Unlike the other animatronics, Chica knew where Freddy spent most of his nights in the Pizzaplex. She was the only animatronic Freddy bothered to reveal his identity as Michael Afton to. It was a secret she guarded closely.

This Saturday night, Freddy was below the building, interrogating the one who corrupted Fazbear Entertainment for the past four decades. As usual, Bonnie was confined to the boundaries of Bonnie Bowl, Roxy spent the night wandering the Upper Floors, and Monty was on the catwalks over Monty Golf. However, six a.m. came and went, and only Freddy made himself known to the bird animatronic by morning. The bear animatronic made his way back to Rockstar Row, looking rather frustrated.

"Freddy? There you are! It's been a long night just hanging out by myself," Chica exclaimed out of relief.

"By yourself? Where are the others?" Freddy asked curiously.

"Well, Bonnie and Monty are obviously in their places. Bonnie cannot leave, and Monty just chooses NOT to," Chica said in an annoyed tone.

"Yes, those animatronics are rather troubled. Then again, in some ways, ALL of us are..." Freddy sighed.

In the black of the animatronic's blue eyes, tiny white lights could be seen shining. This was a common sign, however one difficult to observe, that an animatronic was possessed. Shadows formed around Freddy's eyes, which indicated his exhaustion.

"I haven't been able to do much, as you can see. Uh, how are things with your father?" Chica asked with a tone of sympathy.

Freddy let out a sigh of frustration, one that he appeared to have been holding back for quite some time.

"Terrible, as usual. But, Chica, there's one thing I've been, uh, noticing..." Freddy said.

The chicken animatronic raised a single eyebrow, waiting for an explanation from her bear counterpart.

"It's about me. Yesterday, there was this little kid named Trent that came by. He didn't ask for a photo or an autograph, or ANYTHING. He just asked me for my favorite color. I told him it was orange, and he looked disappointed, until I explained why..." Freddy explained, then drifting off into the distance.

"I remember him! He did seem disappointed at my answer too. I told him pink, since it was my signature color? Why did he like YOUR answer?" Chica questioned.

"I told him orange is the color of fire, of hope. Chica, when I was still a human being, I WORKED at the Pizzeria before it became the Ruins below this place. It was a trap that my boss, Henry, who is William's old friend, set to call all existing possessed animatronics. Once they were all there, the friend and I burned it to the ground. Both of us died there. I thought there was going to be a new beginning when only the ashes were left, but I was WRONG," Freddy explained sadly.

"Afton came back, didn't he?" Chica asked.

"Yes, he did. And here he is now. Anyways, the boy, he KNEW we are animatronics. And I'm starting to think he knows my true nature... do I act differently from the other animatronics?" Freddy asked.

"Yes, you do, Freddy. Isn't it obvious?!" Chica demanded, sounding almost irritated.

"What?!" Freddy said in an alarmed tone.

"Freddy, let's take a look at all the animatronics here. Monty is an angry, prideful MONSTER who, unlike us, WILLINGLY murdered children, Roxy, although she's my friend, is hotheaded and arrogant, Bonnie, while he's okay, isn't anywhere near your level, and I'm a gluttonous animatronic! You, Freddy Fazbear, are a true guardian, the father that Gregory never had, loving, careful, wise, intelligent, and experienced. You ARE different from us, and it shows!" Chica exclaimed.

Freddy's ears lowered and his eyes narrowed. Guilt and embarrassment clouded the bear animatronic as he re-evaluated himself. He had all these good qualities, and didn't even recognize them HIMSELF.

"Oh... I suppose you are right. I can't believe I didn't notice myself. I apologize, Chica..." Freddy said meekly.

"Apologize? Freddy, you didn't even do anything wrong. It's just about time someone knocked some sense into you," Chica said with a smile.

"Well, thank you, Chica. You have no idea how much I appreciate you. Now, we should probably get ready for the day. It's Sunday, after all!" Freddy said brightly.

"People don't typically come over to the Pizzaplex on a Sunday morning, let alone six in the morning of ANY day. We have time! But we should go find Roxy and Monty," Chica replied.

However, before any of that could happen, the daytime guard found the two animatronics speaking in Rockstar Row. He ran over to the two, and Freddy detected from the way he ran that something was seriously wrong.

"Freddy! Chica!" the guard called out as he ran. When he made it to the two animatronics, he began to breathe heavily.

"Officer Staggs! Is there a problem?" Freddy asked urgently.

"We're closed for the day, and until further notice. Roxy's been destroyed!"

The scent drew Plushtrap further and further into the forest. The putrid, yet addicting smell of rotting flesh, blood, and rusted metal paved a path through the trees at night. Plushtrap only remembered two things Nightmare told him: "sabotage" and "you WILL find him."

"Oh BOY, the smell is getting stronger..." Plushtrap cackled. If he got closer to finding William Afton, then it would mean his mission would have a higher chance of success.

Eventually, he reached the back of a large building. This is where the scent was the strongest it had been all night. Plushtrap KNEW that this was the one place he should look.

"Well, if only I found a way to get IN the building," the doll growled impatiently.

There were a set of garage doors and a normal door on the back of the building, but they were locked. However, he did find a metal stairwell that led to the roof of the building.

"Well, what's this?" Plushtrap said with glee. He climbed up the metal stairs with ease, and made it to the rooftop. Plushtrap looked off the edge of the roof and gulped from nervousness. The doll had to be at least a hundred feet in the air.

There was the exit of a nearby ventilation shaft nearby, which was one possible entry point for the tiny animatronic. Without hesitation, he jumped into the small chamber, falling a short distance before landing on metal tile.

"That was fun! Oh well, I should keep going," Plushtrap said to himself.

He crawled a long time through the ventilation shafts, the pathway being illuminated by orange lights and formed by the almost artificial stench of William Afton. Finally, Plushtrap reached the end of a ventilation shaft. He ended up in a strange hallway with white walls and a black carpet for a floor.

"This is MUCH more well built than the House..." Plushtrap remarked. He crept through a square hall, around a nearby security office, still searching for Afton. The scent was strong, but Plushtrap could tell he was still a long distance away.

Plushtrap walked out of the room via an orange door and found himself in a room with a sign in the middle called "Prize Counter." However, the tiny doll discovered he was not alone.

There was a gray, wolf-themed animatronic with white hair and a green strand. She wore a red motorbike outfit and had glowing, yellow eyes.

"Oh... Nightmare wants me to destroy her! It is time for her to die!" Plushtrap growled hungrily.

He crept around a few shelves, trying to find the perfect angle of attack. The wolf animatronic, however, detected something was off.

"Huh? What's that smell?" the wolf demanded. She began to sniff the air, looking for what she didn't know was Plushtrap.

"They can smell?!" Plushtrap whispered in awe.

"I heard that. Who's there?!" the wolf animatronic called out.

The tiny doll's heart began to race at record speeds. He was at a huge risk of being discovered. If the wolf animatronic DID find Plushtrap, then it would be over.

But then, he realized it would be better if she DID notice her.

"Over here!" Plushtrap whispered. Then, he let out an ungodly giggle, hoping to catch the attention of a startled wolf animatronic.

The wolf turned around and peeked behind the shelf Plushtrap was standing against. She then noticed the small, green rabbit, staring back at her with a toothy smile.

"Found me!" Plushtrap giggled.

"What are you doing here?" the wolf demanded.

"Isn't it obvious? I'm here to kill you!" Plushtrap exclaimed. Then, with a roar, the tiny animatronic launched himself into the larger animatronic's head.

"Ah! Get off me!" the wolf yelled. She stumbled back as Plushtrap dug his claws into her face, latching himself on and preparing to remove a piece of the animatronic.

The wolf clawed at Plushtrap endlessly, hoping to remove the parasite from her face. The doll was resilient and ended up falling to the ground, with his target's face caught in his hands.

"What happened?! Where am I?! I CAN'T SEE!" the wolf cried with pain. Plushtrap looked at the face in his hands and discovered he removed the animatronic's eyes as well.

"This is PERFECT. Now, I am going to kill you!" Plushtrap laughed. Then, he once again latched himself to the wolf, preparing to take her apart limb by limb.

Not long after, Plushtrap left the wolf animatronic behind in a pile of scrap and rubble. Wandering through the large facility Plushtrap found himself in, he continued on the one mission he had- find William Afton.

The Prize Counter was a complete and total mess. Shelves were knocked over, various items and trinkets were spread across the floor, and the disassembled form of Roxy was lying on the carpets, sparks and ash tainting the air.

Freddy, Chica, and the day guard, Officer Staggs, were studying the scene before them. Clearly, something was terribly wrong. Potential thoughts and ideas of how Roxy could have died lingered through each of their minds, each less likely than the last. After a few hours of calling management, scanning the cameras, surveying the Prize Counter, and cleaning up, Officer Staggs finally gave up. Back at the Rockstar Row Security Office, he turned to the four animatronics, who were gathered for this day.

"Okay, we're closed for the day, but first thing Monday, we'll be back open. I don't know what happened!" the day guard sighed.

"Really? Are you, sure it's a good idea?" Freddy questioned.

"I'm not gonna lie, I don't. Something's wrong, I can feel it. But according to MANAGEMENT, if you can't see it, hear it, or feel it, it doesn't exist!" Officer Staggs exclaimed.

"They cannot see? Is there not footage of Roxy's destruction?!" Freddy asked.

"There is, but if anything attacked Roxy, it's COMPLETELY invisible. The footage just shows Roxy staggering around, clawing at her own face and limbs. I don't think any animatronic had a malfunction this bad before! I'm lost for words... you should go, there's nothing else to discuss," Staggs replied, dismissing the four animatronics.

Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Monty all walked out of the room, descending down the stairs back to Rockstar Row. Gathering outside of Freddy's Green room, the animatronics were prepared to discuss the destruction of their friend further.

"Something is not right. From what Officer Staggs described, it does not seem to me Roxy's destruction was a malfunction," Freddy said, darkly, to the other animatronics.

All three of the animatronics nodded their heads in agreement. They all knew there was no programming that enabled an animatronic to knowingly self-destruct.

"We aren't even capable of dismantling ourselves, let alone to the extent that leads to the state Roxy is in now," Chica added.

"But that's the thing- if Roxy didn't self-destruct, then what DID? I mean, unless Monty's getting up to his old shenanigans..." Bonnie accused, glancing angrily at the gator animatronic. Monty met Bonnie with a glare with an equal amount of scorn.

"I didn't destroy Roxy! I already got what I wanted from YOU, and besides, this William Afton guy needed your parts! What use is it continuing?" Monty asked.

"As much as I don't appreciate Monty's answer, I don't believe HE is the culprit," Freddy said, shooting Monty a disapproving glance.

"And besides, that doesn't explain Roxy's attacker, if there IS one, being invisible to the cameras! Even Vanny was never capable of doing that," Chica pointed out.

"All I know is, this BETTER not be that thing you keep in your basement," Monty growled, referring to William Afton.

Although all the other animatronics knew where Afton was at, only Chica knew of the true identity of Freddy, and how he and Afton were truly related. Chica and Bonnie also turned their heads at the bear animatronic, looking for an answer.

"It's not HIM. The last time I EVER saw him, he was chained against a wall. And I doubt after all that trouble Afton went through to reach a physical form, he would ever opt to return to the digital world. Whatever attacked Roxy was an outside, physical being," Freddy explained.

"You BETTER hope you're right. If you ain't? You can kiss goodbye to that boy of yours..." Monty threatened.

Something inside Freddy snapped. The moment he heard Monty threaten Gregory, he lost his temper. Freddy's vision turned to red as he felt his very soul churn inside of him. Without hesitation, Freddy grabbed his two, purple and green, clawed hands, and lunged at Monty, spreading his arms out and pinning the gator to the wall.

Monty quivered in fear as Freddy slammed him against the wall, giving him a perfect lineup into his eyes. Freddy's blue eyes were masked up by a shadow, which also covered his entire face north of his nose. However, Monty could detect, where each eye was, one white light, glowing and staring specifically into the gator's soul.

"If you lay a SINGLE finger on Gregory, I will kill you," Freddy whispered.

Behind Freddy's robotic voice generated by his voicebox, Monty swore he heard a whisper, as if someone was behind the animatronic he knew as Freddy.

"Okay, ALRIGHT. I'M SORRY. LET ME GO!" Monty screamed with utter horror.

Freddy pulled Monty off the wall and shoved him in the other direction, clearly not trying to be careful. As Monty recovered and stood up straight, he looked at Freddy in his eyes.

"What... ARE you?! This ain't right! I ain't ever seen this in an animatronic's programming!" Monty panted.

"That is for me to know and for you to find out. Now, GO," Freddy warned.

No further instruction was needed for the gator animatronic, as he immediately took off, likely headed for Monty Golf, where he spent most of his time.

Chica and Bonnie were both in absolute shock. Neither have ever seen Monty afraid before, let alone HORRIFIED.

"Well, THAT was something..." Bonnie said.

"I am not angered easily, Bonnie, but I will NOT let anyone threaten Gregory, or any child, for that matter," Freddy declared.

"Well, we need that energy for tomorrow! If there's something dangerous here, you'd be best for protecting anyone there!" Bonnie replied. Freddy gave a lukewarm smile to his hare companion.

"I'll be off now. I've seen enough for today," Bonnie said after a while. Leaving Freddy and Chica alone, the hare animatronic left Rockstar Row, headed instead for Bonnie Bowl.

"Freddy, your father may know what's going on. Try checking on him?" Chica suggested.

"Perhaps I will. Please make sure Monty and Bonnie don't kill each other; I'll likely be gone for a while!" Freddy asked.

Soon, Freddy would discover that Chica was right- William Afton knew exactly what was going on.

As Freddy ripped the planks off the sinkhole, he discovered many wooden platforms he could use to jump down to reach Gregory. As he leaped down, his stomps echoed throughout the chasm he was attempting to navigate.

"Oh! This was poorly designed..." Freddy said to himself as he leaped on one platform that was particularly unstable. He felt the shaking beneath his metallic feet, accompanied by the creaking of old wood. Then, it snapped.

Freddy went on a drop down the rest of the dark chasm, his screams echoing the abyss. Suddenly, he was stopped in midair by a large, metallic tentacle wrapping him within its embrace.

"Oh! What... who's holding me?" Freddy asked, fear laced into his voice.

A large body made itself known to him, a giant heap of metal with animatronic parts in the mixture, just as Gregory described. The head of the amalgamation reared itself. The head was that of a white bear animatronic mask, with purple stripes. The eye sockets were glowing red with an angry passion, and it seemed to be staring right into Freddy's soul.

"What... ARE you?" Freddy gasped.

All of a sudden, the beast lowered the arm Freddy was held in. The bear animatronic felt his feet being planted on the ground. Then, the Blob released its grip.

"Huh? You are letting me go? But, I thought you were going to kill me?!" Freddy demanded.

