Five Nights at Candy's Fur, abbreviated and stylized as FNAC FUR, is an upcoming action-adventure side-scrolling game developed by Emil Macko and is the first and only spin-off title in the Five Nights at Candy's series. The title serves as a spiritual successor to the Candy's Adventure minigame from Five Nights at Candy's 3.[2]
The game is planned to be published on Steam by Clickteam LLC for an unknown price under Scott Cawthon's Fazbear Fanverse Initiative.

this is THE game. put down your silly horror games and join CANDY and his twin sister CINDY on this brand new adventure - a spiritual successor to "candy's adventure", a popular minigame from the hit horror experience "five nights at candy's 3"!
Gameplay[]
The player controls both Candy and Cindy, who they can freely switch between upon interacting with Cindy. Candy has the ability to break damaged blocks and Cindy has the ability to break flower beds. The player can jump, attack, or switch between Candy and Cindy. The player can also obtain Candy's Fur, money, or items requested by citizens of Sweet Hills, the game's setting.
Story[]
Prologue[]
In the prologue Candy and Cindy meet up with each other and set out to clean the fur that Candy has left all over the town and the surrounding area. Eventually, they acquire yarn that they give to a local construction worker in order to repair a bridge. After travelling past the bridge and further into the area, they encounter the RAT, who attempts to send a robot known as the Animatrocity to attack Candy and Cindy. However, the animatronic is easily defeated and RAT retreats.
Development[]
On April 1, 2022, Emil teased FNAC FUR with a drawn-out version of the full teaser.[3]
On July 24, 2022, the game was announced at the end of a Security Breach livestream hosted by Emil in teaser form.[4]
On July 25, 2022, official trailers appeared across social media from Emil's accounts.[5]
On February 10, 2023, Emil released the first devlog for the game. He announced that he had created several "clever mechanics and interactive elements" that the game had to offer and that progress on the game had been steady since its announcement. He also revealed that the game's levels would be interconnected like a whole world rather than simply individual levels. A FNAC FUR Game Jolt page was also made.[6][7]
On April 17, 2023, the second devlog was released, focusing on the reveal of several enemies, some of whom returned from Candy's Adventure and some of whom were brand new. Among the enemies returning from Candy's Adventure were the dog (or the hench-dog) and the big dog, while the new enemies announced were the Chihuahua, the Fly, "Henway," the Fly-fish (which serves as a replacement of the Mer-Dog from Candy's Adventure), and Big Butch, the first revealed boss.[8]
On October 21, 2023, the third devlog was released. The devlog focused on the reveal of NPC characters, which would request assistance from Candy and Cindy during the game. Tilly the Cow was the only one revealed. Emil also announced that he had been composing a lot of music for the game before releasing one new track on the game's page.[9]
On November 22, 2023, Emil posted another update about the letterboxes, to which he decided not to remove the letterboxes.[10]
On July 18, 2024, a legacy demo was released to the public that contained a short bit of content from early stages of development. It features a short tidbit of story involving the RAT and other residents of Sweet Hills.
Trivia[]
- FNAC FUR is planned to have a letterbox format similar to the style of the minigame it was based on.
- Initially, the letterbox format was planned to be scrapped but was reinstated after Emil revealed that it was too much work for zero benefit.
