Physical Appearance[]

Balloon Boy looks much like its main and film series counterparts but instead being a smaller figurine rather then an animatronic. It wears a red and blue striped shirt with black buttons, a propeller hat of the same pattern and blue pants with brown shoes. It also holds a sign saying "Balloons!" as well as a yellow and red stripped balloon. Unlike its main and film series counterparts he has different proportions part from being a figurine, having visible rings around his eyes, enlarged and protruding teeth, and being on a base.

History[]

Balloon Boy first makes its appearance when Mike Schmidt opens a locker in his office, he gets scared and instantly closes the locker. Mike then opens his locker again and turns Balloon Boy around, now facing nothing.

While Mike is retrieving supplies from a closet he gets jumpscared by Balloon Boy yet again. He does the same thing he did the previous time, turning around Balloon Boy.

In a mid-credits scene, Cabbie is taking a nap inside his taxi. When he hears a knock on the window, he refuses since he's attempting to sleep as well as likely being disgruntled with his previous visitor. His refusal is then promptly ignored and Balloon Boy suddenly appears inside the car standing in a seat which scares the Cabbie.

Trivia[]

  • It is unclear if Balloon Boy is possessed or not, as the figurine does seem to have the ability to move, including outside of the pizzeria, as well as somehow being able to effortlessly open car doors and get in car seats despite its small stature.
  • However, the animatronic Balloon Boy appears in the Five Nights at Freddy's 2 teaser trailer. Fans have speculated that it was upgraded or the figurine was just a figure prop or toy from the gift shop.
    • It might be further explained in future installments.
  • Its similar to the character of Lucky Boy, being a figurine.
