After witnessing the strange occurrences which transpired in the diner's main hall, Spring Bonnie wisely chose to keep his distance from the elevator.

Even so, the rabbit was still extremely curious about what could have possibly been hiding on the other side of that window.

But as long as he didn't know what the right code was, it looked like he had absolutely no way of finding out.

Meanwhile, time kept on moving forward, and the whole place was about to open.

Spring Bonnie was currently inside the dining room, along with Fredbear, Spring Chica, Plush Bonnie, and Funtime Puppet.

They were all preparing themselves to welcome their beloved customers.

While the rabbit was sitting on the main stage, polishing his guitar, someone else approached him from behind.

As soon as they got closer to him, they gently tapped his left shoulder.

Spring Bonnie then proceeded to turn his head around, staring at whoever was standing near him.

However, he definitely was not expecting what was about to happen...

''...OOOoooOOOoooOOOoooOOOooo...'' A bizarre spirit appeared out of nowhere, emitting spooky noises from its mouth.

''GAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!'' The rabbit instantly yelled, as he got startled by it.

He then hid his face behind the guitar he was holding, while shaking like a leaf.

Once a few seconds have passed, the white ghost suddenly began laughing.

Spring Bonnie seemed quite confused, in that moment.

''Wh- Who are you...? Please, don't hurt me...'' The rabbit said, in a flimsy manner.

After that, the mysterious spirit kneeled its head down, and revealed its true form.

Apparently, it was nothing more than a white blanket, with three holes.

''Taaaaa-daaaaaa! Fear not, my wonderful companion! That wretched phantom will haunt you no more!'' Plush Bonnie shouted, in a friendly tone.

He then spinned around himself, and threw away his disguise.

When Spring Bonnie realized that he wasn't in any danger, he put the guitar down, and looked at the plush animatronic.

''... Plush? That was... you? Why would you do that?! You almost gave me a heart attack! I mean... Technically, I don't even have a heart... But still.'' The rabbit replied, while standing up.

Plush Bonnie snickered in response, covering his mouth with his left hand.

''Pfft- Isn't it obvious enough? I wanted to scare you, Bonzi! That's the whole point of Spooky Month, after all!'' He said, in a cheerful manner.

In that very moment, Spring Bonnie felt a little awkward.

''If I may be honest though, I was planning to pull the same prank on the others, at first. But then I realized that neither Puppet nor Fredbear would've fallen for it... And Chica would've probably thrown me against the wall.'' Plush Bonnie added.

''Oh yeah. I would have TOTALLY done that.'' Spring Chica said in the distance, while she carefully placed spoons, plates, forks, and knives on the tables.

Spring Bonnie let out a short laugh, after hearing that.

Right afterwards, the plush animatronic sat down on the main stage.

''Speaking of spooky stuff, weren't you the one who screamed out of nowhere, some minutes ago? The sound came from the main hall, and you were right there... Correct?'' Plush Bonnie asked, as he slightly tilted his head on the right.

Spring Bonnie remained silent, not knowing how to respond.

He nervously looked around himself, attempting to come up with a believable excuse.

''... Uh... No? It must've been someone else! I have... no clue who it could have possibly been, I'm afraid.'' The rabbit replied, in a shaky tone.

The plush animatronic proceeded to stare directly into Spring Bonnie's eyes.

There was absolutely something peculiar about him.

''Tsk tsk... You've never been good at spewing lies, buddy... What are you trying to hide, huh?'' Plush Bonnie said, while crossing his arms.

He could easily see through Spring Bonnie's facade.

The rabbit sighed, as he looked down on the floor.

''Fine, you got me... It was actually me.'' He replied, with a troubled expression on his face.

After saying that, Spring Bonnie slowly sat right next to Plush Bonnie.

The plush animatronic turned his head to the right, glancing at the rabbit.

''Is that so? Well then, how about you tell me what happened? It's not like you to let out a scream like that for no reason! So, please tell me the truth.'' Plush Bonnie said, in a friendly manner.

Spring Bonnie rubbed his forehead for a brief moment.

''If you really want to know... I saw... something inside the elevator... Something I have never seen before. I'm not sure what exactly it was, though... However, I can say for certain that it was... not human.'' He replied.

The plush animatronic remained silent, paying attention to what Spring Bonnie had to say.

''Sadly, I couldn't get a clear view of whatever that thing was. But, from what I could tell... It looked quite small, and had these... gruesome yellow eyes, leering at me... Just thinking about it makes my skin crawl.'' The rabbit added.

Plush Bonnie seemed rather doubtful.

''That's... Uhm... Well, what if it was just... a rat? I mean, that would make sense, wouldn't it? I believe some of them have been lurking around the diner for a while.'' He said, in an insecure manner.

Spring Bonnie turned his head away, for a few seconds.

''A rat...? Hm... No, what I saw back there was undoubtedly not a rat... In fact, it didn't look like an animal at all. Its appearance was... relatively humanoid, I'd say. Ugh... Maybe I shouldn't worry too much about it.'' The rabbit thought to himself.

After that, the plush animatronic waved his right hand in front of Spring Bonnie's face.

''Heeeeellooooo? Earth to Mr. Carrot! Do you read? Give me a sign!'' He shouted, in a cheerful tone.

Spring Bonnie then proceeded to rapidly turn his head back to Plush Bonnie.

''Oh, sorry Plush. I was... thinking about something else. By the way, the customers will be here shortly. So, you should get yourself ready!'' The rabbit replied, with a lovely smile on his face.

The plush animatronic smiled back at him.

''Okie dokie, cookie! We can continue that conversation later, if you want! I'm gonna be near the prize corner as usual, in case you need me.'' He said, as he began to depart.

Spring Bonnie simply nodded, as he joyfully waved at his friend.

Later on, the rabbit directed his gaze upon the parts and service's door.

''Now that I think about it, I haven't checked on Endo yet. I wonder what he's doing now... Well, there is only one way to find out!'' He thought to himself, as he swiftly stood up.

But before Spring Bonnie could move, Plush Bonnie suddenly gripped his left hand, and pulled it closer to him.

He then moved his mouth closer to the rabbit's ear.

''I don't know whatever you were doing before, Bonnie... But if I were you, I'd stay as far away as possible from that elevator...'' The plush animatronic whispered, in a serious tone.

Spring Bonnie was incredibly confused by that statement.

''... I heard some of the employees have never returned to the surface, once they entered the underground facility... So, please don't do something you might regret... Alright?'' Plush Bonnie added.

Spring Bonnie's mind was filled with nothing but pure terror.

Without pronouncing a word, he slowly nodded.

Once the plush animatronic finished speaking, he let the rabbit's hand go, and walked away.

''They... never came back...? How is that possible...? What could've happened to those people...?'' Spring Bonnie thought to himself, feeling highly anxious.

Meanwhile, William Afton was on his way to the diner.

It seemed like he had something very important to take care of.
