There are 10 achievements to unlock. Altogether, PlayStation 4 trophies are worth 315 points and Xbox One achievements are worth 1,000 gamerscore points.

Four Nights at Freddy's		(Silver)	80	No	Survived the 4th night.	Simply beat Night 4.
Five Nights at Freddy's		(Silver)	90	No	Survived the 5th night.	Simply beat Night 5.
Nightmare		(Silver)	110	No	Survived nightmare mode.	Complete Nightmare regularly.
The End		(Silver)	100	No	Finished your first week's shift.	Beat all five nights.
True End		(Gold)	200	Yes	Got the good ending.	Get the cake ending from all retro minigames to achieve the Good Ending.
Aggressive Nightmare		(Silver)	200	No	Survived aggressive nightmare mode.	Complete Nightmare with aggressive mode enabled.

2nd Star		Beat Night 6. (See here for more strategies)	Completing this night in home console ports will also unlock the "Six Nights at Freddy's" achievement.
3rd Star		Beat Night 5 with the "Good" ending unlocked. (See BB's Air Adventure, Chica's Party, Mangle's Quest, Stage01, and Glitch Minigame for more strategies)	Achieving this star unlocks the cheat selection from the Extra menu.
4th Star		Beat Night 6 with "Aggressive" mode activated. (See here for more strategies)	This star was first added in the original PC port's update v1.13.
