“Why do you hide inside your walls, when there is music in my halls? All I see is an empty room, no more joy, an empty tomb. It's so good to sing all day, to dance, to spin, to fly away.” |
Ballora is a ballerina dancer animatronic and major antagonist who first appeared in Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location, where she entertains at her own gallery room from the west of Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental.
Physical Appearance[]
“A sound-activated ballerina animatronic with painted white skin, rosy cheeks, blue hair, and a purple tutu. She occupies Ballora Gallery in Sister Location and sings a creepy song on Night 2 if you listen closely. Ballora is often accompanied by Minireenas, and has several unique capabilities mentioned in her blueprint.” |
Out of all animatronics in the series, Ballora is likely the most human-like animatronic yet. Resembling an actual ballerina, she wears a blue bikini and a purple tutu decorated with golden orbs. She has pink, rosy cheeks with matching lipstick, blue hair, and blue nails. Her eyebrows are thin and colored in light-blue. She wears golden pearl-shaped earrings, and a pearl tiara atop her head, making her one of the most decorated characters in the series.
In most of her appearances in the game, Ballora stands in a pose with her hands above her head and has her eyes closed. However, her eyes have been shown occasionally. They look smaller than the other animatronic's eyes due to having a metal casing and pink irises, and her eyelids are blue-colored sporting long eyelashes as well.
In Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2, Ballora's design remains nearly identical, and is mostly unchanged, but her irises are significantly larger and she has purple eyes.
Personality[]
Ballora is very seductive and deadly, seemingly calm and composed. She also appears to be very talented at singing. Circus Baby says that "Ballora never learns", which might imply that either she does not like to play pretend or is not able to do so as well as Baby does. Ballora also seems to be very sadistic and taunting and is fearless of what the player thinks of her.
Functionality[]
Ballora has several capabilities, including:[3]
- Audio Activation Sensor: A sensor that activates audio to lure victims in.
- Deter & Misdirect Remote Activation: Has the ability to misdirect anybody to the wrong direction/place to lure victims in.
- Balance/Stability: Has the ability to balance and be stable properly.
- Collision Sensor: A sensor that activates whenever Ballora is in danger of crashing into objects or walls.
