Odpowiada on za sprawdzanie kamer, podgrzewanie wentylacji i odłączenie zasilania konkretnego pokoju. Niektóre postacie będą utrudniały lub całkowicie uniemożliwiały korzystanie z niego.
Panika[]
Podczas gry pasek paniki będzie stale się podnosił. Będzie on wzrastać szybciej gdy gracz popełni błąd podczas rozgrywki, takie jak: odłączenie zasilania w złym pokoju, zwiększenie temperatury w złym szybie wentylacyjnym. Wzrost wskaźnika mogą spowodować także niektóre postacie. Pasek paniki można obniżyć poprzez spoglądanie w prawe okno w jadalni lub patrzenie na kamerę 10.
Odłączenie zasilania pomieszczeń[]
Gracz ma możliwość wyłączenia zasilania w wybranym pokoju, można odłączyć naraz zasilanie w tylko jednym pomieszczeniu.

Podczas nocy wiewiórki Sara i Saffron będą próbowały dostać się do gracza przez system wentylacyjny. By spowolnić postacie gracz może podgrzać wybrane szyby wentylacyjne.
