^ no, but the character is the same, and did similar actions, that's what the novels are, same characters different story, the Frights and tales are different, especially since Scott literally said their canon but whatever

Not ALL of them are connected to the games and direct canon. Which again, lines up with what I referenced to regarding the backs of the books.

The series canon can literally stretch across all properties.

Im not directly saying that tales is noncanon or entirely untrue. (As I believe every story Made by scott sonehow is meant to explain a part of the games as a metaphor, or take place in the game...well, except into the flesh. I have no idea there)