The Blob shook its head. Then, it pointed down to a hole to Freddy's left. A yellow light illuminated the space around it. Below, there was a concrete floor. Gregory was lying on the ground, back up. Broken planks of wood were covering his body. A pool of blood was forming beneath him, as a result of his injuries. Towering over him? The Daycare Attendant animatronic.

"It seems I have caught a child out of bed! At LAST... I am going to put you in time-out. Goodnight!" Moondrop crooned, as he raised a knife in his tiny, spindly hands.

Freddy couldn't stop himself. Fury clouding his mind, he leaped into the air, intent on crushing the Daycare Attendant. However, as he was landing, the Attendant yanked Gregory up by the hair and leaped back with the boy in hand. Meanwhile, the bear animatronic crashed feet-first into the ground.

"Oh! It looks like Fazbear has come as well, JUST as Glitchtrap said. It is time to PERISH," the Moon animatronic growled hungrily.

Freddy stared at the red glow emitting from the machine standing before him. It was evident that bloodlust completely overtook the animatronic, overriding every function it had. Gregory was caught up in the sick embrace of the Moon, barely awake. Freddy's heart dropped looking at the helpless child, dying with little hope. All he wanted was a warm place to stay, somewhere to call home. Freddy promised Gregory the world, and he let him down.

"Something wrong, Freddy?" Moondrop taunted, shaking the bleeding form stuck in his grip.

He knew that Freddy was feeling grief in the midst of the circumstances, and the Daycare animatronic derived a sick sense of pleasure seeing this.

"Take ME instead," Freddy blurted suddenly.

The Daycare Attendant's brow raised in surprise. A mixture of smugness and surprise took over his expression.

"I'm sorry?! WHAT did you say?" the animatronic said, despite knowing full well what Freddy wanted.

"The boy doesn't deserve this. I do. So whatever you're going to do to him, spare him, and deliver that fate upon ME instead," Freddy said with conviction.

Time seemed to freeze as the Moon animatronic stared at the boy in contemplation of the deal he was being offered. The fate of two souls were in his hands. A venomous glint began to cloud the Daycare Attendant's smile as he neared a decision.

"Come to me, Fazbear," Moondrop said with an ill tone of triumph.

Freddy spared no time walking over to the spindly animatronic, taking Gregory from its grip. Then, he laid the boy down on a nearby cot.

"He's free. Now, you are MINE!" the Daycare Attendant exclaimed.

The knife he was holding in his hand that was meant for Gregory, he turned on Freddy instead. Swiftly, the blade impaled itself into the bear animatronic's eyes.

"AH! I cannot see!" Freddy exclaimed.

Darkness completely overtook Freddy's vision, as he stumbled with no guidance. He felt spindly hands reach into his eye sockets, reaching around for something unknown to Freddy. Moondrop's fingers wrapped around the Endoskeleton head.

"Now... the Essence needed for the restoration, is right here. I have you now, Freddy Fazbear!" Moondrop exclaimed with glee.

Then, with a swift flick of his hand, he snapped Freddy's head off. The bear animatronic collapsed to the ground.

"Finally, I can bring back the Maker. Here I come, Master!" Moondrop exclaimed. With blue material laced in his knife, Moondrop ran to a vent on the wall opposite where Gregory and Freddy were. He had everything he needed, after he succeeded where the others failed.

Gregory was drifting slowly in and out of consciousness, as he felt blood seeping out of his body, with any remaining strength departing with it. There was no hope left for him. Whatever ritual Glitchtrap and the Daycare Attendant were doing was going to succeed. Freddy was destroyed and Officer Vanessa had no clue what was happening, or what he would even do about it. There was also that strange creature outside the room that would kill him if he tried to escape. All Gregory could do was hope his own death was painless.

"Freddy..." Gregory whispered.

The bear animatronic's broken piece of his head was laying on the floor. The rest of the body was sitting against the wall, motionless.

"Wake up, please..." Gregory begged. Still, Freddy wouldn't move.

As Gregory was fruitlessly hoping his companion would heed him, in the distance, he heard a sound not unlike a recharge station opening. Then, he heard loud, metallic footsteps.

"Huh? Is there an animatronic down here?" Gregory wondered aloud.

All of a sudden, a metallic blast door on the other side of the room was opened, and the metallic footsteps heard in the distance were much closer.

"Well, well, well... the only child to EVER escape me, lying before me. Gregory, isn't it?" a cold, raspy voice declared. His volume was abrasive and loud, similar to Freddy with Chica's voice box.

"Who, who are you?" Gregory asked.

"I am called, Glitchtrap, or Springtrap, but since this is personal, YOU may call me, William!" the voice responded with glee.

The owner of the voice made himself visible. Gregory tried to turn himself over so he could see this new individual, but two cold, metallic hands scooped up the boy and pinned his back to the wall, giving Gregory a look into the eyes of his new foe.

Glitchtrap, or William, had glowing purple irises in his sockets, took the form of a rabbit animatronic, and looked as if he had been rotting for decades. All Gregory could smell was a rotting corpse, old burns, blood, and all kinds of indescribable scents. The rabbit persona that William took on was that of a yellow rabbit, but rot had turned him dark green, and in some places, it was just endoskeleton. Flesh and bone were also visible on the inside of his costume. The mouth of the animatronic was made of old, human teeth and gums.

"I've rotted for years, then they tried to destroy me once and for all. I was trapped in the digital realm. Then, I met Vanny. I molded her mind into something that looked like ME. I took over every animatronic here, including Freddy. But he ESCAPED me. Do you know why?" William asked, with a venomous tone.

"No, I don't..." Gregory gasped. He was being truthful in the regard that he didn't know his friend as well as he thought.

"Through Vanny, I sensed something was, off, with Freddy. He was helping you. Then, I discovered something SHOCKING- Freddy Fazbear is a GHOST.” Of who? My son, Michael!" William explained. Shock was laced through every word. As he said this, Gregory's eyes widened.

"WHAT?! Wait, you mean from the Tale of Five?!" Gregory exclaimed.

"YES. Very good!" William laughed.

Gregory scowled at the entity, furious at the lack of remorse for anything that he has done. Noting this, William smiled, as if he was trying to be sweet, but Gregory could detect every ounce of poison that was about to leak out.

"You know, Michael tried to use you to stop me from coming back, like a tool! Many times, he endangered your life with no regard for you. He had you kill all his friends in order to reach ME. He doesn't care about you, and look where that got him. Dead, on the floor! But I can HELP you, Gregory. You can be mine, and I can reward you beyond imagination! What do you say?" William offered. Gregory's jaw dropped in shock, although barely, since his muscles were already weakening.

"No!" Gregory gasped, vigorously breathing as he said so.

"No?" William replied, as if he had misheard the boy.

"There's a reason Freddy did all he could to stop you. You're a MURDERER! You killed children back in the '80s, and you are killing more of them to come back! I know you tried to kill Cassie and I, and you did everything you could to take my life tonight. You wiped my mind and left Cassie orphaned, and for us to die on the streets!" Gregory yelled. Although his voice was weak, his heart was strong with anger.

"Oh. I see. You'd chose that PATHETIC friend of yours, that STUPID animatronic, and that traitorous night guard, over I, who has ENORMOUS power. Well, I am going to have to KILL you, boy. But before I do... I'm going to give your full memory back, and I'm going to make sure you die in pain from the memories of the past, and in pain from what I am about to enact upon YOU," William yelled angrily.

He grabbed Gregory by the head, and smashed him into the wall. Suddenly, it felt like death was reaching for the child's very soul, trying to bleed him out to reach it. Gregory let out a yell of pain.

"We're just getting started! You CHOSE this," William screamed with a venomous joy. An unseen force knocked Gregory's face up, blacking him out.

A blur of visions overtook Gregory's mind, rushing at him like a storm. These were memories that William had erased, but were now coming back.

Gregory remembered sneaking into the Pizzaplex a year prior, looking for shelter similar to what he was doing now. Only this time, it was during the day. The boy rewatched himself walking through the Daycare, but finding a girl sitting in a party room by herself, crying her eyes out. A tanned girl with brunette hair tied back in a bun was sitting in a corner. Makeup was leaking down her face around her eyes. Gregory say himself asking if the girl was okay.

"Hey, are you alright? What's going on?" Gregory asked.

The girl revealed her name to be Cassie, and she talked about how nobody showed up to her birthday party. Gregory saw himself giving her a pass to Rockstar Row, then asking her to keep it a secret.

Then, he saw himself getting trapped in after hours, being hunted by Monty in the lower levels. Cassie came to find Gregory with her father, only for the father to be killed by Monty. He remembered passing out due to Glitchtrap's influence, and him and Cassie both being sent to the orphanage when discovered by authorities.

When Gregory woke up, he had all his old memories back, and the fake ones were gone. He was confronted by William, still holding him up against the wall.

"Oh... I remember it all. You MURDERER. I was already homeless before I met you, but Cassie had a family. And you took it!" Gregory exclaimed angrily.

"I will deal with her in time. But now? You are going to die, boy!" William spat.

The old animatronic began to wrap his fingers around Gregory's neck, prepared to choke the life out of him. But before he could do that, from the ceiling, the lid to a manhole collapsed to the floor. The roar of a beast then erupted outside of the walls of the room.

"Huh... NO. They aren't supposed to be awake so soon!" William screamed.

Before he could say anything else, metallic arms burst into the room through all kinds of manholes, both in the floor and the ceiling. Somewhere, in the distance, the screams of Moondrop could be heard. Whatever beast was outside the Ruins, got to him.

"Hey! OVER HERE!" Gregory yelled at the top of his lungs. This took all the strength he had, because as soon as he said this, he began to breathe laboriously.

"Oh no you DON'T," William growled angrily. He tried to choke the boy to death, but a metallic arm from above ripped the rabbit animatronic away.

"NO! Help me!" William pleaded. He was holding on to the ceiling, trying to stay in the room. However, his efforts were fruitless. William slipped and was yanked up above, to a terrible fate.

As soon as William and the Blob were gone, Officer Vanessa jumped down into the room from another hole in the ceiling. She found Gregory bleeding to death on the ground.

"There you are! Listen, it's time to get you out of here," Vanessa said soothingly. Just as she said this, Gregory passed out from exhaustion and loss of blood.

"Is he okay?!"

"Gregory has lost tons of blood. It will take some time for him to recover fully from his injuries."

"When will he wake up? I need to talk to him!"

"I do not know. The authorities are investigating what happened at the Pizzaplex as we speak."

At that moment, Gregory's eyes opened as he slowly regained consciousness. He discovered himself to be in a hospital bed, bandages wrapped all over him and blood trickling into his body via an IV. Watching him, was a doctor, his assistant, and Officer Vanessa.

"What... happened?" Gregory said groggily.

"You, sir, have taken quite a hit. You've been sleeping for a full fifty-five hours. Officer Vanessa told the police everything that happened in the Pizzaplex from her perspective, and let's just say it's quite shocking! Thankfully, you are in good hands, and if we have our way, you won't have to enter the Pizzaplex ever again," the doctor said.

"She... told you?" Gregory asked.

"Yes, she did. After all that happened since Fazbear Entertainment's existence should have told us something was going to go wrong with THIS Establishment as well. I think we are going to let you two speak alone," the Doctor replied.

The atmosphere of the room grew cold as soon as the doctors departed. Vanessa had a very grim look on her face. Something was wrong.

"Something went wrong, didn't it?" Gregory asked.

"I'm afraid so. Roxy, as well as Bonnie, an older animatronic, has been discovered, and as expected, both were completely destroyed. But they managed to fix Monty," Vanessa said with a sigh.

As soon as Vanessa finished her sentence, all Gregory could see was red. Anger clouded everything inside his head. After ALL that happened, with the murders, Bonnie, and the brainwashing of animatronics, Monty got off scot-free?!

"They saved Monty?!" Gregory demanded.

"Yes. I tried to convince them out of it, but they say they need the revenue from his character, and they didn't want to waste any money on destroying his presence in the company! Unfortunately, he won't be going anywhere," Vanessa replied.

"Well, what about Freddy and Chica?" Gregory asked.

"They managed to repair Chica. She's waiting to see us back at the Pizzaplex. As for Freddy? It's complicated. They don't want to go down to the Ruins to get him, so we have to do it ourselves. The damages he incurred overnight aren't unfixable, thankfully! But it's gonna be tough," Vanessa said.

Gregory sighed out of relief. Freddy and Chica were still alive and within reach! However, he wondered about what was going to happen to HIM. Gregory went into the Pizzaplex nearly three days ago looking for a place to stay, since he was on the streets. Then, he met Freddy. Vanessa tried to kill him while she was under the control of Glitchtrap. But she was freed, Freddy and Chica were there to help, and William Afton vanished with the Blob. That left Gregory on a hospital bed with nowhere to go back to.

"Well... what happens to me?" Gregory asked.

"I still have my job, and if I really have to... I'm going to adopt you."

Cold and dark. Those were the two most fitting words to describe the place where Freddy was stuck. Ever since the Blob took William Afton, the power for the Sinkhole and below was totally cut. William Afton was imprisoned in the underground room where he had been stored for the past several years. Only now, Freddy was there to accompany him.

Freddy was in no better shape. The Blob barely managed to rejoin his head with his body, but the bear animatronic was still blinded. With no physical ability for either animatronic to move, all they could do was sit in silence.

However, it wasn’t long before someone would break the awkward air of quietness.

"How did you come back?" Freddy asked as he looked at his father.

Moondrop blinded the bear animatronic, but there were many Endoskeletons that had been brought down and destroyed. Freddy used their eyes to see.

"I used Vanny to use the Endoskeletons to trap and kill the children, then we had the Endos destroyed for the Essence needed to bring me back. My old ways have proven to still be effective..." Afton answered dreamily.

"Well, it all lead to this. You lost all your power in the digital realm, and the both of us are trapped down here in this place. The Blob has total control over you now, and if you misbehave, I could easily have them take you away! So, are you happy?" Freddy demanded. Afton merely laughed at Freddy's words.

"Ha! You really think either of us will remain here? Michael, if you TRULY knew your old man, you would understand that I ALWAYS come back! There's nothing that could stop me, and Henry, bless his soul, is proof of that," Afton retorted.

"You got what you wanted, didn't you? You are in your suit now, back in the physical world. Just like over thirty years ago. But back then, they didn't know what you truly were, so you escaped! But now, everyone knows EVERYTHING about Fazbear Entertainment's past. If they ever find us, you are going to BURN. How does that make you feel, Father?" Freddy demanded.

Instead of a smug grin, a dark expression overtook Afton's expression. Under all the dirt and grime, as well as the most fear-inducing appearance, there was still fear for something, but for what, Freddy had no clue.

"Michael, you may have brought me down, but there are FAR greater powers at work here. Remember that."

Freddy kicked the old door down, which erupted in a cloud of dust and cracked metal and concrete. The sound of wood breaking was also heard.

