- The book was initially going to be released on September 20, 2020, four weeks after the release of Bunny Call. However, it was delayed to December 29, 2020.
- Before the book was released, there were early renders of it.
- The placeholder cover erroneously credited Elley Cooper as one of the authors, despite the fact she didn't write any of the stories in this book.
- This is the second book in the series where all the stories inside are confirmed to connect to the Stitchwraith Stingers, the first being Into the Pit.
