I haven’t read the book in a while so this is my context:
Little Jimmy summons the rabbit god and gives him his father. The rabbit god is displeased with his offering and asks for his mother instead. Little Jimmy is having none of this and threatens that his mother will call the federal investigation system to arrest rabbit god.