"Well, this is a rather off putting place..." Freddy muttered.

Beyond the doorway were three slates of metal that served as steps leading to a lower concrete floor. The way forward was made up of concrete and wood. Metal chain link gates guided through a path to a small, gray maintenance elevator at the end.

"That elevator is going to take us below to the Ruins. It may not survive another trip back up. I'll stay behind so I can try to fix it or open the shaft for us to climb," Vanessa informed.

"Very well. Knowing your current mental state, you certainly aren't ready to go. Gregory and I can deal with Glitchtrap," Freddy agreed.

"Okay, but promise me one thing..." Vanessa added. Freddy's ears perked up.

"Oh?" he asked.

"Protect him. PLEASE," Vanessa begged, glancing at Gregory.

In that moment, the feeling of dead in Vanessa seemed to vanish. The thought of Gregory making it out alive warmed her heart, because it would be one less death. Just another drop of innocence preserved.

"I will. Don't worry," Freddy said quietly.

Vanessa gave one last smile, then turned around and walked back into the brightness of the Pizzaplex. Freddy and Gregory walked to the old elevator at the end of the room. Chainlink gates on either side of them formed a path to the lift.

"So... down there is where we have to go, huh?" Gregory asked, his voice quivering as he spoke. The thought of facing dangers worse than anything in the Pizzaplex shook him, the memory of the night's events fresh in his mind.

"Yes. I will do all in my power to protect you. I do not know what lays ahead. But no matter! You won't be harmed on my watch," Freddy swore with conviction.

As they made it to the old elevator, the doors slowly opened, making sounds of metallic grinding as it cracked open. The clamp on the elevator doors were completely covered with a dull orange substance, known to be rust. The inside of the elevator reeked of ash and charcoal.

"This elevator has seen some signs of a cleansing, with fire... we should be careful. It might collapse beneath us!" Freddy warned. Gregory sighed, deep in thought. He had a mission to accomplish, even if it meant doing what he dreaded the most- going alone.

"I'll go first. I'm lighter, and if I make it down, at least I can continue. If you go first, the elevator has a possibility of having a break..." Gregory volunteered.

"Are you sure? It is dangerous to go down there alone. Your life is endangered now more than at ANY other point last night! I don't want you leaving my watch," Freddy protested.

"I'll be fine," Gregory insisted. Freddy sighed unhappily, but nodded his head nonetheless.

Gregory walked into the small, rusted elevator. When he walked in, he found a dull, shine-less silver panel on the wall, with plastic, white arrow buttons. A multitude of chips in the paint was visible. Gregory pressed the down arrow. As soon as he did this, the doors let out a metallic groan, as the doors slid shut. Many stops occurred, signifying the damage the lift acquired over the years.

The elevator began to creep down the shaft, when a sudden lurch briefly sent the elevator falling. A loud, metallic screech was heard as the elevator raced, then slowed down again.

"Oh!" Gregory yelled in surprise. The ground beneath him shook as the lift stopped. He slipped and collided with the metal ground, the sound of slams erupting through the chasm.

"Gregory! Are you okay?" Freddy asked through the FazWatch.

"I'm fine. I think the elevator has some problems... you might want to be careful coming down..." Gregory warned. On the other end of the watch, Freddy sighed out of relief.

"Okay, go on ahead of me, but only for a little bit. I will join you momentarily. Proceed with caution, Gregory!" Freddy instructed.

The door to the elevator let out a loud groan, as it slid open in a bumpy fashion. Gregory stepped out of the elevator, coming into contact with the dirt of the ground. Surrounding him were walls of dirt and debris. The ground was made up of dirt, mud, and concrete. The roof was rusted metal, and various supports were holding the Underground up. Behind Gregory, the elevator shaft was visible as it ran up through the ceiling.

"Wow! This place is huge," Gregory said, his voice echoing and reflecting off the walls.

"Really? I will be down to join you soon. The larger it is, the more unpredictable it is. Be careful, Superstar!" Freddy said on his FazWatch.

Freddy awaited the lift's return to him. The old machine was very difficult for even Gregory to navigate down, so he wondered just how much better he could do. As Freddy stood, facing the decaying elevator door, he could do nothing but think, as he waited for the lift, about how mysterious this place was. The dangers of the Sinkhole, no matter what, would leave a mark on both him, and Gregory.

The animatronic's eyes narrowed as he thought of the young boy, orphaned on the streets. He sought refuge in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, only to be dragged into this MESS. Freddy grimaced at the implied thought of William Afton, the entity that has caused terror for the boy, and murder of other children.

Soon, the elevator reached the top of the shaft, and the doors creaked open. Freddy took a step into the elevator, but the moment he did, the floor beneath him fell down. The metal floor fell loose with a "SNAP," sending the animatronic on a free fall to the ground. as Freddy fell down the narrow shaft, the air blew and chopped around his metallic body as he closed the distance between him and the ground.

"NO. Gregory, I am in trouble!" Freddy exclaimed as he dropped, hoping to reach the boy's watch. The bear animatronic hoped that the boy would hear him and somehow come to his rescue. Freddy was going to hit the ground, but he needed to remain functional.

That's when Freddy noted the elevation mechanisms on the walls of the inside of the shaft. Just before Freddy could hit the ground, he grabbed one of the metal poles on the wall, instantly breaking his fall. Then, he jumped from his position, landing safely on the ground on his metallic feet.

"Well, that was close!" Freddy said. at that moment, Gregory chimed in via the FazWatch.

"What happened?! Freddy, are you OK?" Gregory asked frantically.

"I am fine, Superstar. I just need to escape this elevator shaft. Fortunately, there is a maintenance hatch that will open the door from the inside. Just give me a few moments," Freddy responded. As soon as he said this, he turned to a panel on the wall next to the elevator door, with a rusted, steel plate covering the box. Freddy removed the plate and cut some wires in the box. As soon as he did this, the elevator shaft doors opened.

"There you are!" Gregory shouted as the door slid open. From the outside, he ran into the lift and grabbed Freddy's hand, attempting to pull him out.

"I am coming, Superstar!" Freddy said in a reassuring tone. The animatronic tried to ease Gregory, in spite of the circumstances the pair were in. Not now, not EVER, would Freddy allow something to happen to his friend.

The two began to walk on the dirt ground, stepping through piles of mud. The splashing of the water echoed through the chasm, but the dirt muffled their steps as they went through. Making a few twists and turns through a maze of walls made of debris, they slowly approached their destination. Freddy felt his young companion needed to further know what he was in for.

"Gregory, there are many other things about this place you need to know. The ultimate secret of this facility is what it once WAS. Everything was supposed to end here, but it didn't... I'm not sure what is happening here, but we have to find out, for the sake of the children..." Freddy said quietly. Gregory frowned as he was at a loss for knowing what the bear was referencing.

"What it once was? You mean, an old Freddy Fazbear's?" Gregory guessed.

"That is EXACTLY what I mean. And a very special way, this establishment was different from the others..." Freddy replied, absentmindedly. Then, he exhaled out of a strange emotion that Gregory could only call regret.

"If we make it out of this, I will tell you EVERYTHING I know. You have to learn what Freddy Fazbear, what I, truly am. Your life has changed too much to turn back. It's only right that I help you come to grips," Freddy promised.

A strange silence hung over the two as they continued navigating through the underground Sinkhole, to reach what Freddy wanted to show. In this sinkhole, both of their fates would be determined.

"Uh, Freddy, what's that?" Gregory asked suddenly, drawing Freddy out of his thoughts.

Overlooking the two was an old, rusted building. This red structure resembled a pizzeria, only, debris and grime littered the body. Above the entrance to the Pizzeria, was a red neon sign that read, 'Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place.' Below that sign was a set of red double doors, like in the Pizzaplex above. Freddy's eyes narrowed as he stared at the building confronting him.

"THIS, is where everything will be decided. This is the end."

"This is the end," Freddy said, his tone laced with finality. Gregory frowned. Nervousness overtook him as he speculated over the kinds of things that could go on here.

"What's going to happen in there?" Gregory finally asked, fear evident in his tone. Freddy looked down at the boy with a grim look in his eyes.

"We are going to confront someone I know. I won't put this lightly- he is INCREDIBLY dangerous. It is our mission to bring him down! I will do everything I can to protect you, do you understand?" Freddy explained.

A shiver ran down Gregory's spine, but he nodded his head in understanding. As he did so, Freddy pulled on the door handle, opening the building up for the pair. As soon as he did, loud creaks were heard from the hinges. They had not been used for years, and the unpleasant groaning from the metallic pieces showed it.

"This place is OLD," Gregory remarked.

"It is! Now, let us go in," Freddy replied.

As the two walked forward, they ended up in a large, open room, which was supposed to be the dining area. The floor was covered with dust and ash, making the tiles practically indistinguishable from the dirt and grime outside. The walls were a dull red, also a result of aging. In the middle of the ground, was a gaping hole, yellow tape barricading the entrance from everyone else.

"Yellow tape? Someone was down here before... weren't they? Someone from the Pizzaplex," Gregory questioned. A frown crept down Freddy's face, feigning the animatronic's confusion as to who it could have been. Vanny would not have left any trace of her presence. Who possibly could have investigated the Ruins before Freddy and Gregory? And, Gregory pondered, what made this hole more dangerous than the rest of the underground?

"We need to go down. I will go first, because I am stronger and more capable than you. Naturally, that calls for me to lead the way," Freddy volunteered. As he said this, he easily broke the yellow tape with Monty's claws that Freddy repurposed to be his own. Behind the yellow tape, poorly placed planks of wood were covering the hole. However, the wood had a gap in it, with a rope running down to the bottom.

"Actually, you should go first. I may be too large to fit on the rope, so I will find another way down," Freddy commanded. Gregory nodded his head. Then, he walked onto the wooden floor, treading carefully until he reached the rope.

"I think it goes pretty far down," Gregory said in a concerned tone.

"You are looking at about a 100 feet fall," Freddy clarified.

Gregory took a sharp breath, before finally wrapping his hands around the rope. As Gregory slid down, his hands felt like they were being charred. The rough fibers that made up the rope formed numerous deep cuts on his fingers, resulting in bleeding around the finger tips and the palms. Still, to not drop down tens of feet and die, Gregory maintained his grip. Slowly but surely, he reached the bottom.

"Ow..." Gregory gasped as he stared at his hands.

He took a moment to analyze his surroundings. The area he was in was almost pitch black, with some light coming in from a hole covered by wood. On the sides of the room, Gregory could barely make out wooden supports and platforms he knew he could never jump down. However, to his right, Gregory saw something extremely disturbing.

"Uh... Freddy, come in!" Gregory whispered into his FazWatch.

"What is the matter, Superstar?" the bear animatronic questioned.

"There's a giant pile of metal cables down here. I don't know what this is, but I don't like it!" Gregory replied urgently.

The metallic pile of cables appeared to be a hundred feet tall. Strange metallic limbs that appeared to be old animatronic parts were attached everywhere. Masks of many different animatronics were resting in the amalgamation, and the head of the body was that of a white bear. Red lights glared from the eye sockets, and giant grunts and sighs were heard, which gave Gregory the conclusion that it was asleep.

"Oh, my GOD. I- this thing is huge," Gregory gasped.

"Hold on, I will be with you soon. I found a way to get down! Try to find an escape," Freddy advised.

As Gregory tried to sneak out of the small dungeon he found himself in, he ended up on the hole covered by the wooden planks, which broke beneath his feet. Gregory let out a yelp as he fell to a concrete floor while on top of broken wood, ravaging his body with cuts, impalements, and scratches. A small pool of blood formed beneath him.

"Well, well, well... what do we have here?!" A monstrous voice growled. With what little energy Gregory had left, he forced his chin up, in order to see the abomination that was the Daycare animatronic.

Vanessa looked at the boy, who was looking back at her, the Security guard, with an odd mixture of shock, relief, and distrust. She could understand his feelings. Gregory had spent an entire night running from her, and she wanted him to suddenly believe her.

"Are... you going to kill me?" Gregory asked nervously. Vanessa looked into the eyes of the child standing before her. He looked hardened, deprived of any soul, and exhausted, all at the same time.

"No! No, I'm not going to hurt you," Vanessa replied softly. She reached into her suit's pocket where her knife was, grabbed the handle, held the blade in front of Gregory, and dropped the knife to the ground.

"You can trust me," Vanessa said in a soft, compassionate tone.

To signal her friendliness, Vanessa reached into her pocket again and pulled out the taser she took from Gregory back at Lost and Found. She reached out as if she was going to give the weapon to him. Gregory slowly extended his own shaky arm, sweat rolling down his head from anxiety. Despite this, he took the weapon from Vanessa gratefully.

"I think you deserve that. It's payment for what he made me try to do to you..." Vanessa explained, spitting out the word, 'he,' with utter hatred.

"Who's... he?" Gregory finally spoke up. He asked the question nervously, but finally felt confident to speak to the person who used to be his wannabe serial killer.

"HE is an entity named Glitchtrap, a virus who took over my body and every animatronic in this place, including Freddy. He used to be an animatronic possessed by the soul of a man named William Afton. He was behind all of those killings from the 1980s," Vanessa replied.

"Glitchtrap... he's responsible for these killings too, isn't he?" Gregory asked with a tone of surprise, despite already knowing the answer. Vanessa averted her gaze out of sadness.

"Yes... he is. You, and your friend Cassie, are the only ones who survived him. Everyone who came into contact with Glitchtrap ended up dead, except for the three of us..." Vanessa said grimly. Her eyes began to water slightly. Gregory knew the officer must've been under her control for months, which broke her mentally and emotionally.

"How long have you been under his control?" Gregory prodded.

"I've been forced to obey his commands for a year and a half..." Vanessa whispered.

Gregory's eyes widened in utter horror. He was standing before someone who likely had to endure Glitchtrap for the longest, yet escape with her sanity intact.

"Alright, we need to end this. Let's go find Freddy. Maybe then you can tell us how to defeat him?" Gregory asked.

"Freddy isn't going to trust me. Are you sure?" Vanessa asked uncertainly.

"Yeah! I'm sure he'll trust you!" Gregory exclaimed with certainty.

"Okay then... go find Freddy. I'll meet you two at Roxy Raceway," Vanessa agreed nervously.

"Well, I'll be going now!" Gregory said with a tone of finality.

Gregory sprinted out of the Security room-turned dorm and ducked into the vent that would lead down to the Observation Room. As he was crawling through the vent shaft, the sound of metal popping and echoing through the square chamber, he called Freddy on his FazWatch.

"Freddy?! Are you there? Listen, I've saved Vanny. It turns out she was Officer Vanessa! She's been under Glitchtrap's control for a year. Are you alright?!" Gregory asked loudly. His voice echoed throughout the long shaft.

"Gregory! Yes, I am okay. The news you gave me is VERY surprising indeed! Multiple STAFF Bots swarmed me and tried to attack, but I am alright. I am headed to the Lift as we speak," Freddy responded gracefully.

