Steam Synopsis, Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2

Were you looking for Fazcade, the location from Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach?

Fazcade is the second selectable game mode in Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2. It consists of 6 regular levels and 5 hard mode levels.

Gameplay[]

The player is tasked to completing minigames and beating all high scores of various minigames, with games such as Bonnie Bowl and a western FazerBlast.

Regular Levels[]

Bonk a' Bon[]

BonkaBon

Score big on the Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental's most popular game of skill!
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

Similar to a classic whack-a-mole game, the player must hit animatronics to reach a certain threshold of points within 30 seconds. There are three rounds, and points obtained in one round carry over to the next. In Round 1, the player must reach 20 points. Bon-Bon is worth 1 point, Bonnet is worth 3 points and Helpy will subtract 3 points from the score if he is hit. There are seven holes that the animatronics can pop out from.

In Round 2, the player must reach 60 points. PlushBabies become active and are worth 5 points, but must be hit 3 times to fully send them down and avoid a jumpscare. Four more holes are activated; the whole row of them now available. In Round 3, the player must reach 120 points. Four more holes are introduced, which are located on the walls of the machine.

DJ Music Time: Beginner[]

T Terminal Icon DJMusicMan1

Take private lessons with DJ Music Man and learn to DJ in this beginner session.
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

The level is set in DJ Music Man's booth. The player is given their own DJ booth and must use it to match DJ Music Man's music, which corresponds to a visualizer on the monitor. The visual consists of four symbols (one center icon, two identical symbols to the left and right of the icon, a background overlay and a vaporwave checkerboard at the bottom). The player must use various buttons and dials to match the symbols. The game lasts for three rounds, each round having 60 seconds to match the music. If time runs out or too many wrong answers are given, DJ Music Man will jumpscare the player.

DJ Music Time: Advanced[]

T Terminal Icon DJMusicMan2

Continue your private lessons with DJ Music Man in this advanced session.
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

The game is extended out to five rounds, with the player having 45 seconds to recreate the music. However, during the round, a new threat in the form of the Mini Music Men will emerge from tunnels on the walls and floor of the booth before crawling towards the player. They must be repelled by flashing them with the Faz Camera to avoid a jumpscare.

Bonnie Bowl[]

BonnieBowlHW2

Bowl like a VIP in Bonnie's private lane. Fun!
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

The goal is to play a classic ten-frame game of bowling. Bowling balls are dispensed from the return system to the player's right. While playing, there are several random challenges (signaled by the TV screen above the lane) that either hinder the player or can lead to a lethal jumpscare. One obstacle will occur every two frames (2, 4, 6, 8, 10). Any of these can happen in any order, although Round 10's obstacle is always the same.

  • Monty Obstacles: Two giant Monty heads will come in and out of the walls, chomping their teeth. The player must hurl the bowling ball at the right time to avoid being stopped by them.
  • Bonnie Pinsetter: The giant Bonnie head that serves as the pinsetter will slowly move down the lane towards the player, chomping its teeth. The player must throw a ball at its nose to make it move back to its original position.
  • Moon: Moon will appear above the player from a giant hole in the ceiling. A flashlight sits on the monitor to the player's left, and must be used to stun and scare him away and avoid a jumpscare.
  • PlushBaby: A single PlushBaby will start running down the lane. To avoid a jumpscare, the player must throw a ball and run her over, sending her spinning down the lane and potentially into pins. Hitting the PlushBaby will cause it to roll with the ball and increase its hitbox.
  • Round 10: A single PlushBaby as well as Moon will appear. They will enter the same ways they did the first time that they had showed up. to combat them and prevent a jumpscare is the same as you would do to combat them individually.

Fazerblast[]

T Terminal Icon Fazerblast1

Fun with lazers! Zap targets in the Fazerblast shooting gallery!
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

This version of Fazerblast is similar to a "Shoot the Targets" attraction at a carnival. The player must shoot as many targets as possible with the Fazerblaster. The player's score is indicated by the Dreadbear meter to their left and will decrease over time. The player is tasked with keeping their score as high as possible by shooting the stars, meteors and L.O.L.Z.H.A.X drones with light sensors on them. If the player gets through the game with a high enough score, the game will end. If their score drops down too low, Carnie will kill the player.

Fazerblast: Western[]

T Terminal Icon Fazerblast2

Pow! Pow! Throw balls in the Fazerblast Western shooting gallery!
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

This game introduces a new way of getting points. The player has a basket of balls sitting in front of them and they must throw the balls at the archery targets as well as shoot the light sensors with the Fazerblaster. Halfway through the game, Carnie will present the player with the Puppet's gift box. If the player throws a ball at it, the box will fall over, revealing a single, red PlushBaby. The game resumes, now with the added threat of PlushBabies trying to attack the player that must be attacked in return. Again, the player must keep their score high enough to avoid being killed at the end of the game.

