I believe William developed D.I.D* (*did I type it right?) after the loss of his daughter and youngest son

Using the song into theory helps me form my interpretation of the lore

I also believe that william had multi-personality disorder, because he also goes by purple guy and spring Bonnie or 'Rabbit man'

But it can also be half-canon

Also I know that the song isn't canon

And it is most likely that William afton said that because he was still trying to figure out how to make it safe for kids to approach her when she hands out ice cream

And if we go by the lyrics of the Afton family song. Evan sees this happen hence the verse "I never did go near,cause I know just why I saw"

And for William Afton to purposely do it is inaccurate cause Elizabeth was the first to die