"Okay, good. We only have one more threat in the Pizzaplex, and that's the entity called Glitchtrap. There's a lot of stuff I don't know, but from what I do, he's the soul of some guy from the eighties," Gregory informed. Freddy made a 'humph' out of curiosity.

"Really?! Well... uh, who would this soul be?" Freddy asked uneasily. Gregory could tell, even through the FazWatch, that Freddy was alarmed. He decided to answer the animatronic's question, although off-put.

"A man named William Afton," Gregory answered.

Gregory was expecting Freddy to freak out, but surprisingly, he did not. Freddy acted as if he had EXPECTATIONS of someone named William Afton being alive.

"I expected this. Every time one of our Establishments had been constructed, it always had a connection with Afton. He was one of the company's founders. Why Fate always seems to reunite Afton with the Establishments, is beyond me. There's just so much HISTORY to this place. I am confident in the time ahead, we will discover it together," Freddy replied.

"Right. I'll see you soon!" Gregory replied. He ended the call with Freddy just after that.

Morning had come.

The Daycare Attendant was locked inside of the Daycare, which was still dark compared to the rest of the facility. The animatronics were gone, Vanny was who-knew-where, and the Attendant still lusted for blood.

The sound of ventilation air blew in the distance. The atmosphere was chilly, nerve-wracking for any human, but for the animatronic of Night, it was heavenly. He hated everything about the light, and those who dwelled in it.

However, the Animatronic's mood was anything but the paradise he knew the Pen to be. He was like a riled up predator, starving, angry, and alert. Visions and mirages of children, both sleeping and awake and afraid, taunted the artificial machinations of his mind.

But as the Attendant aimlessly wandered within the plastic walls of the play structures, around the wooden walls of the Pen, and across the foamy floors and ball pit, it was clear there was nothing for him to take. The Attendant searched madly, but with no sense of direction. He was persistent, but didn't know how to stop. Despite searching relentlessly for Gregory, the boy was nowhere to be found. Every second that passed was yet another ounce of sanity to be lost to the shadows.

"Gregory...! I am hungry. Are you too?! Why don't you come OVER, for a snack?" the Attendant called. Although he didn't eat, the machine was starving.

A second passed, then another, then another. Before he knew it, the Daycare Attendant had been locked in the Pen for thirty minutes since the end of the last hour. If he wasn't given any kind of freedom, he was going to lose it.

The Attendant's saving grace came to him when he heard the sounds of the computer booting up at the Security Desk by the wooden doors. Without a second's hesitation, the animatronic rushed to the table like a rabid animal.

"WHAT IS IT? IS IT FOOD?" the bloodthirsty animatronic yelled with an angry passion. He quickly ran to the thin, black monitor, the small creaking and tapping of his mechanical feet echoing throughout the Pen. The Attendant lunged at the monitor without much thought and pinned it to the ground, eyeing down the screen. A mechanical beep sounded from the metallic alloy pinned to the ground. Then, a sinister, deep, cold, raspy voice called to the Attendant.

"Well! You are a peculiar specimen, indeed! Maybe even better than Vanny! She will get retribution. But YOU... you will be perfect for the fulfillment of my plans..." the Voice cackled.

"WHO ARE YOU? Do you have food?! I demand blood," the Attendant demanded.

"Oh, yes... They will come for me! I have a JOB for you. And if you follow through you will be fed, rest assured! Find Freddy. Harvest the remnant, bring me back!" the Voice offered sinisterly.

Moondrop let out a chuckle, then a full-throated cackle. Every ounce of insanity he consumed through the night was then let out. The animatronic's mechanical laughs exploded instantly. He now had a chance to find the boy and draw blood. As he was laughing, the Voice let out an evenly hungry, eager growl.

"Where ARE they? I NEED TO EAT!" the Attendant demanded. His tone began to radiate the desperation that plagued the animatronic's mind not long ago.

"They are heading toward the Raceway as we speak. Meet them below," the Voice replied sinisterly.

As soon as this command was given, the lights on the screen faded away into nothingness, darkness overtaking the glass body showcasing the computer's functions. The monitor was dead, but the animatronic was anything but.

There was, however, a hindrance. While the Attendant finally had a chance to kill Gregory and his friends, it became evident to him that light was flooding the rest of the building. He had no way of reaching Gregory without turning into his Sun form.

"Ugh! I cannot reach them. The Light is taunting me!" the Attendant bemoaned.

"I can guide you."

In that moment, a chilly force, like an invisible hand, seized the machine's round head. A strong, icy wind blew into the nostrils of the face, leading to the wiring and circuitry of the machination.

Purple lights began to fill the vision of the Attendant's robotic eyes, scrambling its line of vision. He felt a Beast on the inside, something which did not exist before. Invisible hands on the inside reached toward the arms on the inside. The Attendant's slim body began to act as a puppet.

Above the Attendant's functions, there was a higher authority in control.

After the two left Fazer Blast, Gregory led Freddy back to Roxy Raceway, in order to meet with Vanessa and make their next moves. Vanny had been defeated, so the only obstacle they had left was the entity named 'Glitchtrap.' He was behind all the death and destruction that came with the company's history.

The duo were currently standing by the area where they found the cart. They were awaiting Officer Vanessa to find them, but all that was around them was a cluster of construction items, the sound of ventilation, a hint of smoke, and an eerie feeling of loneliness in the house of a monster.

"Gregory, are you sure that she will meet us here? I know you saved Vanessa from her curse, but I do not believe she is quite READY to meet us here," Freddy asked inquisitively.

"Yeah! She TOLD me she would meet us here. She'll be here soon. I'm sure of it," Gregory replied persistently.

"Well... if you say so. It's currently hazardous for a human to be in this area. As I said earlier, a sinkhole appeared not too far from here. I don't think it's safe," Freddy reminded.

"The Sinkhole is where our answers lie," a dead, soft, feminine voice said.

Freddy and Gregory jolted their heads toward the origin of the voice. Its owner was standing at the base of the white, marble stairs leading to the Entrance Balcony of the Raceway. A tall woman with a white button-up shirt, a black vest, black jeans, a security cap, rosy skin, vibrant green eyes, and a blonde ponytail was looking at the pair.

"Officer Vanessa! Uh, I heard of your, uh... situation... are you okay?" Freddy asked timidly.

"For now, yes. But I'm trying to recover from everything that MONSTER did to me..." Vanessa replied with a tone of instability.

The room temperature seemed to fall ten degrees as Gregory shuddered at the thought of that strange entity that he had encountered. A strange chill ran through his entire nervous system as he recalled the tape's contents.

"Don't worry, Vanessa. He had control over us all. There wasn't anything you could do," Freddy said in a comforting tone.

"Right. Well, it's time to end this! There's a doorway at the far left corner of this room. It leads to the Sinkhole," Vanessa said, with a tone that sounded like she was trying to be passive. However, all three of them knew Vanessa was broken inside.

"Are you truly okay? PLEASE, don't lie!" Freddy begged.

Vanessa gave a soft smile, then immediately broke down in tears. Gregory frowned out of concern, and Freddy's expression fell. His ears slumped at the sides of his head, his eyelids began to narrow, and a visible frown formed through his jaw.

"Down below... such EVIL! He's coming back because of me. Those children that went missing... he killed them. And he used ME!" Vanessa sobbed.

Freddy's hands clenched into fists. A nasty scowl formed in the place of a pitiful frown. He began to remember the acts of evil committed by his father, and how Freddy was partly responsible himself.

"Don't worry. We're going to find that man and I'm going to terminate him for good. It's time we did," Freddy swore. Then, Vanessa's tears slowly ceased.

"We can't bring those children back... can we?" Vanessa retored in a dead tone.

"No, we cannot. I know how that feels. I've made sure that Gregory won't meet the same fate. And I'm going to do everything in my power to prevent another death," Freddy said.

"You're right... I don't think we should waste time. We need to go. Follow me," Vanessa instructed.

The security guard led the animatronic and boy through the floor of the Raceway, until they reached an empty corner with a green door on the wall. The wall around the door had cracks and holes forming from previous damage. Air blew from behind the cracks, which reeked of decay. There was something very OLD here.

"Behind this door..." Vanessa kneeled down to look at Gregory in the eyes. "You are going to see INCOMPREHENSIBLE horrors. It will have an impact on you. There's things down there even I can't explain," she warned. Gregory stared at the security guard, extremely frightened.

"Down there? This whole PLACE gives me the creeps. The Endoskeleton Warehouse was supposed to be dangerous!" Gregory exclaimed.

"There were much less Endoskeletons there than usual. You'll see why soon. Now... are you ready?" Vanessa asked.

The entire world seemed to focus its weight on Gregory in this very moment. There was a huge decision to be made. Freddy and Vanessa intensely gazed at him, awaiting a decision. Was Gregory going to stay behind like any normal child? Or was he going to continue, knowing full well he could be scarred for life? Gregory drew a breath of cold air.

"I'm ready."

When Gregory walked out of the stairs from the basement of Roxy Raceway, Freddy was quick to find him. Gregory's frightened, confused, and desperate eyes that defined his mood just six hours ago was replaced by a cold, dead, and exhausted look. In six hours, he had witnessed so many things. Any child his age would have broken down, but being a homeless boy, Gregory was barely phased.

Freddy could tell, just by looking at Gregory's small shadows, that he had seen a lot of twisted things, including something recently.

"Gregory... are you okay?" Freddy asked in a concerned tone of voice.

"I'm fine," Gregory spat. Freddy was taken aback by his sudden sharp voice. He was upset that his FRIEND was talking like that to him, even if he knew something was wrong.

"Gregory, I know that you are upset right now, and you just want to leave..." Freddy tried to reason.

"Upset? THAT'S THE UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY!" Gregory yelled. Fury overwhelmed his vision and he started to see red.

"Gregory!" Freddy said sharply. But, being conscious of the situation facing them, he softened his voice.

"I am sorry... would you like to talk about it?" he asked gently.

"No," Gregory sighed.

"It makes you feel better!" Freddy said persuasively. He knew something was wrong with his Superstar, and he wanted to fix it before all THAT began, but he knew Gregory needed to air out his anger now.

"Well, I just want a place to stay! Everywhere I go, nothing good EVER happens. Both my parents died in an accident, I was stuck in that abusive orphanage for YEARS, and by leaving, I lost the only friend I ever HAD in there. In school, I never had a friend, because everyone liked to make fun of me for being homeless. CASSIE was the only one who didn't, and she's GONE at the orphanage. I lost EVERYTHING. And I didn't stop there. I let Cassie's father die, and I don't even REMEMBER it. I didn't know he existed until today! I thought Cassie was an orphan too! You think it was easy for either of us to leave Chica behind? You think it was easy for me to leave you?! I've let so many people down, and after everything we've been through tonight, I'll go to Hell before I leave YOU behind!!!" Gregory ranted. After he yelled at Freddy angrily, he couldn't breathe because the anger caused his lungs to compress. He collapsed against the wall, as silent tears began to break through the dam, that was, Gregory's eyes.

Gregory was absolutely dead. He was drained emotionally, physically, and mentally. All of that anger, he had been bottling up for many years now.

As Gregory was slanted against the nearby wall, Freddy looked down at him. Freddy knew this kid had gone through torture his entire life. And in a way, he could relate to him. He was never homeless because by the time everything bad began to happen, he was almost old enough to sustain himself, but he understood what it was like to lose family.

Freddy's mother was murdered by his own father, his sister was killed in an accident and became an animatronic, and Freddy was the one responsible for the death of his own brother. Evan's blood was on HIS hands. And to this day, it was screaming out from the ground to the Lord. Freddy was ready to confess to Gregory who he really was.

"Gregory, I couldn't possibly understand everything you're going through, but I do have something to get off my own chest as a matter of fact..." Freddy began in a worn voice. However, before he could talk, the lights abruptly shut off.

"Oh, drat. How long have we been here? Come on, we need to get to a recharge station! Don't worry, this is the last time tonight we will have to do this," Freddy said nervously. Freddy scooped up Gregory from the ground with his handless arms and ran across the Raceway until he got to the Party Garages. Then, he let Gregory down in the recharge station. For the next ten minutes, they were confined to that red tube.

"Well. What were you saying?" Gregory asked.

"I've lost so many friends. Roxy chose revenge instead of help, and burned. Chica... chose to let herself DIE so we could escape. Bonnie... was murdered by Monty..." Freddy whispered. He uttered the gator animatronic's name with pure hatred. Monty and Vanny worked together to kill so many people, orphaning children and leaving parents to grow old and die alone.

"Gregory, I do not know if you were ever taken in by Cassie's family before your memory was altered by the Virus, but after this recharge, we are going to avenge them. Mark my words," Freddy growled.

"Right..." Gregory said faintly. Teardrops were rolling down his face, and he clutched to Freddy, the last thing he truly had.

The time was 6:00 a.m. This meant the doors had opened up, and Gregory had likely escaped. Searching the cameras from her base, Vanny clenched her fists angrily. She lost TWO of her animatronics via betrayals, and Roxy hadn't been responding for the last twenty minutes. Knowing the boy, she knew to fear the worst.

"Monty! Have you seen from Roxy?" Vanny asked the Gator animatronic, who was also at the hideout.

"Through the network? Uh... she's dead. She burned to death..." Monty said sheepishly.

That was the final nail in the coffin. Vanny had lost THREE animatronics to Gregory's antics. Vanny slowly turned her head toward the Gator animatronic. A demented scowl formed on Vanny's face, and she began to see red.

"What... did you just say?" Vanny spat, each syllable laced with fury and malice.

"Roxy... died," Monty repeated nervously.

"Monty... get out. NOW," Vanny commanded sharply. Monty didn't even need to be told the first time. He ran out of the door quickly, fearing the wrath of Vanny. He decided to run to the only place he knew safe- the catwalks above Monty Golf.

Vanny was left alone in her room. At first, all was calm. Then, Vanny let out screams of deathly fury. Then, the vandalism began. She began to break various objects, trash the room, and throw her bed. Vanny wasn't just experiencing a 'glitch.' She was experiencing a full mental breakdown.

"FAILURE. All of them! And that child should have been ABORTED at birth! I HATE him!" Vanny screamed at the top of her lungs.

She pulled out a knife and removed the glove of her suit over her left hand. Then, she used her knife to cut into her own skin, yet again. Blood oozed out of the wound. Then, using her other hand, she sampled the blood and used it as 'ink' for the walls.

"Failure. Failure! Failure..." Vanny screeched and whispered insanely as she marked her room with her own blood.

Then, she knew her Master was calling her. Vanny began to feel anger from within, that did not belong to her. She was furious on her own, but this foreign emotion invoked fear into the assassin.

"Turn on the computer..." a voice inside Vanny's head whispered. Vanny walked over to the monitor on the security guard desk, then pressed a button which activated the monitor. Then, the image of the golden rabbit began to project itself.

