Physical Appearance[]
Doug is a middle-aged, short and chubby man with peachy skin, rosy cheeks, blue eyes and a dark hair which seems to be graying. He wears a dark blue suit, a white shirt and an orange, black and white colored tie tied around the collar of his shirt. He also carries around a brown suitcase which contains several legal documents, including the "Family Court Matter" file that Jane wanted Michael to sign so that she could gain Abby's custody.
Personality[]
Doug is usually lost in his own thoughts, often not paying attention to his surroundings with a blank stare. He does not approve of being witness to his client's plans for illegal activity, and attempts to leave, but is not successful in doing so.
History[]
Doug is first seen in the Child Development Center along with Jane Schmidt. After being awoken from his dazing off, Doug hands Michael custody papers. He later appears at Sparky's Diner, again with Jane as she talks with Jeff and Maxine. He'll start to panic, as he realizes he shouldn't be hearing their conversation, due to the incriminating topic, but is forced to remain at the table until a new deal is set.
