This theory is VERY evidence based with few ''possibily''s.

*inhales* To start, Eleanor shows up in two stories: To Be Beautiful, and Prankster(Stichwraith Stingers). By the official character encyclopedia, we can say that they are the same entity. She shares a remarking resemblance to the fourth form of Charlotte Emily; who has been shown to be straight up Circus Baby. When Eleanor gets touched by the Stitchwraith, black blood comes out and MatPat illustrated it in tentacles. Since Baby(Eleanor) is in Tangle, then Tangle could have absorbed the Stichwraith. Then the blood would have flown out and under control of all the other animatronics and they might have chosen to shape it in tentacles.

Jeremiah, Matt and Ty sat at the diner. Jeremiah recounted his adventure at the game studio, continuity comparing it to Saw, or some sort of escape room.

“Like Squid Game?” Ty asked.

“I guess,” Jeremiah answered. “Although, I didn’t get paid.”

“What happened? After you opened the closet door?”

Jeremiah sighed. “They were dead. I called the cops. The camera footage cleared me of any suspicion. But, they still don’t know what happened. Torture, I can only assume. Suicide was offered, but I find that hard to believe.”

“So, that person’s still running around?” Ty asked.

Jeremiah nodded solemnly, trying to push out the image of the bloody carcases in the closet.

“Who do you think it was?” Matt asked.

Jeremiah looked at his friend. “The new girl maybe. Vanessa Hopper. She was a beta tester. Moved to our department after something bad happened to two of her co-workers.”

“Something bad?” Ty implored.

“She had a coworker, Jeremy, who chopped his own face off. I only know because when I first told her my name, she told me that story.”

Jeremiah thought it was weird. “Hi, my name is Vanessa. Your name is Jeremiah? That’s funny. Back at my old department, a guy named Jeremy cut his face off with a paper slicer. You know, those things they have in schools.”

Maybe she just had a dark sense of humor.