"Glitchtrap! I... was just looking for the boy!" Vanny exclaimed nervously. Then, she fell to the floor, gasping for air. She was being choked.

"YOU HAVE LET ME DOWN, AND YOU DESERVE TO BURN!" Glitchtrap yelled angrily. Vanny could feel her own throat closing in on itself, threatening to finally suffocate her. She needed anything to save her own life.

"The boy... he hasn't left the Pizzaplex yet! He's still here!" Vanny wheezed urgently. Suddenly, she could breathe again and collapsed on the floor out of relief.

"Are you sure?!" Glitchtrap demanded.

"I'm sure!" Vanny doubled down. In reality, she had no idea where Gregory was at now. He could have been long gone, but he could have also been right at her doorstep. Vanny had no clue.

“It is your lucky day. It seems… you are right. The boy is still here. I can feel his presence! Remember: when I first found you, you were nothing. You were SMALL, pathetic! But now, you are more! This is your last chance. Are you ready?" Glitchtrap whispered menacingly.

Upon hearing this, Vanny let out a sigh of relief. Her gamble had paid off. It turned out that Gregory WAS, in fact, there. She was able to live another day.

"I... am ready. What are your orders?" Vanny asked.

"Instead of hunting the boy, bring him to YOU. Lure him into a trap. Go!" Glitchtrap said. Then, the computer screen faded into nothingness.

Vanny reflected on her life before this forced servitude of her master. Before, she was a game developer, creating a horror game based off of the true local phenomenons that happened in Hurricane Valley, Utah. She was going to download some software from an animatronic that was burned in a local fire. However, Vanny remembered what was inside it- it because Glitchtrap, and the very thing that controlled her every move.

"I need to find Gregory. If I do not kill him now, I will die!" Vanny panted. She kicked her bed across the floor one last time.

Vanny was ready to end it all. She was either going to fulfill her purpose, give in to her own insanity, or face the consequences of failure.

It was past 6:00 a.m., which meant Freddy and Gregory would have no interruption from the Daycare Attendant. Before they could go after Vanny, they had one last obstacle- Montgomery Gator. Monty was the animatronic who worked the closest with Vanny, and enabled her and her Master to gain a foothold in the Pizzaplex. Monty was the one indirectly responsible for many deaths, and directly responsible for a few murders. Every animatronic had claimed the life of an innocent in this building. And it was time for it to stop.

"So... I take it we need a Party Pass to get inside?" Gregory asked as he and Freddy walked on the Atrium floor.

"We do not. We gave the pass to the STAFF bots to avoid attention from Security. Now... we WANT them to come to us," Freddy denied.

"Well, that's convenient! Now, you think Monty is going to find us?" Gregory asked nervously.

"I hope he does..." Freddy said angrily. Even if the others were never there for Monty, Freddy ALWAYS was, and in return, all of his friends were murdered. Understandably, Freddy was hurt and wanted justice.

The two walked into a Lobby room not far from where the door to Rockstar Row was. This lobby had green carpets with a dark glow, which made it look like a swamp. There was a gator-themed kiddy ride on the left side of the room. The walls were a greenish-blue. Opposite of where Freddy and Gregory entered, there was a customer's elevator. A STAFF Bot was blocking the entrance.

"Hi. Please provide a pass," the bot commanded.

"No," Freddy replied.

He had no hands due to the trash compactor accident, so he kicked the STAFF Bot. Then, while it was on the ground, Freddy stomped on its head. The sound of broken metal erupted after each stomp. The STAFF Bots were more fragile than the Endoskeletons, so the bot went down quite easily.

"Goodness gracious... there's going to be quite a mess to clean up when management gets back..." Freddy sighed.

The two walked into the elevator, ready to descend to the last major place they didn't check out. When the lift reached the bottom, they walked out onto a pad with a black tiled floor. On their left was a set of stairs leading down to the Golf Course. The floors were green for fake grass, the sidewalks were blue with light blue neon lights on silver ledges, and the golf levels were light green. Many diners, shops, and other attractions were scattered about below. Over the loudspeakers, a guitar soundtrack was playing, that sounded like someone living near a swamp would play.

"Welcome to Monty Golf! We haven't actually seen Monty very much unless a big event was going on, or if Vanny was near. This is where he spends all his time!" Freddy said.

"It's not bad. I liked Fazer Blast better, though..." Gregory said quietly. He was still shook from his emotional breakdown from a few minutes ago.

"I understand..." Freddy replied. He wasn't referring to Gregory's choice of attraction, however.

"So... where exactly is Monty again? I hope we find him before he finds us!" Gregory asked, breaking the awkward silence.

"Monty is probably on the catwalks above us. That's where he likes to hide out. It makes a lot more sense considering the meeting with Vanny that occurred..." Freddy said, referencing Bonnie's death and Monty's deal with the devil.

"Well, I think we need to find a way up there. If there's a path to get up there, we need to find it!" Gregory said.

Before either of them could say another word, the sound of metal making a loud clank sounded behind them. Then, an animalistic roar erupted across all Monty Golf. Gregory and Freddy stared at what was behind them- it was Monty.

"Uh... I do not believe that will be necessary," Freddy replied grimly.

"Well, hello Gregory! Just thought I'd drop in! And... Freddy! I knew you were comin' back any day. Well, I'd love to chat, but you two are supposed to get killed," Monty said.

"Monty! You think I don't know? About what happened to Bonnie?! I KNOW Vanny wasn't forcing you to kill him either!" Freddy yelled.

"Vanny? Force me?! HAH! I did exactly what she said, cuz I FELT like it. All of you treated me like trash, but NOW... I'll be the Star of the Show..." Monty scoffed.

Freddy narrowed his eyes at the gator animatronic out of fury. Monty felt no remorse for all the murders, from Bonnie, to Cassie's father, to tens of innocent children! He was a monster on his own.

"Well, your dreams of killing me are GONE. You will never be the Mascot of a Pizzaplex, ESPECIALLY one where you killed children! That's going to end... today."

Monty lunged at Freddy before the bear animatronic could finish speaking. With a roar and a leap, the bloodthirsty Monty pinned Freddy to the ground.

"Gregory! Your Fazer Blaster!" Freddy yelped desperately. Gregory shoved his flashlight into his backpack and pulled out his golden laser gun toy. Then, he aimed it at Monty's head. Gregory pulled the trigger and watched the beam of red light hit the animatronic's head. However, it didn't do any harm to the animatronic.

"HA! Some little toy ain't gonna work on ME. I got sunglasses!" Monty guffawed. However, as he was distracted, Freddy pushed Monty off of him and the gator animatronic stumbled back. Freddy quickly rose to his feet.

"Well, Monty. Let's see if we can get those off you!" Freddy said eagerly.

"It'll be the last mistake you make," Monty threatened.

"Oh... we'll see about that," Freddy laughed. The two animatronics launched at each other, each ready for blood. Freddy and Monty ended up stumbling into the nearby gift shop, knocking over shelves and other various objects in their chaos.

"Ugh! Gregory! Go find the Security Office and retrieve a camera! That should be enough to stun Monty! Ugh, just go!" Freddy exclaimed as he and Monty brawled.

Without hesitation, Gregory turned around and ran down the stair steps down to Monty Golf. He ran through an empty golf course, running under a wooden shack, a camera booth, and to a diner. There was a security door next to the food bar. Gregory ended up in a kitchen, then ran down to a security hallway.

The walls were made of a sand-colored concrete, and the floors had gray tiling. Eventually, Gregory opened a door and ran inside a security office with black-and-white tiled floors. There was a u-bend hall running around the office, with both ends leading back into the hall Gregory was just in.

"Okay... Freddy needs a FazCam... where in the office can I get one?" Gregory asked himself.

To the right of the entrance was a metal office door. Gregory walked through the doorway into the office. Inside the office was a Level 7 badge, as well as an assortment of notes. There was a gift box on a desk chair. Gregory picked up the box and opened it up, retrieving a small, yellow flash camera.

"Great! Now... I need to get back to Freddy," Gregory said. He left the office and ran out the way he came. When he reached the elevator pad, however, he knew simply using the camera wasn't going to be easy.

"Well, well, well... I have you trapped between a rock and a hard place!" Monty cackled.

From the top of the stairs, Gregory could see Freddy lying on the ground, with a shelf thrown on top of him. However, Freddy had successfully managed to knock off Monty's sunglasses, his red eyes exposed to any kinds of light.

"Hey, Monty!" Gregory yelled.

"Huh?" Monty grunted. His head shot toward the stairs, where Gregory was at. His confused expression morphed into an eager grin, lusting for a meal.

"You're REAL foolish to come back here..." Monty growled. He began to march toward Gregory. However, Gregory used the camera and took a picture of Monty's face, up close, using flash.

"AAAHHH!" Monty wailed in pain. He clutched his head in a tight manner. Gregory shoved the animatronic with surprising strength, causing him to fall backwards.

While Monty was falling and grasping his head in pain, Gregory ran over to Freddy and helped him up from under the collapsed shelf.

"Ah..." Freddy groaned.

"Are you okay?" Gregory asked desperately.

"I am fine. Now, Monty is temporarily immobilized. We MUST finish him..." Freddy said determinedly. Freddy stood up and marched over to the gator animatronic. He delivered a powerful kick to the face.

"OW!" Monty screamed.

"Take THAT! And that!" Freddy exclaimed as he stomped on Monty's jaw. The metal jaw snapped and fell loose.

"Gregory? Pull Monty's casing off his head. It is time to finish him," Freddy commanded.

Gregory walked up to the alligator, who was groaning in pain. The machine's cries were not received by Gregory, as he yanked the casing off Monty's head, exposing his endoskeleton. Then, by a move of irony, Gregory delivered Monty the same fate the animatronic HIMSELF dealt Bonnie- he cut the wires of the head. Monty's red eyes dimmed out as the wires to his head were cut. Every movement ceased on the spot.

Montgomery Gator, who tried to sabotage, kill, and steal, all for the sake of becoming a bigger name, met the same end as his most treasured victim.

"Well..." Freddy sighed. Tonight marked the day of the death of all his friends. Freddy witnessed two of them, which took a toll on the bear animatronic.

"Alright. What do we do with the body?" Gregory asked.

"Well... I can't do anything, even if I wanted to. I don't have my hands!" Freddy pointed out.

"I know where we can get some..." Gregory suggested, glancing at Monty's razor-sharp claws.

Fifteen minutes after Gregory and Freddy defeated Monty, Freddy walked out of the Repair Cylinder of Parts and Service once again. This time, he had new hands. His hands were purple with green fingers and long, silver, razor-sharp claws. Freddy could use those hands for all kinds of things. If they found Chica and repaired her, Freddy would give her the voice box back. However, he would never return Monty's claws.

"So... how do you like your new hands?" Gregory asked.

"I love them! These hands are MUCH stronger than my old ones! Now, we need to find Vanny," Freddy said.

"Where would she be?" Gregory asked.

"When we went into the Viewing Deck room to get your new Fazer Blaster, I found a vent on the left side of the room. This vent had some graffiti of a rabbit inside, and I saw the name, 'Vanny.' That vent HAS to lead to whatever base she has," Freddy explained.

"So... how will we get in there? What if she's already inside?" Gregory probed further.

However, before Freddy could give an answer, a beeping sound was heard over the loudspeaker, but instead of the Computer Console giving an announcement or command, the voice of Vanny began to speak.

"Well, hello there, Gregory! I don't know why you're still here, but you survived the night. Congratulations- you won! Come over to the Fazer Blast arena for an AWARD... or else..." Vanny demanded. Most of what she said was on a playful, psychotic tone.

Gregory frowned. Why was Vanny trying to frame this as a GAME, and what she was planning to do if Gregory didn't go to her. he was very certain it was a trap. However, there wasn't much of a choice.

"Of course! This just proves my claim. Gregory? I need you to go through the vent by yourself to get to any hideout. It HAS to be through the vent. I will take Vanny on alone at the Fazer Blast arena," Freddy commanded.

"You want to go by yourself?! Vanny might get you!" Gregory exclaimed.

"She won't stop me. We destroyed Monty and Roxy, and Chica is currently out of power. And besides, I'll just hold her off. If we can capture her and figure out the location of the final Arcade game, we won't have to worry about her," Freddy assured.

"Alright. I'm ready," Gregory said in a determined voice.

The two left Parts and Service quickly and took the elevator down to Fazer Blast. Freddy and Gregory made it past through the lobby, the futuristic hallways, and the instruction and gear rooms. Then, they came at a three way. The purple door in front of them led to the circular, white tiled Observation Deck with luxurious couches and a white display in the middle for the Fazer Blaster Gregory had now. On the left side of the room was the vent to what Freddy and Gregory guessed was Vanny's hideout. Gregory crouched down on the floor and began to crawl into the vent.

"Superstar! Good luck..." Freddy said reassuring, as Gregory began to crawl the vent.

"Thank you..." Gregory said softly. The cold features of his hardened expression briefly lit up, but that was gone as soon as he began to crawl through the vents again. Freddy was left alone in the Viewing Deck.

"I HAVE to end this," Freddy stated. Immediately, he ran across the circular room and leaped through the window to fall down into the Fazer Blast arena. The sound of glass breaking and metal feet exploded across the arena. Freddy landed on his left hand and feet. Then, he rose to the ground from his kneeling land.

"Where are you, Vanny?!" Freddy exclaimed.

Freddy noticed a booth above Fazer Blast, where a rectangular window was. Through that window was the rabbit-suited lady herself. Vanny did a double-take at seeing Freddy, as she thought he was dead.

"What?! You're supposed to be SCRAP! I knew we shouldn't have pushed you down. Now, I will see to it myself that you are dead. Bots, disassemble Freddy," Vanny snarled on the PA system. Freddy looked through the walls and towers of the arena, and saw the game STAFF bots turn their heads toward the bear animatronic. Freddy raised his new hands to fight.

"I will see you soon," Vanny said menacingly. She left the window's viewing area and walked away. Freddy grinned, because he knew Gregory would be able to get inside. For now, he was about to be overwhelmed by hordes of STAFF Bots who wanted nothing but to see the bear animatronic turned to scrap.

Gregory was watching through the end of the vent as Vanny was skipping on the catwalks, leaving her base. Once he was sure she left, Gregory crawled out of the vent and ran through the metal door on the left, which led to Vanny's room. When Gregory walked inside, the room's disgusting scent overwhelmed him.

"Ugh! This place smells disgusting..." Gregory gasped. He covered his nose and mouth with his hands. The room smelled of rotten pizza, old and rusted machinery, and blood. To the right of the doorway was a gray wall and a rectangular window overlooking the Fazer Blast arena. The floor had large black and white checkered piles. The ceiling was light gray, and the left of the room had a cot and sleeping bag, which had dried up blood stains on them. The opposite wall at the head of the cot had purple graffiti of the name, 'Vanny.' All four walls had various words painted in blood, such as 'failure,' 'hunt,' 'Glitchtrap,' and 'kill.' This room reflected the fact that Vanny was truly insane.

