The Helpful Automated Pipe Protection Server, also known as HAPPS, is the titular main antagonist of HAPPS, the second story from Tales from the Pizzaplex 2: HAPPS.
Physical Appearance[]

Happs is about two and a half feet tall and made of plastic, metal, rubber, and foam. Instead of having legs and feet, he has big black rubber treads that he uses to get around. Happs's torso is shaped like an isosceles quadrangle made of gray metal. Happs has a couple of small doors in his torso which stores a telescoping extender ending in a curved sponge, which acts as a third arm. Extending from the sides of his torso are articulated gray metal arms with black-and-yellow security stripes painted on his biceps and end in big white foam hands. Happs's round plastic white head sits on the short edge of the torso, and on top of it is a flashing yellow security light. While his body appears tanklike, his face is described as having an industrial look with bright yellow eyes, round cheeks painted with black-and-yellow stripes, and a large tilted grin full of big backlit teeth.
Shattered[]
When Aiden and Jace kick Happs, they crack his face and snap his arm joints, leaving his hands dangling and giving them jagged articulation. After the pipe falls, he gets even more shattered, with one of his eyes dark, the yellow security light gone, and his grin now resembling more of a sneer, with half of his glowing teeth gone and his up-curved mouth shattered on one side. Although there's no clear damage on Happs’s torso, his programming has been damaged as his speech is incomplete and his voice drops a couple octaves. His foam hands and spiky metal pinchers are ripped off, giving him sharp metal shards at the end of his arms. One of Happs's treads is hanging partially off its runner and the other is askew, making him consistently lurch to the right. The struggle between the two slows him down. Happs's telescoping extender is also damaged and appears more like a serrated knife.
History[]
Happs is a janitorial and maintenance animatronic who resides inside Freddy's Fortress. He keeps kids safe and sanitizes the tubes and also opens mirror partitions which close off broken or off-limits areas of the maze.
