Well its more of a thriller, or well fnaf as a whole.
It has tension, it feels anxiety inducing for some people and when you think about it, the fnaf movie's more psychological, then actual horror.
Also techanlly fnaf's whole "scary" shit is cause of some things in the game.
Murder, Claustrophobia (cause your in like that small office.), It's sort of eerie, you have that feeling of tension, The Jumpscares.
I dont really think fnaf is meant to shock, disgust, people. Its mainly meant for frighten. (also the gore part kinda does but doesnt make sense, you dont really need gore to make it scary.)
Fnaf, tends to be psychological.
Horror movies tend to shock and disgust people, and frighten. (well besides frighten, Fnaf isnt made to shock (shock might just be the whole 'oh kids murdered.") and disgust people.)
I am sorry if you do not agree with my opinion. i dont really think theres a ton of "horror" elements to disgust people. (also yes uh i spaced this out so it wasnt just one giant big mess.)
Heyyy that's me
The movie feels more psychological if you get my point. The Fear of death creeping towards you door as you survive the night, the nightmares mike has.
Also stg if its cause people wanna gatekeep fnaf to only "adults" i am about to explode.
Before you say "WELL FNAF ISNT MARKETED AS A PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR"
There are some psychological horror elements if you get my point, if you dont agree with my opinion thats fine.
Anyyways uh, Sorry for the long explation, but uh More Cassidy, Charlotte, Flashback scene to mci and thats all.
even just a little bit more blood in springlock scene would make it better
change how he said 'i always come back' to sound more like the original voiceline thing
bit more office/cameras action
no fort scene wtf was that
Make the entire movie the fort scene.
And also I think that we saw more gore (and yes I know they needed to make it suitable for kids, but there was not much gore aside from Max's death)
I would have made it a bit longer, not too much. 30 minutes more, with more scares. I would have replaced Foxy’s second hallway chase with Freddy’s lights out jumpscare. I agree that even just a little bit more blood in springlock scene would make it better. I also wish Aunt Jane died on screen. Or at least fainted from Golden Freddy's jumpscare.
The "I always come back" line needed a bit of build up from Vanessa. Maybe something like this:
Vanessa: Mike, those animatronics aren't the only thing you have to worry about. My father is probably on his way. You have to get Abby out before he gets there.
Mike: How do you know he'll show up?
Vanessa: Because he can't stay away. He always comes back. Please be careful, Mike.
I actually liked the fort building scene. It was nice to see the animatronics act like kids.
Markiplier being in there
Add more jumpscares.
Nada estuvo genial cambiaría el punto de vista de los críticos a los unicos que no les gusto
What do you think?