"This room is disgusting!" Gregory exclaimed. Then, he noticed an arcade game against the wall, just next to the Vanny graffiti. The game was Princess Quest III. And it appeared to be paused.

"It's the game! Did... someone attempt to play it already?" Gregory asked himself. He walked up to the Arcade machine and pressed the resume button. Then, he observed the screen.

The Princess was in some kind of a dark maze, in front of a chest. She clicked on a button that opened the chest- a white rabbit mask with red eyes popped out.

"Huh? That's strange," the Princess said. The mask felt cold, yet burned with unexplainable heat in her hands. This mask clearly had something dark in it. Then, the Princess took the mask, and walked out of the bush-built room she was in. Back in the mysterious building she was in, she observed black-and-white tiled floors, dark gray walls with red lines and checkers in between, and a rotten wooden stage. On the stage were two mysterious statures- a golden bear statue and an equally gold rabbit.

"Fascinating, these mechanisms. I have never seen or heard of such technology back at the kingdom!" the Princess gasped. Opposite the stage were two hallway, but one was blocked off entirely. The one on the left led down to the end of the hall and a mysterious room with strange metal boxes and glass faces. The Princess walked down the left hall and observed a dark purple wooden chest on the floor.

"This has a strange key..." the Princess muttered. She used the key to open the box, and inside was a strange knife with a small, clean blade and a black handle.

"What is this weapon?" the Princess wondered. She walked into the room with the wood desk and the boxes. Then, the glass on the boxes lit up. The image of a white rabbit, with a face heavily resembling the mask the Princess found.

"Vanny..." a dark whisper echoed.

"Who's there?!" the Princess demanded. She held out her lamp to whatever source was making the sound.

"I need you, Vanny..." the whisper echoed. Then, metal walls closed over the doorway to the office. The Princess was trapped. The glass on the black alloy boxes switched to the image of a golden bunny. This bunny leaped out of the screen and reached at the Princess.

"AHHH!" the Princess screamed out of fear.

"I need you, Vanny. WAKE UP!" the whisper turned to a cold, raspy, deep growl. Then, the Princess blacked out.

Gregory watched the screen as it went black. He had finished the last Princess Quest game. Whatever happened to Vanny, he wasn't 100% certain. However, a huge weight felt like it had been lifted off his shoulders. Gregory sighed out of relief. Then, he decided to contact Freddy on the FazWatch.

"Whew! Freddy, I did it. It's done," Gregory said.

"Excellent job, Superstar! I am okay. The STAFF Bots have collapsed, so I can tell you did something right! Now, I haven't seen Vanny yet. Wherever she is, I think you saved her," Freddy replied.

"Right!" Gregory said. Then, he heard someone bang on the metal door.

"Ah!" Gregory yelped.

"Gregory, are you there?" the voice of a young woman called. This was the voice of Officer Vanessa, except it was less cruel.

"Who is that?" Freddy asked.

"I think it's... Officer Vanessa?" Gregory replied in disbelief.

"It's me! Please... open up," Officer Vanessa confirmed in a pleading voice. Gregory pressed a button that opened the door, revealing a woman dressed in Vanny's suit. However, the red eyes were not glowing. Gregory watched as Vanny took off the mask. Behind her mask was the face of Officer Vanessa.

Vanessa was cured of the Virus.

The time was 5:20. Freddy and Gregory were temporarily leaving Roxy Raceway, broken STAFF Bot head in hand to fix. Their next stop was the Arcade. However, there was a slight problem with the Arcade.

"What do you mean you can't come with me?" Gregory demanded as the two were walking on an escalator to get to the top.

"Well... I was banned from performing on stage after the breakdown tonight. And there is a DJ Animatronic in the West Arcade that likes to perform. He always comes up with a new track of some kind! Anyways, a programming bug with me is that if there is music playing in that Arcade, I automatically start dancing. I cannot STOP myself!" Freddy said with a chuckle.

"Well, I doubt the DJ animatronic would be performing at THIS hour," Gregory retorted. Freddy couldn't debunk this.

"Well... you're right. We will need to hurry up! It's been nearly two hours since an animatronic saw us, and I don't even know if they know I'm out yet," Freddy conceded.

The two reached the top of the escalator and walked toward the elevator in the very corner of the Balcony, between Bonnie Bowl and the Showtime Booth. They gave the pass to the STAFF Bot, and walked inside the elevator.

"Well, I like how this night has been going so far!" Gregory said confidently.

"Well, there have been some bad turns..." Freddy replied darkly.

That's when Gregory remembered Freddy being captured, the VHS tape, the Tale of Five, and all the other mishaps and discoveries that were made throughout the night. However, all of that was beneficial in the long run. Gregory and Freddy didn't have a target on their backs at the moment, Chica had been saved (and they could go back to the Sewer and reboot her) and they had a weapon in the Princess Quest games against Vanny. The second game was in the West Arcade. Speaking of which, the elevator arrived at its destination and opened up for Freddy and Gregory.

"Wow! This place is huge," Gregory said in awe.

"This place is VERY big indeed!" Freddy agreed. Some ambient, calm music was playing throughout the wide arcade, but it wasn't nearly enough to make Freddy dance.

Outside of the elevator was a round-about around a golden statue of Freddy. To the left was a small arcade floor, the center had two sets of stairs leading to a platform, which had a single set of stairs leading up to the Greater Arcade above, and the right led to the bathrooms and a dance floor. The floor where the round-about was was bright green. The stairs were made up of metal but had neon blue lights outlining them. Freddy and Gregory walked up the stairs to the Greater Arcade, which was one giant balcony. The wall of the balcony was made of brick. There were a few side rooms for parties and karaoke. The floor was black tile, and many, MANY arcade machines were in the way of the balcony, which made a maze of the Arcade.

"There are so many sounds and colors here! This place is amazing!" Gregory gasped.

"Well, just wait until you see this place during the day," Freddy replied.

Freddy and Gregory walked down the path to the right of the stairs, navigating around rows and columns of arcade machines. At the end of the walkway was a red security door. This led to the back room. The Back Room was a giant hallway with the walls made up of brick and the floor made of concrete. Many broken and old games lined the back. There was a giant hole with neon lighting surrounding it at the very end of the hall. To the left of the entrance was the security office, which was also the STAFF Bot repair center.

"I believe we have reached our destination!" Freddy announced.

"Well, I guess we better get inside," Gregory said. The two walked inside the wide security office. A square metal machine that served as the STAFF Bot repair station took up space in the middle of the room. On the left and right sides of the rooms were monitors and computers. The right side of the room, where the metal door was, didn't have much. The left side, however, had a Security Badge.

"Is that another badge?" Gregory said.

"It is! I believe that is Level 6. We should take it," Freddy advised. Gregory took the badge from the locked box it was in. However, the moment he took it, alarms began to go off.

"Security Breach! Security Breach! Please reboot the Arcade," the mechanized AI voice said over the loudspeaker.

"Not good! They know we are here now. If you reboot, the music will turn on. That means the DJ will be active! And that doesn't account for Monty or Roxy... Gregory, we are in a VERY bad situation. You go reboot the system. I'll stay back here to avoid the music! I'll deal with Princess Quest," Freddy urged. Their secrecy was all but gone.

Gregory walked out of the Back Room to get back into the Arcade. Every light was off. The music and Arcade sounds were gone as well. The only thing that could be heard was the air circulating from the ventilation.

"Wow, it's really dark in here..." Gregory noted. His voice bounced off the walls and echoed across the Atrium.

Gregory turned on his flashlight to see better in the dark arcade. Nothing was activated. No animatronic was present in the arcade. Gregory was by himself, but he needed to know where the reboot switch was. He decided to contact Freddy via the FazWatch.

"Freddy? You know where the reboot switch is? I'm getting lost in this place," Gregory said.

"Of course! There is a switch in the dance floor on the bottom floor! You will need to flip three additional breakers, then come back up. I will flip the final breaker, so just go straight to the Security Office!" Freddy said.

"Thank you! You're a life saver," Gregory sighed.

With that, Gregory ran down to the stairs, trying to get to the Dance Floor. As soon as he reached the bottom of the stairs by the statue, he knew he wasn't alone.

"Wait a minute... I hear something..." Gregory whispered. He heard the sound of animatronic feet stomping around the floor. Thankfully, the animatronic, which had to be either Monty or Roxy, was patrolling the floor of the arcade center of the bottom floor, which was just behind him.

Gregory ran down the narrow hallway, with a set of bathrooms and a hall that led down to the Dance Floor. The Dance Floor was a wide, open area with black tile. There was a stage behind Gregory to his left, which was very big and it looked very similar to the hole with the neon lights back upstairs. Gregory wondered if the DJ Animatronic was supposed to reside there.

"Okay... the breaker shouldn't be far..." Gregory said. He found a small platform where some metal, round tables were not too far from him. The wall had a metal box with an orange lever attached. Gregory guessed that was the switch. He walked up the steps to pull the switch.

"Right, now what?" Gregory asked himself.

"Great job. Safety protocols deactivated. Pram zapped, Brun DJ protocols. Reticulating splines. Please reset circuit breakers to all zones. Three zones remain. Janitorial Service, Arcade, Arcade," the Console said. Suddenly, a beat began to play across the Arcade. The lights and games remained off, but the Arcade was no longer quiet.

"Huh?" Monty's voice echoed in the distance.

"Uh-oh..." Gregory muttered. He ran down the hallway where he came from, and for safety measures, ducked into the men's bathrooms.

"Okay, thank goodness!" I should be safe in here," Gregory sighed. The middle of the room had a row of sinks and mirrors running through. The other side of the wall had a line of urinals. The very back wall had numerous bathroom stalls. The tile was white. To the right of the sinks was a small janitor's closet. This closet had a breaker inside. Gregory ran inside the Janitor's closet and pulled the breaker inside, which was reported by the Console. However, the moment he did this, he heard rumbling outside the bathroom.

"Wait... what was that?" Gregory muttered. That's when the door Gregory came in through was busted open. A large, white hand with a thin, metal arm pushed its way into the bathroom and began to feel around for Gregory.

"GREGORY!!! Come on out and Dance with the DJ!" a large voice called out. Then, in the open doorway, a trapezoidal shaped head with rounded corners made its appearance known in Gregory's flashlight. He looked exactly like the Spider toy that chased Gregory in the vents, but was thousands of sizes bigger.

"Come on! We can have the party of our lifetimes! Just get out," the DJ taunted.

Finally processing the danger that he was facing, Gregory let out a scream of horror. He ran out of the other door and ran down the hallway back to the Statue. The DJ made quick pursuit of him. Gregory ran into the Lower Arcade area to hide, which was a lower round floor with an assortment of arcade games. At the back wall was another breaker, which Gregory pulled. However, the DJ wasn't the only threat that made itself known to Gregory.

"Hey, there you are! Freddy's gone, and now you're dead meat," Monty roared. He was staring at Gregory from the top of the nearby stairs that led down to the small arcade. Gregory was almost cornered. He had no idea what to do next. With no option but to run, Gregory tried to run toward Monty's right, attempting to go up the stairs where the Statue was. Gregory ran up those stairs, and he made it up to the Greater Arcade. Monty remained in hot pursuit...

Freddy was very frightened at the moment. He was stuck in the back room, waiting for Gregory to return from resetting the breakers. While he was doing that, Freddy was playing through the Princess Quest II game. After a long time, he finally beat it.

"Phew! That was a rather difficult game," the bear animatronic sighed. The arcade machine, instead of breaking down like the last one did, provided a message for Freddy. The screen went black, but a white text popped up.

"Michael, can you hear me? Are you there?"

Unsure how to respond, Freddy pushed a random button on the Arcade console. More text popped up.

"Stop the Virus. Save Vanny. Fulfill the mission. Play the last game," the text said. After that, there was nothing more for Freddy to receive.

"Well... it looks like our prime objective is to find the third game and complete it!" Freddy noted. That's when he heard the echoing of footsteps enter the Back Hall.

"Freddy! Freddy! I pulled the breakers, but we have a problem!" Gregory yelled as he ran. Gregory was running toward Freddy urgently.

"Is there a problem, Superstar?" Freddy questioned.

"Yeah! The DJ turned on. He tried to kill me!" the boy exclaimed urgently. Freddy gasped out of surprise.

"Even the DJ?! You must get back to the office. I will pull the breaker back here," Freddy commanded. Gregory left to retreat to the safety of the office, while Freddy remained at the end of the hall. By the Princess Quest II machine, there was a silver box with an orange lever. Using his teeth, Freddy pulled the lever down. Suddenly, the lights turned back on and a group of plugged in machines jolted back to life. As the power was restored, life was breathed into the Arcade once again.

"Well, that solves that!" Freddy sighed. However, he began to hear loud guitar music. Realization dawned upon Freddy, that the DJ was almost there.

"Oh, oh NO. I have to RUN!" Freddy exclaimed.

"HELLO, FREDDY! Would you have this dance with me?!" the DJ shouted. He was coming from the large tunnel in the wall.

Freddy wasted no time turning around and running down the hall. He had to run around shelving units, arcade machines, and other things to make his way back to the Office. Guitar music began to grow louder, as the DJ made his way through the hallway. The thumping of footsteps, slow in succession, began to grow louder. Thankfully, Freddy made it back to the Office, before the Music Man could kill him.

"Phew!" Freddy sighed. He collapsed against the wall.

"Thank goodness! I'm surprised we made it back in one piece. Well, the machine is fixing the head right now. Now what?" Gregory asked.

"I... got a message from the machine," Freddy said. Gregory raised his eyebrow at the new revelation.

"The machine spoke to you? ...What did it say?" Gregory questioned.

"It said to 'Save Vanny' and to 'Cure the Virus.' Now, I believe we must play the last Princess Quest if we are going to ever 'save' Vanny. I do believe she is being mind controlled," Freddy explained. He told Gregory all he knew, but purposely left out the part where he was addressed as 'Michael.'

As Freddy was talking about saving Vanny, Gregory remembered Chica's dying wish of killing the rabbit-dressed lady instead. However, if Vanny was truly being controlled, she didn't deserve such a gruesome fate.

"Save... Vanny? Right. We need to find the last game! And we definitely need to get rid of the other animatronics," Gregory noted.

"Yes. Monty and Roxy are obstacles. Speaking of which, the STAFF Bot head is now repaired and in full condition!" Freddy informed happily. He retrieved the STAFF bot head from a chute on the side of the machine.

"Well, I guess we should go racing now!" Gregory exclaimed.

"Indeed. Come on, Gregory! It is now 5:30, and we have limited time before the Daycare Attendant's last round. Now, we have a prize to win," Freddy agreed.

The two walked out of the security office, and were momentarily stunned by the brightness of the Arcade, when all was dark just a few short minutes ago. Monty was thankfully gone, and the DJ was now dancing to his own music back at his stage. Freddy and Gregory descended down the elevator, ready for their next animatronic takedown...

