Five Nights at Freddy's is a supernatural horror film series directed by Emma Tammi and based on the Five Nights at Freddy's video game series by Scott Cawthon. They're produced by Blumhouse Productions, LLC and Scott Cawthon Productions, LLC and released and distributed by Universal Pictures, with Jim Henson's Creature Shop making the animatronic cast. In total, the film series has currently grossed $531.1 million in the worldwide box office.^[1]

Five Nights at Freddy's was released on Peacock and in theaters on October 27, 2023. A sequel, Five Nights at Freddy's 2, was released on December 5, 2025. A potential Five Nights at Freddy's 3 was revealed to be in discussions with Tammi and other creatives, with the team still processing the sequel's release and reception.^[2]
