Physical Appearance[]
Accurate Freddy[]
His first form, dubbed "Accurate Freddy", identically resembles his original counterpart Toy Freddy.
Halfway Freddy[]
His second form, dubbed "Halfway Freddy", undergo some dramatic changes. His color tint is slightly darker, his eyebrows were gone, his size and body shape grew larger, his eyeballs slightly shrank, his teeth slowly becomes canine-like, and his fingers are added with extra phalanges.
False Freddy[]
His third and true form is more grotesquely exaggerated, built like that of a large bulky grizzly bear. He now has animalistic teeth and nose, small sunken eyes, larger arms, a more edge-shaped bowtie, and a bloated stomach. His fingers and toes are now equipped with sharp claws. His legs are out of proportion with the rest of his body, being considerably smaller. His top hat was bent forward.
