Five Nights at Candy's, commonly abbreviated to FNaC, is an independent survival horror series created by Emil Macko that began on July 18, 2015, and has since gained a large following. The series became an official part of the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise in August 2020 with the introduction of Scott Cawthon's Fazbear Fanverse Initiative.

The series currently consists of a total of 6 games (5 main games and 1 spin-off) and a handful of merchandise.

Console Ports

In August 2020, Scott Cawthon announced that the Five Nights at Candy's series might be ported to mobile and all major consoles, with the help of Clickteam LLC.

Future

• The fourth game, titled Five Nights at Candy's 4, is the final survival horror game in the Five Nights at Candy's series.
• The first spin-off game, titled FNAC FUR, was announced in 2022.
• Five Nights at Candy's Remastered, Five Nights at Candy's 2, and Five Nights at Candy's 3 are being updated for the Fazbear Fanverse and are planned to release on Steam under the titles Five Nights at Candy's DX, Five Nights at Candy's 2 DX, and Five Nights at Candy's 3 DX.

Trivia

• Before the series' existence, Candy the Cat and some other animatronics were first created as Emil's Five Nights at Freddy's OC's in November 2014, and Candy was the first animatronic to be modeled but was just a head at that time. Emil's animatronic characters (specifically Candy the Cat) were stolen and became a part of the infamous Five Nights at Freddy's 3 leak hoax, as well as the fangame of the same name (which was later renamed to The Return to Freddy's), long before the third official Five Nights at Freddy's game was confirmed. To put an end to this, Emil developed and released the official Five Nights at Candy's game a year later, which quickly became one of the most successfully popular Five Nights at Freddy's fangames.
• Emil created counterparts for Candy and Cindy, but, due to being made just for fun, they were not used for the Five Nights at Candy's series. These include: Phantom Candy, Nightmare Candy, Funtime Candy, and Funtime Cindy.
