrick is Toby's woodchop teacher. He has glasses. When Mr. Pedrick walks by Toby's workstation, he sees him making blocks too small for a cutting board. Toby tells him that he's getting to the cutting board next, to which Mr. Pedrick tells him the assignment is due in thirty minutes and should be done by then. Mr. Pedrick tells Toby he's a good kid and he knows he can do better. Toby pretends to get started, and when Mr. Pedrick walks away he returns to make the rail blocks.
Mr. Dillonhall[]
Mr. Dillonhall is Toby's gym teacher. He's tall with a bald head and a big stomach. Mr. Dillonhall wears a bright tracksuit and has a whistle. When the class lines up for roll call, Tabitha enters and gives him a note. Upon reading it, Mr. Dillonhall dramatically rolls his eyes and has her sit down. When he calls for Toby, he tills him to put some effort in today's class. As Mr. Dillonhall continues taking attendance, he makes more snide remarks to other kids. Once done, he tells the class to break into their groups to play basketball. Mr. Dillonhall says he wants serious effort on the court and real athletes, not accepting any sort of excuse from students.
Manny[]
Manny used to be Toby's best friend. When Toby was in middle school, Manny moved away with his family. Toby hasn't had a real friend since until Tabitha rescues him from drowning.
Officer Jimenez[]
- Not what you were looking for? See Jimmy (disambiguation).
Officer Jimenez is a police officer that interrogates Toby about the break-in and vandalism at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and Games. He's clean-cut with brown skin, short buzzed hair, and a mustache. Since Toby was on shift that evening, Dan Harbor gives Officer Jimenez his address. He has Toby walk him though what he did that evening, and he asks Toby when he ended his shift since he forgot to write on his time sheet what time he left. Toby claims he left at 11:00 p.m. and last saw the game around 10:00 p.m. Officer Jimenez explains there were no signs of a break-in, and after Toby says he didn't see anyone hanging around after closing Officer Jimenez asks if Toby vandalized the Hide-and-Seek game. Toby says no, and Officer Jimenez leaves, telling him to let Dan know if he remembers anything else.
Unnamed Kid[]
An unnamed kid attempts to play Hide-and-Seek. He enters wearing a Freddy Fazbear party hat and tells Toby it's his turn to play the game. Toby gives the kid a handful of tickets and shoves him out the door, telling him he had one more turn. The kid whines that it's his turn, but Toby says he'll be out in a minute.
Unnamed Headphones Kid[]
An unnamed kid wearing headphones is in the school bathroom messing with his hair. Toby uses the restroom, and when he turns around he sees the kid freezes and stares at the mirror. His mouth opens in shock and he points at the shadow. Toby tries talking to him, but when the kid notices the shadow is only in the reflection he runs away.
Unnamed Technician[]
An unnamed technician is working on Hide-and-Seek. He's tall and skinny with spiky blond hair and thick-framed glasses. When Toby approached him, the tech guy says Toby isn't supposed to be in the game room but relaxes once he learns Toby works there. Toby asks how the game is looking, and the tech guy explains that it won't reboot and goes back to the previous game. He knows the last player was named Toby, but doesn't know Toby is standing in front of him. He also explains that the game won't shut off, and tells Toby that whoever destroyed the game also seemingly took the black cutout of Bonnie the Rabbit. He leaves to tell Dan the bad news, pointing out that he told him to install a security camera and says the game probably shouldn't have ever been installed.