Hard Mode Levels[]

Bonk a' Bon: Bonus Round[]

BonkaBon2

Maintenance needed. Play at your own risk.
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

This mini-game is similar to the first Bonk a' Bon, but the lightbulbs on the machine are out for the whole game. The first two rounds play out exactly the same as their predecessors. However, in the third round, a pair of eyes will look through the holes to try and distract the player. These eyes do nothing and simply distract the player from getting points.

There is also a bonus round, as the name suggests, where the eyes will reveal themselves as Glitchtrap hand puppets, replacing the PlushBabies. If whacked, the game will break down and enter "TILT" mode. If this happens, the player must open the machine and place the colored wires on the inside according to a random 4 digit code. After that, the game will resume and play similarly to the first round.

DJ Music Time: Pro[]

T Terminal Icon DJMusicMan3

Learn pro techniques with DJ Music Man in this final session.
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

The final session takes place after the Pizzaplex earthquake, with both DJ Music Man and the Mini Music Man sporting ruined designs. The player only has 30 seconds to match the symbols, and an additional symbol is added in the form of a pair of identical cars riding across the vaporwave checkerboard. The player must appease DJ Music Man and fend off the Mini Music Men for five rounds in order to win.

Fazerblast: FNAF 1[]

T Terminal Icon Fazerblast3

Fun with darts! Pop balloons in the FNAF 1 themed shooting gallery!
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

Following tradition, a new weapon is added to the game. Now the player must shoot balloons with the dart gun, throw balls at the archery targets, and shoot targets with the Fazerblaster. Unlike the previous minigames, the player is located in the original Five Nights at Freddy's office. The player must fend off the PlushBabies outside of the booth and each of the Classic Animatronics that attempt to enter the office. Similar to the original FNaF 1, the player will see animatronics outside the office doors and the door buttons must be shot with the Fazerblaster in order to close them. If too much time is wasted while the animatronics are at the door, the animatronic will "jumpscare" the player and temporarily block the targets, making the player unable to gain points during the lengthy jumpscare animation.

Fazerblast: FNAF 2[]

T Terminal Icon Fazerblast4

Test your skill in the FNAF 2 themed shooting gallery!
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

The game does not introduce a new weapon. However, it does introduce two new screens on either side of the player. The screens have the children sprites from the "Take Cake to the Children" minigame and can be hit with the balls before eventually respawning. The player also has to look at the monitor so they can find the Toy Animatronics in the vents and wind the music box in the Prize Counter to keep the Puppet from attacking. Sometimes, an animatronic will appear in the left or right vent cameras. The player must then look to the respective side to find a balloon recreation of the animatronic that must be shot with the dart gun. If Toy Freddy appears on the camera, the player must put down the monitor and put on the Freddy mask, Toy Freddy will appear in the player's office and can be shot with the Fazerblaster. If Withered Foxy appears, the player can put down the monitor to find Withered Foxy in the Office. Withered Foxy can be hit with the balls.

Fazerblast: FNAF 3[]

T Terminal Icon Fazerblast5

Where ya' goin'? Don't let a little fire stop the fun! Come on back!
Menu Synopsis, Help Wanted 2

Unlike the previous minigames, this one can only be unlocked through specific conditions. The player must shoot three rockets in the Space, Western and FNAF 1 themed levels, as well as get at least 7000 points in the FNAF 2 level. This culminates in a chain reaction that causes Fazerblast to catch on fire at the end of the FNAF 2 level, unlocking the FNAF 3 level in the process.

The Fazerblast shooting gallery is nearly completely destroyed as a result of the fire. Various pieces of debris are scattered around the area and the Carnie has almost completely broken down. After a few seconds have passed, the Carnie will power off completely and fall limp, where a cardboard cutout of Springtrap is revealed to be located behind him. In order to finish the minigame, the player must defeat Springtrap while fending off the various PlushBabies that spawn.

In order to defeat Springtrap, the player must first remove the pieces of his "armor" with the Fazerblast balls. There are six pieces of armor in total: four on the limbs, one on the head, and one on the torso. After removing a piece of armor from the Springtrap cutout, the player must shoot balloons located on the bare Springtrap cutout with the Dart Gun. Once all pieces of armor are removed and each of the balloons are destroyed, the Springtrap cutout's two eyes will become targetable by the Fazerblaster. Destroying either of the two eyes with the Fazerblaster will cause Springtrap to appear in front of the player at the front of the booth. The Springtrap cutout will scream at the player and must be shot in the eyes with the Fazerblaster repeatedly in order to finish the minigame. While attempting to defeat the Springtrap cutout, various PlushBabies will spawn around the arena and attempt to kill the player. The PlushBabies must be hit with either the Fazerblaster, Dart Gun, or Fazerblast balls.

Trivia[]

  • In the PAX West demo, the arcade cabinets in Bonk-a-Bon were reused from Security Breach.
    • The early design of the mallets didn't have yellow stars on them.
  • DJ Music Man is given a ruined design in his Pro session level, after his absence in RUIN.
  • When the player throws a gutterball in Bonnie Bowl, an animation of Bonnie being sqaushed by Monty plays; further evidence that he murdered Glamrock Bonnie.
