Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location[]
Bidybab jumpscaring the player.
Bidybabs are only active in Circus Gallery on Night 2. While the HandUnit is rebooting the power to Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental, the player must hide under the desk until the power is restored. While under the desk, Bidybabs will enter the room and proceed to look underneath, peering through the holes that riddle the door that protects the player. After they do that, Bidybabs will attempt to pry open the door and pull it open to get inside. The player's job is to try and hold the door shut to keep them out. If the player fails to keep the door shut, Bidybab's jumpscare will trigger, resulting in a game over.

Bidybab jumpscaring the player.
A single Bidybab will progress through the vent. The player must hear sounds from the vent to tell how close she is to the office. When the player hears her talking, it indicates that she has started moving. When the player hears the sound of Bidybab crawling through the vent, they must shut the vent door to avoid certain death. After closing the vent door, the player will hear a knock on the door, signaling Bidybab's retreat. Failure to block the vent door in time will result in her jumpscare.

Ultimate Custom Night[]

While Bidybab does not appear in Ultimate Custom Night as one of the selectable characters or Dee Dee's spawns, she appears in the Sister Location stylized Office skin as one of the environmental decorations.
Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted[]
Bidybab makes a brief cameo in Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted in Circus Baby's level during the Night Terrors game mode, she is seen close to the door, and inside the closet [1]. Also, some of Bidybab's dialogue can be heard during Funtime Freddy's Night Terrors level for reasons unknown.
Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2[]
Bidybabs appear as secret enemies in the Ballora Gallery level. The player must crawl to the end of Ballora Gallery, keeping their path as straight as possible. If the player goes too far to the left or right, a Bidybab will appear. Her purple glowing eyes can be seen in the darkness and one of her voicelines (reused audio from Sister Location) will play, serving as a warning. If the player moves towards them, the Bidybabs will rapidly crawl towards them and jumpscare them, ending the game.
Bidybabs also appear as threats in Office: Puppet Master. Multiple Bidybabs will mess with the power alongside the Minireenas, and must be shocked using the controled shock button. A single Bidybab will make her way to the Private Room through the vents, and quickly crawl towards the player. She'll jumpscare if the vent isn't closed in time.
She can also jumpscare the player when receiving a prize from the Cupcake Bonanza if a minigame was completed multiple times. A reference to Plushtrap's near identical behavior.
