Chapter 13 details "Chica's Secret Party," a minigame said to have been released for three days in 2016 on Scottgames.com, adding that information on the title can only be found via fan wiki websites, which is false, as the "game" was never documented until the release of the book. The gameplay is described to have the player control Chica as she makes her way through levels to feed "Crying Babies." Similarly to the Sister Location minigame, Chica can collect pink, green, and blue cupcakes, which she uses to feed the Crying Babies, some of which need more than one cupcake to turn into "Happy Babies." There are two Shadow Figures said to wander the party. Chica must follow one of the Shadows to "discover who the person is behind the Shadow," but, when Chica is found toe-to-toe with a Shadow, she must run away and hide. The section makes it clear to not follow the wrong Shadow Figure. The game is set in "The House," which is described to be "a maze of adventurous goals with 10 crafty levels to complete in order to win the game." Those levels are: two Bedrooms (with a secret room), a Bathroom, a Kitchen and Dining Area, a Living Room, a Home Office, a Garage, a Basement, and an Attic, all said to be a unique undertaking for Chica to overcome. It mentions that Fredbear can be spotted in the hallways, saying that Fredbear can talk to Chica, but it is a mystery when he would. Chica can also find secret tips and tools throughout the house that can help her. The first page of the chapter also features gameplay screenshots, which show Chica, having a similar appearance to Toy Chica, the Crying Babies, the Basement level with the broken pipe, the Kitchen and Dining Room level with the dog, and Chica outside, which looks similar to the back of the house in the secret part of Midnight Motorist.
The Basement is said to be "dark and creepy" with a broken pipe that is flooding the basement. Three Crying Babies are said to be in the Basement, hidden throughout the dark, that Chica must feed within three minutes. Feeding the Babies will cheer them up, and they'll float up the rising water and safely exit out the basement window. After completing the level, it's said that the doorbell will ring, and Chica will have a package with a block of cheese inside. It then adds that Fredbear will talk to Chica after the level, telling her "just how much dogs love pizza."
In the Kitchen and Dining Area, three Crying Babies are found around the area. Chica has to search and collect cupcakes hidden within the Kitchen's cupboards, but Chica has to distract a "sneaky dog" from snatching the cupcakes upon opening a cupboard. It says, in order to distract the sneaky dog, Chica must grab a pizza that is cooking in the oven and feed it to the dog, giving Chica the time to get cupcakes for the Crying Babies. It warns that the dog eats quickly, and pizzas take 30 seconds to cook. The final sentence mentions that Chica "may or may not" need a power-up to feed the Babies.
In this level, it's said that the Crying Babies blew a circuit, having the lights flash on and off. Chica has 1:30 to collect cupcakes and catch a Baby in the right spot when the lights flash on. The section mentions that Chica must be careful to not get caught by one of the Shadow Figures when the lights are off.
There are two Crying Babies, said to be on the bed and in the closet respectively, with no cupcakes in sight. Chica then notices pink frosting on the floor, and, upon moving closer to inspect, a "golden, fuzzy hand snaps out," nearly grabbing Chica. She dodged the arm and has to find a way to get the guarded cupcake. In a note below the section, it mentions Chica later returns with a "tiny, black hat" that Chica offers the golden arm, which it accepts and she is given a plate of two pink cupcakes in return. The start of the section mentions that Chica can look outside, where she'll "mysteriously" see Bonnie "walking back and forth" in the backyard.
Moving into the Kid's Bedroom, Chica finds a Crying Baby in the center of a messy room, but, once again, no cupcakes. Chica is said to start cleaning the room, and upon completing the task, a drawer opens, revealing a cupcake inside.
This secret level is said to only be unlockable upon completing both the Bedroom levels. Heading into the Secret Room reveals "an interesting and useful, secret tool," a golden key, that can help Chica finish the game. It's also said a glimpse of a box "that longtime fans will be familiar with" can be found by "those creative enough to find their way to it." It mentions the player can peek inside the box, which "won't be spoiled here."
The Home Office is a small space with two Crying Babies and a "strange Gray Man sitting at the desk." Cupcakes are once again nowhere to be seen, but she finds a locked mini safe that requires a four-digit code to be opened. It mentions "the Gray Man doesn't seem to want to chat," and so Chica leaves to find the code. Chica later returns after learning the code and opens the mini safe to get a cupcake to feed the Crying Baby. The Gray Man also speaks to Chica, hinting at "something scary under a bed."
In the Bathroom, Chica must get a floating cupcake in the bathtub to feed to the Crying Baby. Chica is said to take out all the duck toys to drain the water so she can get the cupcake. Upon doing so, she finds "something else that is very significant" at the bottom.
The Garage is filled with boxes, old bikes, rusty tools, and a broken-down car, along with four Crying Babies and the cupcakes needed to feed them. But, there are rats scurrying around the floor trying to steal the cupcakes. Chica needs to use the block of cheese in order to distract the rats and feed the Babies. Upon feeding all four Babies, an old static radio turns on and starts repeating a series of numbers Chica needs to remember for "something important."
In order to enter the Attic, the final level, Chica needs the golden key. In the Attic, Chica finds ten hidden Crying Babies and twenty cupcakes that can be found in a mass of storage boxes and old trunks. The Crying Babies want more than one cupcake, and it's said the storage boxes and trunks will move and shift. While this happens, Chica must feed all the Babies in three minutes while also looking out for the Shadow Figures, which "pop up at the most unfortunate of times." One or more power-ups seem to be needed to beat the level in time. Upon beating the level, the Shadow Figures "have thankfully vanished just as stealthily as they appeared," and music begins to blast throughout the house as confetti showers around Chica. It says all her uninvited guests, those being Fredbear, Gray Man, Bonnie, and Golden Freddy, are seen dancing through the halls. Chica joins in, and the paragraph ends with "After all, the party doesn't have to end!"