Gregory and Freddy were standing on the ground in Roxy Raceway, repairing the Driver Assist bot on Gregory's cart. The two were trying to tighten the Bot's head on its torso before they could declare the cart optimal for use. Roxy was on the prowl, having just learned of Monty's encounter in the Arcade. She was searching for Gregory, but still didn't know Freddy was in fact alive.

"I know you're here somewhere! Come on out... so you can be my next meal," Roxy called out in a bloodthirsty fashion. She was on the balcony where the entrance was, above the floor and a decent distance from the Driver Assist cart.

"Calm yourself, Superstar. Roxy will be safe in some time. Although arrogant, she won't be trying to kill you," Freddy said calmly.

"Okay. And... I think we got it!" Gregory said as he finally repaired the Driver Assist bot.

"And we did! Now, get in the cart. The track is just across from you, so you can use it on Roxy," Freddy said. He was still slightly off out by the idea of running Roxy over, but it was the best option they had.

Gregory climbed into the cart, turned the drive on, and slammed the gas pedal. He was ready to drive the cart into Roxy.

"Alright, be careful out there!" Freddy said on the FazWatch.

"I will," Gregory said determinedly. The cart began to drive. The motor of the cart was roaring, and the sound of it was echoing across the room, which was loud enough for Roxy to hear.

"Huh? What's going on?" she asked herself curiously. She walked over to the ledge of the balcony to see where the sounds were coming from. Then, she noticed the boy, Gregory, driving around on the track. Roxy seethed in absolute anger.

She was watching the very boy who had escaped her, the one who got her stuck into a playpen with a monster, and the one who escaped her time and time again! Roxy was ready to end it all.

Without thinking, Roxy leaped from the balcony, directly down onto the cart. Her animatronic metal feet echoed as she slammed onto the pavement.

"There you are!" Roxy exclaimed. However, Gregory did a trick move. He swerved to the right, fell out, and let the cart slam directly into the animatronic sideways.

Gregory watched in utter fascination as the cart slammed into Roxy and the two objects flew in the air. Then, they fell down a hole into a construction area below them.

"What happened?" Freddy said.

"I fell out the cart! But the cart slammed into Roxy. She fell down to some storage area below the track. Should I go down?" Gregory asked.

"Go down. We need to reboot her!" Freddy urged.

Gregory ran down the track to reach the hole. Below him was Roxy, pinned beneath the cart. Gregory leaped down into the dark room they were in. Everything was made of brick and concrete, and random parts and equipment were scattered across the dark room. The smell of oil grew stronger and stronger, especially from the cart.

"Roxy...? Are you okay?" Gregory asked. He was met by a broken, but passionate, yell of fury. Roxy used her hands to scratch at Gregory from under the cart.

"YOU. You trapped me in the playpen, and now you trapped me under my cart! I'm broken and traumatized because of YOU. I'm going to KILL YOU, GREGORY!!!" Roxy screamed at the top of her lungs. But as she yelled, sparks began to protrude from her voice box.

"Ah! Freddy, Roxy's sparking up!" Gregory warned.

"She is? Roxy is not in a suitable condition. Wait until-..." Freddy was cut off by the sound of Roxy screaming in agony, in an extraordinarily loud voice.

"AHHH! I'M BURNING!" Roxy screeched. Her sparks from her head ignited flames via the oil that was pouring out of the gas tank. Soon, the cart, as well as Roxy's entire body, was engulfed in flames.

"Roxy is on FIRE! Gregory, I hate to make you do this, but leave her. It is better she dies than her killing you as you try to save her from the fire. Just... GET OUT!" Freddy urgently screamed through the FazWatch.

Roxy's yells and curses grew louder and louder, but eventually her voice box began to melt. Her screams became mechanical screeches and sounds of death and agony. Roxy's arms and legs were flailing, but the fire eventually melted her wiring, cutting off her power and disabling her. Gregory gave a look of pity, and coldly walked away.

Roxanne Wolf was no more. Instead of accepting help from a past enemy, she chose revenge, and died a very painful death.

Gregory finally returned to Parts and Service, after an astonishing discovery at Bonnie Bowl. He was now just waiting for Freddy's repairs to be done. The end of the hour came and went, and after the Daycare Attendant made his round, Gregory came out of hiding from the recharge station and met Freddy, who was standing outside of the repair cylinder.

"Good news, Gregory- my repairs are complete! However, my hands are still missing. The machine was only able to repair the parts I had. Thankfully, my casing is now intact," Freddy informed. His voice was much scratchier and distorted than normal, due to Chica's upgrade.

"What are we gonna do about your hands?" Gregory asked.

"We will have to cross that bridge later. The voice box upgrade was given to me, by the way! I sound like Chica now, and I can use her somewhat shrill voice to stun animatronics and audio locks. Believe me, it has worked before. A concert was once disrupted," Freddy explained. For now, they needed to find a way to immobilize Roxy and destroy Monty.

"So... where does Roxy usually hang out?" Gregory asked.

"She is likely at Roxy Raceway, a place she frequents often. It is shut down at the moment, due to a sinkhole that appeared. That is where I believe we must go now," Freddy replied. The two took the Stage Lift out of Parts and Service, and ended up in the Atrium once again. Their next stop was Roxy Raceway. Freddy and Gregory walked up an escalator that was next to the entrance of Roxy Raceway.

When the two reached the entrance, the garage door opened for them, and Gregory was greeted by the familiar environment of the entrance hall filled with construction equipment, gates, boxes, and a huge assortment of construction materials.

"What is even the problem here?" Gregory asked.

"The whole Raceway does have some issues, although management did use this as a chance to do some nearby renovation. One of the entrance halls to Rockstar Row is still under construction," Freddy replied. The two navigated through the equipment before they reached two roll up doors. One door had a sign above it, signaling Roxy Raceway. The other door signaled a hair salon.

"They have a haircut place at the Pizzaplex?!" Gregory exclaimed in awe.

"We do! Although not functional now, we could give you a haircut if this place is ever fixed," Freddy confirmed.

"Could we check it out? I know it's a bit of a distraction from defeating Roxy, but it's only five minutes into the hour. We could take a look, just in case something is there..." Gregory asked.

"That is alright. Besides, I am not really familiar with this area, as I haven't been here much in the first place," Freddy agreed.

The two walked through the hallway and eventually opened a pair of double doors. The open room that awaited them was set up to look like a desert. There was a road-like sidewalk surrounding a red building in the middle, which had lots of construction equipment inside.

"Let's check the building. There might be something important inside!" Gregory suggested. The two opened a pair of doors to the right of a haircut booth. In the main room, there wasn't much except for construction equipment, STAFF bots, and average salon tools. The floor tiles were a very dirty checkered black and white. However, the employee back room was busted open entirely.

"Well, the back room is in a... questionable state. I wonder if there is anything inside?" Freddy wondered.

"Well, it's worth a shot!" Gregory replied. The two walked into the dark back room, with a concrete floor and various items scattered about. To the very right was a bathroom with two single stalls. There was an open gift box with a pair of shoes that appeared brand new.

"Gregory, those shoes in the bathroom could fit you! Your current shoes don't look comfortable..." Freddy offered. Gregory took slight offense at the mention of his shoes, because Freddy was making an implication about his homelessness. However, Freddy was right- Gregory's shoes didn't feel too well. The new shoes were modeled and colored after Freddy Fazbear. Gregory changed his old red shoes into the new golden sneakers.

"Thank you, Freddy..." Gregory replied meekly.

"You are welcome, Superstar," Freddy replied warmly.

Suddenly, Gregory noticed a strange arcade machine out of the corner of his eye. It was in the corner of the room near the entrance.

"What's that?" Gregory asked.

"The game machine? It feels like it is CALLING to me. I think we should play it," Freddy replied.

"Okay..." Gregory said. He walked over to the arcade machine and pressed a button to turn it on. It turned out to be a game called 'Princess Quest.'

The Princess was in her quarters, trapped because of an unknown enemy. The castle was infected with an illness, presumably brought on by the Devil himself. An evil Prince of the other side sought the Princess, only to use her for his goals, and to end her. In the corner of the Princess's room was a chest. This chest had a heart and a key.

"How nice!" the Princess exclaimed when she took the heart. She felt a warm breeze within her, and felt a sense of healing. The key was what she used to open doors in the kingdom. She opened the door to her bedroom, then walked out into a stone corridor with a lantern and key in hand.

The next hallway had two unlit candles that needed to be lit to provide light, a refuge for all those in the kingdom. The Princess lit the candles, which illuminated the room with the light of small flames. Then, the Princess continued onward.

The next room was dangerous, unlike the first. There was a stone door that needed to be opened, but there were groups of enemies in the hall. They were blocking off another door that had a way of opening the stone door.

"Oh, how awful!" the Princess spat.

The enemies were disturbing in nature. Short, black-armored men were patrolling the room. All of them had ear decorations that gave them the guise of a hare. The Princess began to lit candles to fend off the enemy. As she lit candles, they chased the Princess but cowered by the lights. Then, once all the candles were lit, the Princess ran into the other room.

Inside this room was a dark platform made of stone. On the other side of the room was a stairway to get on top of the platform. The Princess ran to the stairs and walked up the Platform to find a strange key. She picked up the key and walked back down the stairs, but was chased by multiple enemy foot soldiers, who looked like taller rabbit armored units.

"There she is! Kill the Princess!" one of them shouted.

The Princess managed to escape the room. Back in the hallway, she opened the stone door with her key. She ran into a dungeon, with many holes in the ground, leading to an abyss. There were several candles that needed to be lit before she could go. The Princess ran with her lantern, setting aflame various candles in the room. A small gang of tall foot-soldiers began their pursuit.

"Oh, dear! I must leave this cursed castle!" the Princess yelped.

When she lit all the candles, a door at the end of the room opened for her. Past that room was a three-way. There was a locked door in front, which had a purple keyhole. The door to the left was not openable from the outside. The door to the right was the only way to go.

"The dungeons are rather chilly..." the Princess muttered to herself. The dark dungeon she was in was ice-cold.

However, before she could gather her thoughts, an enemy warrior made himself known with a sword. The Princess ran away from the man, trying to navigate the dungeon. She reached the end of the long runway, thankfully intact. When the Princess stepped out into the courtyard, she was immediately drenched with heavy raindrops.

There were a set of candles that needed to be lit. To fend off the dark, she lit the candles under the cover of the stone hedge. The light began to radiate across the courtyard.

"Delightful! Now, back in the castle..." the Princess sighed. She walked across a stone bridge before descending down a stone flight of stairs into a tunnel. The tunnel led to a room with a dark purple treasure chest. The room with the purple chest was extremely cold. Not chilly like the dungeons, but cold. As if there was a source of evil.

"That box has something evil inside of it..." the Princess said. She retrieved a purple key from the inside, which provided a bridge over a chasm to a stone door. This stone door led beck to the three-way room the Princess was in. She used the purple key to get through the middle door. Immediately as the Princess opened the door, a blizzard of cold overwhelmed her. Then, she heard a whisper.

"Vanny..." an unknown entity whispered hungrily.

"What?" the Princess whispered. With her lantern in hand, the Princess continued into the room. However, when she walked down the stone path, it was evident she had a problem.

"I've been waiting for you..." a chilling whisper said hungrily. That's when a purple rabbit-shaped entity appeared in the chasm. Most of its form was a blob.

"Wake up."

As Gregory completed the game, he and Freddy looked at the machine in a confused manner. The machine in question immediately shut down after Gregory 'beat' the game. Why was Vanny mentioned in the game? Who was the purple rabbit? Was he Vanny's master? Multiple questions ran through Gregory's exhausted mind.

"What was that about?!" Gregory exclaimed.

"I do not know. This game has proven itself key to understanding Vanny and her relationship with her master. However, it is not the only game we need to play," Freddy replied.

"Think we should hunt down the other games?" Gregory asked.

"Absolutely. I know where the second one is- the Back Room of the West Arcade. The third one's whereabouts are currently unknown," Freddy answered.

"Well... we need to go to the Roxy Raceway! I would want to get the other animatronics out of the way first," Gregory said.

"You are absolutely right, Gregory! Come- we are leaving the Salon," Freddy declared. The two walked out of the Back Room and left the place. They walked back to the Roxy Raceway lobby, choosing the roll-up door leading to the Main attraction. Between the entrance and the end of the Lobby hall, there was a locked construction gate that Freddy had to kick open. Then, they walked through another door, and they were greeted by an open room.

Freddy and Gregory walked into the Roxy Raceway attraction, standing on top of a balcony. The floors were checkered tiles, and the sidewalks on the floor just below them were modeled after roads. Desert decorations were on the floor below to make the Raceway more authentic. Just below Freddy and Gregory were seven party garages, where carts and tools were stored away, as well as a single recharge station. The walls were painted in gray, and had decorations of Roxy painted on them. In the middle of the room was a wide track. That is all that could be seen, as everything else was covered head to toe in construction equipment and building zones. In the far left hand corner of the room was a sealed-off red door with an especially large amount of equipment surrounding it.

"Just look at this place! What even happened to it?!" Gregory exclaimed.

"Huh? Who's there?!" Roxy's voice called out. Instantly, Gregory clasped his hands over his mouth. He nearly gave himself away.

"Be careful Gregory!" Freddy whispered. The two crept behind a small registration building that looked like a house-booth. Then, they walked down the stairs to a road sidewalk. There was a working cart across the street that could be used.

"What's that?" Gregory asked.

"That is a driver-assist cart. However, it is currently broken. The STAFF bot head is in a box somewhere. Maybe we can fix it!" Freddy said.

"Think we can use it? Maybe we can lure in Roxy!" Gregory suggested.

"Say she sees you riding on the track. What would we do? Would I run up there and reboot Roxy?!" Freddy demanded. He didn't understand why Gregory needed a cart at this hour.

"Well, we can run her over!" Gregory suggested. Freddy nearly dropped his jaw out of shock. Gregory wanted to run over a Pizzaplex animatronic?!

"That would destroy her!" Freddy exclaimed.

"Exactly! That way we could maybe reboot her and get her to join us! We're going to need the help," Gregory explained. Uneasily, Freddy let out a reluctant sigh.

"Fine... but we need to be careful! Now, we need to find the head to the STAFF bot driver. You are too short to ride the normal ones, so you must ride this cart. Now, I believe in the far-left corner of the raceway, there is a STAFF bot head we can use," Freddy said. Indeed, Gregory walked over a ramp to get past the party garages. In a corner of boxes near the red door, there was a wooden box with a Driver Assist STAFF Bot inside. However, there was a problem.

"The head is broken!" Gregory exclaimed.

"Well, that is another inconvenient situation. There is a STAFF Bot repair station in the West Arcade we can use! In the party garages, I found a pass to get into the attraction. The time is only 5:15, so we have PLENTY of time to fix the Bot and get back here," Freddy said.

