Don't forget nightmare, and the blob. one is death, and the other is a giant pile of wires that can just absorb most other animatronics, and can't die by normal means.

How about characters like shadow bonnie and freddy, which are basically ghosts, or "Chica's magic rainbow" and "Animdude" which are extremely powerful entities?
