Plot[]
Twelve-year-old Devon mysteriously wins two VIP all-expense-paid passes to the Pizzaplex. He doesn't remember entering any contest beforehand, but his mother insists that he take his annoying little brother Ike with him. At the information kiosk, a pig mascot named VIP (short for Very Informative Pig) appears and claims that he was the one who invited him here, as he drew his name out of the guest list of guests who hadn't been at the Pizzaplex in six months. VIP offers to stick with Devon and Ike during their whole day at the Pizzaplex.
If Devon ditches Ike and VIP to hang out with his friends, VIP gets angry and announces that he has hidden Ike in the Pizzaplex and will only release him if Devon play's his challenge. If Devon agrees, VIP gives him 5 Faz-Tokens and says he must win 1,000 points to free his brother. From this point on, Devon has full access to the Pizzaplex. He may play against Glamrock Freddy in Fazer Blast, escape Monty in Monty's Maze, or race go-karts in Roxy's Raceway. He may also investigate the display cases and doors in Rockstar Row or play some games in the Fazcade. Each game earns a certain amount of points, and if Devon successfully wins the 1,000 points, VIP frees Ike from where he has hidden him, but implies he'll continue to play his game with more kids. If Devon fails, VIP keeps him and Ike in the Pizzaplex overnight and tells him to try again tomorrow.
If the player amasses 100,000 points through the MOE, Devon is able to enter a secret door where he finds a large power strip that he can unplug to deactivate VIP for good.
Endings[]
Ending | Page Number | Summary |
---|---|---|
Game Over | 22 | If the reader chooses not to promise anything to VIP, the pig then promises to take the boys on a behind-the-scenes tour, and leads Devon and Ike to a Storage room. They find four decaying bodies of kids their age on the floor, and the door locks behind them. VIP says they will stay with him forever. |
Game Over | 25 | If the reader takes Ike to Bonnie Bowl, Devon stays there all day and has a very boring day. VIP adjusts Devon's rating from one star to five. |
Game Over | 29 | If the reader reports Ike's disappearance to Pizzaplex staff, they won't believe Devon and won't be able to find him. Devon's family moves to a new town, but he always wonders where Ike is. |
Game Over | 30 | If the reader calls Mom about Ike going missing, she will come over in a rush. Ike then appears suddenly and says he was playing hide-and-seek, which makes Mom angry for wasting her time. Ike brings back VIP's gamepad home and whispers to it constantly for days, until one day he runs away. Devon believes he ran away to the Pizzaplex, but he can't check because Mom had forbidden him from ever going there again. |
Game Over | 49 | Upon crawling into a utility tunnel and a Storage room, despite VIP telling the reader not to, Devon will turn the lights on, see something awful (the bodies from the "no promises" Game Over), and the door slams shut. |
Game Over | 79 | If the reader leaves VIP behind in Roxy's Raceway, Devon loses the race, and VIP tells him that he broke his rule of always keeping him close, so he will have to come back tomorrow to try to save Ike. |
Game Over | 116 | If the reader runs out of tokens before reaching 1,000 points, VIP says he will give Devon more tokens... tomorrow. VIP forces him to stay overnight in the Pizzaplex, warning that if he tries to leave or call for help, Ike will never be found, and if he never reaches 1,000 points, both he and Ike will become missing children. |
The End? | 125 | If the reader earns 1,000 points and rescues Ike. VIP congratulates them and says he can't wait to play again tomorrow, saying that he is planning to send more VIP invitations to more kids. Devon is scared, but realizes nobody will believe him if he reports it. |
****The End**** | 128 | If the reader reaches 100,000 points, Devon can enter VIP's room. He goes inside the computer lair and, at the advice of the Virtual Informative Pigs, unplugs the large power strip and shuts VIP down. In the blackout, he rescues Ike and tells a security guard about what had happened. He believes Devon and promises that Fazbear Entertainment will cover up the incident, and the brothers both agree to never tell their mother what happened. |
Guide[]
To earn the 1,000 points needed to get the good ending, the player must earn the maximum 300 points each at Fazer Blast, Monty's Maze, and Roxy's Raceway. The final 100 points can be earned at either at the Fazcade or Rockstar Row. The choices needed to get maximum points are listed below.
Fazer Blast (300 points)[]
- Practice shooting targets
- Take the high ground
- Go for the purple flag
Monty's Maze (300 points)[]
- Don't have the balloon
- Go left
- Go left
- Go left
- Wait for Monty to leave OR Distract him with candy
- Go left
Roxy Raceway (300 points)[]
- Sneak VIP in
- Pick the Chica Go-Kart
- Maintain your speed
- Go wider on turns
- Give him some space
Fazcade (100 points)[]
- Play Chica's Candy Crane
Rockstar Row (100 points)[]
- Investigate display cases
- Buy balloon
To earn 100,000 points, first go to the Atrium, then put on the MOE helmet. This will restart the game and make all future points worth 10x more. Go back to the MOE helmet again, and now all future points will be 100x more. Do the above steps to earn 1,000 x 100 points, or 100,000 points. Then go to Rockstar Row, investigate doors, and go through the VIP door.
Notable Details[]
- Glamrock Bonnie has his own greenroom and statue like the other Glamrocks. A cardboard cutout of Monty is placed near the statues, and Devon wonders if Monty would get his own greenroom in the upcoming expansions.
- VIP tells Devon that a daycare will be built in a future expansion,[3] implying this story takes place prior to the Superstar Daycare being built.
- VIP says that Monty's Maze will be repurposed into a miniature golf course,[4] presumably into the attraction Monty's Gator Golf.
- VIP says it is because the maze does not have "replay value", which may explain why Mazercise has shifting walls to create new mazes.
- The carousel in the Pizzaplex is described to be exactly the same as the one featured in the Carousel level of Help Wanted 2. The carousel is described as having three rings with Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Funtime Foxy, Balloon Boy, and Mr. Cupcake seats.
- Ike describes the map of the Pizzaplex as looking like a pizza, which is also how it is described in the Tales from the Pizzaplex story HAPPS.
- Glamrock Bonnie and Montgomery Gator appear on a poster together.[5]
- Glamrock Freddy plays "Toreador March" when he is about to enter the room. This is a reference to FNaF1, in which Freddy would play the song outside the door before entering.

- VIP wears an "I like Ike" t-shirt at one point, which could be a reference to Eisenhower's slogan "I like Ike."

- A physical version of VIP is possible some time later down the road when box sets start getting made for the interactive novels.[6]