"Well, ready when you are..." Gregory agreed.

Gregory and Freddy were in this together. For four hours straight, they had defied all odds and survived. They would soon take the offense to Vanny. But first, they required answers, and repairing. As Freddy limped across the dark Atrium floor, Gregory was trying to rush him to make him go faster.

"Hurry up! We can't be seen by Roxy or Monty," Gregory ushered.

"We won't be seen. It is too dark for them to see us. Why the lights are still off, I do not know. Thankfully, everything else is in working order!" Freddy said.

It wasn't long before the duo made it to the Stage lift. Gregory pressed the button to go downward, and the lift began to sink once again, with electric whirring. The elevator made its way to Parts and Service. Then, Freddy and Gregory limped down the hallway. They reached the cylinder, so Freddy could collapse on the chair inside. Gregory walked up to the computer outside of the cylinder, which asked him for a repair.

"What procedure should I run?" Gregory asked.

"Do the Voicebox upgrade, and if there's an option for an Endoskeleton repair, do it," Freddy instructed from inside.

"Okay..." Gregory muttered. On the computer, there was an option for an Endoskeleton repair. However, it took up most of the hour, as Freddy predicted.

"This repair is gonna take about 40 minutes. It's 4:10 right now..." Gregory confirmed Freddy's fears.

"Well... it seems that we are going to have to cover some ground, even while I am out. Can you do me a favor and go to the Bonnie Bowl attraction while I am here? If all goes well, we should be reunited at 5:00," Freddy requested.

"Sure! Also, did you want me to give you the new voicebox now?" Gregory asked.

"Yes. There should be a depository on the back of the cylinder for new parts. Select a combo of the endoskeleton repair and the voicebox upgrade. Then, at 5:00, I will be ready to see you," Freddy confirmed.

"Okay. I'm going to give you the voicebox! Be ready," Gregory said as he just inputted the commands into the computer. The repairs began to start, and Gregory put the voicebox into a chute in the back. Then, he turned to leave Parts and Service.

"Gregory, wait!" Freddy exclaimed. Gregory turned around to look at the bear animatronic one last time before leaving.

"Yes?" he questioned.

"If you find any clue on what happened to Bonnie, tell me. Check the curtain at the bar," Freddy instructed.

"The curtain behind the bar? I will," Gregory confirmed. He ran out of the pair of double doors to go to the Lift.

"Oh..." Freddy sighed. He had lost Bonnie due to an unknown accident, and now he had lost Chica. Freddy knew his friends needed to be properly mourned. He remembered that Bonnie was reportedly last seen outside Monty Golf before going missing. But before they could investigate Monty Golf, they needed another Party Pass. Freddy would begin the search for one as soon as his repairs were over.

"So... it looks like I am the last of the original animatronics," Freddy sighed. He knew he was the last because he had a special purpose. The other animatronics were duds, like Monty and Roxy. But he was special because he was Michael Afton, who had a special mission to defeat his father. How either of them had come back, he knew not. But this needed to end. Fire was the only thing that could break the possession of an animatronic. And if his father was inside of a computer, Freddy guessed they found his old software and somehow utilized it, which corrupted not only them but the computer software. Thats when Freddy came to a realization.

"Wait... so Vanny was the one to bring back my father! She utilized his software, but he possessed her!" Freddy gasped.

If he could immediately end his father, Vanny could be restored to sanity and Monty and Roxy could as well! Freddy thought and thought of a plan. As he was being repaired by the machine, he had all the time in the world. He needed to figure out what happened to Bonnie, and he had to find Afton's stronghold.

"Where would Afton have a stronghold?" Freddy wondered. There were a variety of places he could be hidden. Back at Fazer Blast, he remembered a strange vent with some rabbit graffiti on the inside. There wasn't time to investigate it, but that could be one place. Another place was Roxy Raceway, an attraction that had been closed down for several months after some kind of sinkhole appeared.

"I believe we must investigate Roxy Raceway," Freddy muttered to himself. He had an entire world of possibilities in store for him...

Gregory was trying to creep through the Atrium. His next stop was Bonnie Bowl, an attraction based on the third floor. He knew that Vanny and the others found Freddy nearly forty minutes ago, but they were undoubtedly on the search for Gregory, because technically, they never found him with Freddy.

"Alright, I need to be careful..." Gregory whispered. He saw no sign of Vanny or Monty, but could spot Roxy in the distance. She was prowling around the middle of the Atrium floor. Roxy's blank eyes with her ajar mouth showed a mindlessly hungry abomination, on the search for her next meal.

"It's been a long time since I caught anyone! Where are you, Gregory?" Roxy called in a menacing tone. Thankfully, Gregory was already creeping up a set of escalators leading up to the third floor. However, when he reached the second floor, he noticed he was in some danger.

"What? You've got to be kidding me!" Gregory exclaimed. The Lobby elevators were blocked off by a multitude of patrolling STAFF Bots.

One of the elevators was taped off with some yellow tape. Gregory guessed it had to be the broken one. The other elevator was in working order, but severely vandalized. Rabbit graffiti and some red spots which appeared to be blood marked the inside. Gregory continued up the next set of escalators and ran down the third floor balcony to get to an attraction at the very end.

"This is Bonnie Bowl, huh?" Gregory wondered aloud. He gave the STAFF bot guard his paper slip, then continued to the elevator. There were two paper posters in the elevator, one on each wall. These were posters of Freddy singing to the audience.

When the elevator reached the top, Gregory stepped out of the lift. The walls were brick on the bottom and metal blue on the top. The floor was made up of red, black, and white tiles. In the middle of the entrance hall was a set of display cases. On the walls were many neon light decorations and paper posters. At the end of the hall was a roll up door.

"Okay, Freddy said to find the curtain by the bar. Hopefully I have enough time to investigate," Gregory said. As of right now, he had about half an hour to investigate Bonnie Bowl and look around.

Past the roll up door was an arcade room, with many game machines scattered across the sides and middle of the room. Through the maze of arcade games, Gregory found the bowling alley. The bowling alley had a beige marble floor. He ran along the many rows of bowling rows before he got to the other side of the attraction. With red and white tiles, and a bar and tables meant for eating, Gregory decided to look for a curtain.

"Wait, is that it?" he whispered to himself. At the end of the bar was a small round stage with a red curtain surrounding it. He pulled back the curtain, and saw a wood stage with a microphone. Behind the stage was a doorway and a short stairwell down to a concrete hallway with white brick walls. Gregory decided to contact Freddy on his FazWatch.

"Freddy! I found the stage. There's some kind of passageway behind," Gregory said.

"Really? I believe you should go down. Bonnie used to stay there, you know. His resting place could provide some clues as to where he went and what his intentions were," Freddy advised. Gregory hopped onto the stage and walked down the green metal stairs through the concrete floor hall. Then, to his right was a short hall with a red door at the end. In the middle of the hall was a gate, but it was unlocked. The tiles of the floor behind the gate were a metal white.

"There's a red door here. I think Bonnie's room is here," Gregory said.

"Go in," Freddy said with confidence. Gregory burst through the door to find a rusted, abandoned room. The layout was much like a room in Rockstar Row. On the left side of the room was a neon Bonnie light and a poster of Bonnie and Freddy with a message from Freddy that read, 'You and me together forever! -Freddy.' There was a desk in the corner that looked like Freddy's desk and mirror, but it was blue. The floor was rusted white and the walls were the same color. On top of the desk was a disabled computer and a VHS tape laying down. The label on the tape read, 'Where is Bonnie?'

"Freddy! There's some kind of a tape here. Should I watch it?" Gregory questioned.

"A VHS tape? I don't recall anything of the sort being found! This will give us everything we need."

Bonnie, Freddy, Chica, and Roxy just finished their last show of the day. This was one of the most successful months of the Pizzaplex's existence. Freddy was everyone's favorite, as his kind and gentle nature gave comfort. Chica loved food, and ensured herself and everyone else was well-fed. Bonnie was the relaxation animatronic. He dedicated his time to everyone's enjoyment. Roxy was the competition candidate, and she made sure the kids were ready to win. Together, they brought happiness to every kid and adult alike.

As the group of four were hanging out in Bonnie Bowl, they were greeted by another animatronic- Montgomery Gator. Montgomery Gator was a minor animatronic, like the Daycare Attendant. He was responsible for running Monty Golf, and he took his job very seriously. As he confronted the animatronics by the bar, he had a very serious expression on his face.

"Well, hello Monty! I see you are out of Monty Golf, up and about. You do not usually leave your comfort zone, so I commended you for doing so!" Freddy welcomed brightly.

The other animatronics weren't big fans of Monty, and were a little distant. Freddy, however, treated him with kindness, just like anyone else.

"I need to talk to Bonnie," Monty said grimly. Monty was not very friendly with the other animatronics, but his tone of voice was rather cold, even for him. Noting this, Bonnie raised his eyebrow in curiosity.

"Is something wrong?" he asked in a concerned voice. Immediately, Monty turned his gaze to the purple hare animatronic.

"I need to show you something. I found something you're not gonna like," Monty warned. Bonnie looked very offset but he followed the gator animatronic anyways, leaving his three dazed friends behind.

The footage cut straight to the elevator outside Monty Golf, which the two animatronics rushed in. Monty was shown to be in a hurry, while Bonnie appeared to grow more and more paranoid by the minute.

"Where are we going?" Bonnie demanded.

"I need your help," Monty gruffed. Then, the elevator closed and the footage cut away. Yet again, the footage switched to the catwalks in Monty Golf. There was a set of catwalks above the attraction. Monty and Bonnie were staring down below.

"You see all that?" Monty said mysteriously.

"...I do," Bonnie said in an irritated manner.

"Look behind you."

Bonnie was suddenly punched in the face by Monty. His casing broke, and his face was exposed.

"What was that?!" Bonnie demanded angrily.

"Look alive!" Vanny said. She had just dropped in from a nearby abandoned ride. The woman in the white rabbit suit pulled out a knife from her pocket.

"What?! WHO IS THIS?" Bonnie demanded. Vanny reached out toward Bonnie's face casing, pulling it off and exposing his endoskeleton. Vanny sliced a wire with her knife, which cut off all power to the animatronic. Bonnie collapsed to the ground with a metallic thud.

"Well... my master is going to LOVE this. Rabbit animatronic components for his restoration!" Vanny said happily.

"Well... that's my end of the bargain," Monty said sharply.

"Of course, Montgomery. You have certainly done well. With Bonnie now dead, we are going to have to get some kind of a replacement in the band. That'll be... you," Vanny promised.

"Ah... victory," Monty said smugly.

"Good job! Now, we need to make sure your friends don't remember ANY of this! I can wipe their memories if you need. But I will need your services in the future," Vanny continued.

"Really? With what?" Monty demanded.

"Now that I can begin construction on my Master's new physical body, I need remnant. Do you know what remnant IS, Montgomery?" Vanny giggled.

"No?" Monty replied dimly.

"Remnant is a substance derived from the soul. Very few people know of it. It can be used to bind souls to inanimate objects... like animatronics. We need children, Montgomery. Hunt them down, and I'll do the dirty work. And I'll need lots of Endoskeletons. This way, my Master can rise," Vanny explained.

"This is the murder of children we are talking about! Are you sure?!" Monty demanded.

"Trust me, you will be rewarded beyond your WILDEST dreams, when my Master returns. You have a lot to learn, Montgomery. Now, we need to carry Bonnie away. Follow me," Vanny assured. That's when the tape cut away to one final clip. Vanny was alone in the very room that the tape was made in.

"The parts did not work. Master is not pleased. But no matter! I still have more playmates..." Vanny cooed with a dose of insanity. In the corner of the room was the scrapped carcass of Bonnie. Most of casing was gone and many parts of his Endoskeleton were scattered across the room. This, is what had become of Bonnie the Bunny...

It took a really long time, but when the tape finished playing, Gregory was in utter shock. He had just witnessed the murder of an animatronic, the hatching of a plot to kill children, and the existence of a substance that supposedly made one immortal. Gregory was right- there were some demonic things going on indeed. For now, he had to focus on reaching Freddy.

"Freddy? Are you there?" Gregory called through his FazWatch.

"Of course, Superstar. What happened?" the bear animatronic asked gently.

"I watched the tape. It's disturbing, to say the least..." Gregory replied.

"What was in the tape?" Freddy asked innocently. Gregory spared no detail in explaining the tape, from Bonnie's murder, to Monty's motives, to the remnant, to the Endoskeletons being harvested, and to Bonnie's eventual fate. Freddy was surprised, to say the least.

"WHAT?! I cannot believe it! Monty killed Bonnie, and likely countless children, for a higher position in the band?!" Freddy ranted.

"It looks like he serves Vanny by choice, not by being corrupted like Roxy and Chica," Gregory said darkly.

"Well, we will have his head! Forget saving him, Monty needs to be decommissioned for good," Freddy growled with a vengeance.

"I agree. Now... what about the Endoskeletons? They've been harvested for remnant from dead children, from what I can tell. That certainly explains why there weren't very many back at the Warehouse," Gregory asked.

"They are lost to Vanny and her master. We can only prevent the murder of future children by killing her. For now, you should come back to Parts and Service. We have only twenty minutes before my repairs are complete, and the lights turn off," Freddy advised.

"Right," Gregory agreed. He walked out of the hidden room and back out to the food bar of Bonnie Bowl. However, before he could make a quiet exit, he was spotted.

"Huh?" Gregory said. Then, he noticed that the bar was surrounded by a group of Endoskeletons.

"There you are, Gregory! Time to die..." one of the Endos lowed.

"That's IMPOSSIBLE! How are you out of the Warehouse?" Gregory exclaimed out of surprise.

"What's going on?" Freddy asked through the FazWatch.

"Endos!" Gregory replied.

"Get out," Freddy whispered. Then, one Endoskeleton leaped over the counter, abandoning the eye contact rule.

In that moment, Gregory remembered the Fazer Blaster that he acquired. The Fazer Blaster, in his bag, was meant to make an animatronic malfunction. He yanked the gun out of his bag and fired it at the Endo. The flashing red lights hit the Endoskeleton in the face. His eyes rolled back and he clutched his eyes in pain.

"Ouch! System malfunctioning," the Endo roared.

While the Endoskeleton was doubled over in pain, Gregory ran behind the employee bar and attempted to ditch the Endoskeletons in hot pursuit of him. Immediately, metal clanking was heard echoing throughout the stadium.

"Are you doing alright?" Freddy asked.

"I'm almost out!" Gregory replied. He made it to one of the roll-up doors, which led to the entrance hallway to the elevator. Gregory dashed to the elevator and pressed the button to close it.

"NO! The boy is escaping!" one Endo exclaimed out of frustration. He dashed to the elevator, but by the time he made it, it was too late. The elevator closed and descended down to the Atrium. Gregory was safe for now.
