- He is possibly based of Alex in the Harlem meme.
- He is the only enemy in the game to not appear more than once.
- It's likely he's based on the controversy with the first Freddy in Space 2 teaser, where Freddy was drawn muscular with extreme detail, notably a bulge. This was taken down and Scott apologized for it being "over-the-top."
