This is something I wanted to say about the game for a while. I liked the Pizzeria tycoon part of the game, but the FNAF 6 part just feels...off. It's like it was rushed in the game at the last minute, like no thought was put into it. So I'm gonna break it down into three different sections: Gameplay, story, and characters. So let's begin!
Part 1- The Gameplay
The gameplay is pretty simple: you have to sit at a computer, complete some tasks for your Pizzeria, and make sure no animatronics kill you. You can lure them away from your office with audio, use the flashlight on them if they get too close, and turn off your computer and/or fan so they won't attract them with the sounds they make. The animatronics in this game all have the same behavior, which feels like a downgrade compared to previous games where each animatronic had a different mechanic. The gameplay is decent at best though, so not much else to say. But I do have a lot to say for...
Part 2- The Story
Here's the story in a nutshell: Henry Emily, William Afton's ex-friend and business partner, decides to finally do something after 30+ years of not being around in previous games by setting up his elaborate and convenience-filled plan to end Afton's madness once and for all. Using the power of plot devices and plot convenience, he managed to lure in 4 remaining animatronics all connected to him: Molten Freddy (the amalgamation of Afton's constructs), Scrap Baby (Elizabeth Afton), Scraptrap (The killer himself) and The Puppet (Charlie Emily). All of these animatronics work together for no logical reason besides plot, yet do not interact with each other at all even though two of them hate each other, one of them gave life to the first two and the other two killed each other in the past. Henry also builds a suit to trap his daughter, but for some reason, Charlie is capable of fully using the suit and attacking anyone. Henry sets up an underground maze with no exits, somehow, along with advertisements so someone can fill the role of "Pizzeria Manager". The only one who does this is Michael "worst Main Character in FNAF history" Afton, who was conveniently trying to find his father for 30 years. He salvages each animatronic one by one and survives for a week until Henry reveals his plan and burns them all because each of them have remnant (another unnecessary and unexplained plot device) inside of them that traps their souls inside of their bodies. They all die and William is sent to UCN to be tortured forever by some unknown kid that he killed at some point in the timeline but we never see it. The End.
Part 3- The Characters
Henry: Compared to his novel counterpart, Henry is still a wasted character. He shows up out of nowhere and does nothing but serve as a living plot device and an exposition dump. For the guy who created Fredbear, Freddy Fazbear, The Puppet, Springlock Suits, is the father of the kid who gave life and was once an old friend of the MAIN ANTAGONIST, you'd think he would have a more important role in this series in general.
Michael Afton: I dislike Michael completely. Why? Because he has no personality, no character development, no character in general (none of these three things were actually seen, only implied) and has brought nothing but trouble for the community ever since his introduction to the series ( Miketrap, Mikebot and being the second Purple Guy for example). The only interesting thing about him is that he's a zombie, something that is almost completely ignored in this game, especially since he has a heartbeat during gameplay. He is not only the worst human character in this series, but also the worst character period because he has nothing going for him besides being related to the main antagonist, which Elizabeth does a better job at.
Molten Freddy: Not really much to say about him except that I like his design. Would've been nice to see how he interacted with the others.
Lefty: Again, not much to say, though I don't see the point in changing the kid's gender since the story would've been the same either way. Still doesn't make sense why she never went after William though.
Scraptrap: This abomination doesn't deserve the name Springtrap, Purple Guy or even William Afton. Most people have already said enough about his design, but his character feels like the complete opposite of Springtrap and William. The silent but deadly hunter and the manipulative and cunning mad scientist was represented in this game by this peanut-headed moron who thinks walking into traps out of curiosity is a good idea. It also doesn't make sense how he can talk now, but whatever.
Scrap Baby: Like Scraptrap, Baby has also regressed as a character. Instead of being the manipulative and deceitful mastermind in SL who just wanted to be free, she is now a psychopath with serious issues that not even therapy will fix. Like the others, she doesn't acknowledge the animatronics that are with her. I would ask where she got her claw and roller skates from, but it's probably the same explanation for where Molten Freddy got his mask from, why The Puppet is back now, why Henry is finally doing something and why Scraptrap looks horrible now: Because reasons.
Final Verdict: The game is decent, but definitely needs some major improvements, mainly for the story.
