I mean.

It sucks, the fight was terrible, the design was trash, and it's from the worst game.

But its ok I guees.

Nope. I mean I once thought that he had a cool design, but is just overall ugly and not my thing. he hasn't even appeared since his debut, so I don't think he matters anymore.
