Ennard/Audio

Does Ennard have a voice of his own, or even speak? Cuz in "Sister Location", he uses both Circus Baby's voice and Elizabeth Afton's voice (in the Fake Ending). But in "Ultimate Custom Night", all we hear from him is just a buzzing noise. Can you guys help me with this?
