A new incarnation of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza is the main setting of Ultimate Custom Night. Although its origins are unknown, it does use elements from the previous pizzerias. It has an almost identical map layout to the first game, but all of the rooms have a different interior (even some are completely different). This version appears to be similar. However, the Show Stage is completely absent, and the Office can be customized with four different skins.

Given the nature of Ultimate Custom Night, it's hard to ascertain the exact purpose of this location. The common consensus is that it's a personal hell for William Afton, being eternally tormented by the vengeful spirit of one of his victims.
