Welcome aboard as Fazbear Security's newest team member! You and your crew will be on night duty at all Fazbear Entertainment's properties. We don't anticipate you having any trouble (then again, we never did before either and look what happened...). But if something seems out of place, you can always use the handy charging stations located throughout our properties to overload the electrical systems and shock any wayward animatronics back into compliance.
Can we count on you to keep things quiet until morning?
History[]
The beta was released on Roblox on December 20, 2023, with no prior announcement.[2] Shortly after its discovery, Striker Entertainment would confirm its authenticity as an official Five Nights at Freddy's game.[3] Two hours later, Metaverse Team Frights set the game to private, with an announcement on the official Discord being made shortly after stating it'll be "down for a few weeks to plan for our next beta test, and come back better for round two."[4] This announcement was closely followed by a comment by Scott Cawthon on Reddit, where he said the game was "in it's infancy" with temporary and unfinished assets. He added that the game was released by accident due to a misunderstanding from him approving a skin. Cawthon ended the post saying he'd fix the game in 2024.[5] A few hours after Cawthon's post, another developer on the official Discord stated that Cawthon had instructed them that the project be thrown out and to begin development completely from scratch with new assets, gameplay, and everything.[6]
After a long silence, the game page on Roblox was removed sometime in January 2026, leaving the fate of the project unknown.

Trivia[]
- On December 20, 2023, 2 hours after the game's beta release, the game was set to private.
- Additionally, Scott Cawthon went to Reddit to explain the situation. Stating that the game wasn't intended to be shown to the public yet, as the game was still in its infancy and only in the early testing phases, Scott states, "Apparently there was a huge misunderstanding when I approved a skin, and it was interpreted as RELEASE THE GAME." The game was going to be fixed sometime in 2024 before being scrapped and restarted from scratch.[7]
- The original release featured gameplay similar to the games Dead by Daylight and another popular Roblox experience, "Piggy," including the "Infection" mechanic, power-ups, and gameplay.
- Coincidentally, FNaF and Dead by Daylight were announced to have a crossover in Summer 2025.
- It was confirmed on the game's official Discord server that development would be restarted from scratch with new gameplay and assets, and it would be released when it meets a much higher standard.[1]
- YouTuber Lily Gia showcased some gameplay of this game from back in September 2022.[8]
- Based on the 2022 beta footage, it's possible that the game has been in production since 2019.
