Sally is the grandmother of Caleb Bell. She is the owner of Sally's and is usually very cheerful, but following the accident of Caleb Bells, she became depressed. She is a plump woman in her 70s with dyed black hair that was darker than Joel's, often wearing a pink apron on her. After the incident involving Caleb, her eyes was red and her mascara was smudged.
