Burned in fnaf 6

I want to know the logic behind him being the Mimic.

He died after Gregory beat PQ and his current whereabouts are unknown. It’s ether that or he never came back after the PS fire. You decide

William 'dies' in the Springbonnie suit but because of remnant or whatever he survives. He then is burned and 'changes his siut' or whatever. He then burns again and finally dies. He goes to hell. The end. No Glitchtrap, no Burntrap, no Mimic. A good, simple end to an antagonist.
