Five Nights at Freddy's: Into Madness is an upcoming game relating to Five Nights at Freddy's.

Development Updates

From various statements made by Scott Cawthon online, the game would "be in the spirit of Foxy Fighters, or a mash-up of games similar to Foxy Fighters, in the vein of Update 2, where many games connected to create a single experience", and later stating it would be "a compilation of several previous gameplay ideas in the same vein as Update 2; just a free game for the fanbase." He does, however, state that the game may not happen.

As of August 5, 2019, Scott updated his Upcoming Projects Mega-Thread! on Steam, with info on the game:

“FNAF: Into Madness (On hold)

This game was originally going to be a project that I worked on myself, but now it looks like it might be a future project for Steel Wool (2021 maybe). Right now, however, I'm working on 58”

Later, on the unknown date, Scott Cawthon updated his thread, removing the current update about the game, leaving with "On hold (or is it?)". As of now, no further announcement/development updates are given.
