Someone gets it, also idk if anybody said this but springtrap is just fabric and human tissue, flammable as fuck and bam, afton’s released and it’s a dead suit. Baby is solid metal and probably could take it for the most part, Elizabeth would probably get released, but even then Baby is still able to function like an animatronic and could probably attack

Who said the claw was small?? Like who ever said it was small? In fact, if you actually look at the minigame and look at the heights as I did below...

Circus Baby is 7 ft, Elizabeth is about 2/3 of her height as seen, so she's about 4 to 5 feet tall. The metal claw compared to Elizabeth is almost exactly the same height, and as for thickness, it's about twice as thick as her arm, and even though she's a young kid that's still pretty thick. And what exactly do you think Springtrap has to defend himself with? He's empty handed. Just because he disassembled the original four when he was ALIVE and NOT a deceased corpse that's still moving somehow doesn't mean he can do it now, especially now that he's rotted for ages.

As for Circus Baby being new, you probably didn't notice but it's already been said that the books aren't to be taken into account since Springtrap's strength is shown entirely differently in the books and they're not canon, just made to hint/give clues towards the games' canon lore. Even if we do take that as canon (made 2 years later) there was a lot more thought and technology put into Baby. Spring Bonnie was designed with the intent for him to be a silly rabbit that performed for an audience and could have a worker get inside (obviously not designed well since... yeah) and Baby was designed with the intent to murder and kill, and even though it was children she was designed to kill specifically doesnt mean she couldnt kill an adult, especially with how big that claw actually is (an estimated 4.5 feet long and 6 inches wide-ish on each point, hard to tell for certain)
