Freddy in Space 3: Chica in Space, released under the title FNAF: The Movie: The Game, is a side-scrolling shoot-'em-up spin-off game of the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise developed and published by Scott Cawthon with illustrations by Claudia Schröder. It was released on October 18, 2023, and is the third installment in the Freddy in Space series.

Based on the upcoming Five Nights at Freddy's movie, experience the movie's storyline as an interactive adventure. For those who don't want the movie spoiled for them, I would recommend staying away from this game until after next week! MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!
Gameplay[]
The game plays very similarly to its predecessor. The player has to go through 8 levels of blasting enemies to confront the ambiguous final boss who kidnapped the rest of the animatronics. The characters will level up the more enemies the player defeats. The player can rescue the other characters by defeating bosses at the end of each level. Being a joke game, most of the levels are designed to poke fun at fan content ranging from infamous fangames to even NSFW artwork.

- This is the first game in the Freddy in Space series where Freddy is an unlockable character.
- When the game is decompiled, a bunch of assets not related to the game, or Five Nights at Freddy's, can be found.
- Scott, in a Reddit comment, would reveal that the game is a reskin of an old video game he developed for his kids, and he thought he reskinned everything, but missed a handful of assets.[1]
