“I do not come up here anymore. I miss him.” |
Glamrock Bonnie, also known as just Bonnie, was a glamrock counterpart of Bonnie who was mentioned in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach and made an official appearance in the RUIN DLC.
He was the former bassist of the Glamrock Band inside of Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex before being put "out of commission" for unknown reasons and replaced by Montgomery Gator.
Physical Appearance
Glamrock Bonnie is an electric blue rabbit with red eyes and a round muzzle. The color of his muzzle, stomach, and inside of his ears are white. He wears a rose-red jumpsuit and a purple high neck collar.
History
As of the main story of Security Breach, it has at least been a month since Bonnie has been present in the location, as evident by the "Monty Mischief" message. For unknown reasons, he disappeared after entering the Gator Golf course and was replaced by Montgomery Gator as a result.
Role
In Security Breach, he doesn't physically appear throughout the entire main game, with his existence mostly being hinted via mentions. According to an employee log, many kids asked where Bonnie was, leading the Pizzaplex staff to remove references to Bonnie from the location. Despite this, kids were still asking about Bonnie, so the staff had been considering re-theming his bowling alley.[1] In a security report log, it is stated that Bonnie was last seen entering the Gator Golf course.[2]
In the RUIN DLC, some promo art dedicated to Glamrock Bonnie can be found and some of his toys can be also collected from Prize Boxes. His shattered-form animatronic also appears in a secret entrance in Bonnie Bowl. The entrance can be opened by deactivating all of the Caution Bots located throughout the abandoned Pizzaplex. Upon deactivating the four Caution Bots surrounding him, his eyes stop glowing. In the Monty ride, Glamrock Bonnie was shown to used to be in the main band before retiring and giving up his position to Monty. However, this is likely a cover-up story made by Fazbear Entertainment to explain why Glamrock Bonnie was gone.
Bonnie Bowl Head

During the Bonnie Bowl minigame on Help Wanted 2, a large animatronic Glamrock Bonnie head that acts as a pinsetter can come alive and start making its way towards the player and must be repelled by throwing a ball at its nose, if the player fails, the Bonnie Bowl Head will kill the player.
Theories and Speculation

"I was the first! I have seen everything!"
This section archives a lot of theories and speculation, which usually occurs from pre-release media, or just things that are still unknown, so please keep that in mind while reading. The page will continue to be updated with the most accurate information as more solid evidence is supplied. |
- It is commonly theorized that Montgomery Gator deliberately destroyed Glamrock Bonnie so that he could replace him and become part of the main show with the other Glamrock animatronics.
- Evidence: This comes from the Gator Golf arcade minigame, where Glamrock Freddy is seen stashed into a dumpster while Monty, Chica, and Roxy take the stage overlooking said dumpster. Glamrock Bonnie's design in the RUIN DLC includes green paint on his chest similar to Monty's color. There are also maintenance logs that speak of Bonnie's disappearance and his last sighting having been security footage of him entering Monty's Gator Golf.
- Other Information: Glamrock Bonnie is not found in Gator Golf but in Bonnie Bowl, implying that he was either not destroyed in Gator Golf or that he was moved later on for unknown reasons.
- The behavior of Monty himself directly contradicts the AR game with the dumpster as Monty frequently misses shows in favor of being by himself.
- Presumably, Monty was hiding Bonnie's body to prevent it from being repaired. This is because the body was damaged and hidden instead of being at Parts and Service where the animatronics are repaired.
- In Help Wanted 2, an animation plays if the player gets a gutter ball in Bonnie Bowl. The animation is a bowling ball Monty crushing and replacing a bowling ball Bonnie.
- In VIP Monty gets visibly furious upon seeing Bonnie bite candy (showing his distaste for the rabbit), additionally it's implied that Monty was responsible for jamming a Glamrock Bonnie themed go-kart in Monty's Mystery Mix.
- It is possible that Glamrock Bonnie might have been possessed, as the lights in his eyes go out once the final 4 Caution Bots are deactivated, which are said to hold souls.
- While not much is known about his personality, Glamrock Freddy saying that he misses him, and multiple kids asking about his whereabouts, implies that Bonnie was a friendly and good-natured character within the Pizzaplex.
Debunked Theories
- It was theorized that Vanny destroyed Glamrock Bonnie to use his parts to repair Burntrap in an attempt to revive William Afton due to them being both rabbit animatronics.
- Evidence: Glitchtrap was believed to be a digital copy of Afton. After possessing Vanessa, it was proposed he tried to revive himself by having Monty destroy Glamrock Bonnie. This is backed up by maintenance logs that speak of Bonnie's disappearance, the fact that Burntrap has parts of Glamrock Endoskeletons attached to him, and that both Spring Bonnie and Bonnie are rabbit animatronics.
- Debunking Evidence: In RUIN, Glamrock Bonnie can be found behind Bonnie Bowl. His endoskeleton and a large majority of his outer casing is still present, meaning his parts were not taken for Burntrap.
- It's also worth noting that the "Redemption" ending is speculated to be the canon ending of Security Breach rather than the "Burn It All Down" ending. In this case, in the story of RUIN, Burntrap wouldn't actually have a physical body due to not having one constructed for Glitchtrap by Vanny.
Trivia
- If the player enters the ice cream parlor in Bonnie Bowl, a small curtained stage can be found akin to Pirate Cove from the first game, complete with an out-of-order sign. It is inferred that Glamrock Bonnie may have performed here. If Gregory has occupied and brought Freddy to the stage, Freddy will mention that he no longer visits this spot, as he misses him.[3]
- For some odd reason, his main design and his design for the Bonnie Bowl ads are very different.
- In Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2, Glamrock Bonnie was originally going to introduce the Bonnie Bowl minigame. This was cut due to unknown reasons, but the subtitles remain in the games code. [4]
- Glamrock Bonnie's absence may be a reference to Scott's fear of Bonnie from Five Nights at Freddy's.
