The Twisted Ones: The Graphic Novel is a Five Nights at Freddy's graphic novel based on the second novel of the same name, and was published on February 2, 2021. The original story was written by Scott Cawthon and Kira Breed-Wrisley, and the novel was adapted into comic form by Christopher Hastings with illustrations done by Claudia Aguirre.

- Prior to the novel's official release, Twisted Foxy from the book's first cover appears to be traced after the fan model by HectorMKG.
- This also applies with Twisted Bonnie, since his appearance was traced after LadyFiszi's artwork.
- Claudia Schröder stated on DeviantArt on September 15, 2020, that the graphic novel was offered to her to work on, however she decided not to it. The graphic novel art was then offered to Claudia Aguirre. [2]
