Afton and Mimic are both overrated and I don’t care if Burntrap is Mimic or Afton. Burntrap is terrible no matter who he is.

Fnaf 3-5 were the best games of the franchise and peak

Mimic and his storyline are shit. No need to add more plot/plot holes when your first 2 games already did that. We do not need a secret of the mimic game

The shadow animatronics were the first people to die in the fnaf timeline and were accidental springlock victims hence why it’s only Freddy and Bonnie we see

I dont really think theres plot holes in the mimic's theory (also meh, i prefer mimic over afton, atleast we got something else that isnt him)

Also the whole slasher thing with the tales epliogues is nice in my opinion, as a fan of horror movies

The one kill where mimic tears some guys head off and taunts someone reminds me of this one 80's movie that has something similar? (but its themed to ice cream, and has 2 heads)
